I got immediate response from a gentleman named Ahmed Ali, who was very attentive and professional. He has answered my needs, made necessary changes to make sure we were comfortable. “I made reservations with Cassondra in Toronto on September 26th. She was good, cheerful and efficient. I got the itinerary the next day but it did not have the names and locations of the hotels. I would like to have a list to send to our relatives. I requested that upon making reservations and I am still waiting for it. Also, I e-mailed TourRadar on September 25, 2018 asking to help me reset my password and the link sent to me would not work. I would like to log on to refer travelers to you. The itineraries are corrupted also. I use Microsoft Outlet for e-mail because I do not want to go to AOL (e-mail provider) to put important accounts, etc. This is my 3rd tour with TourRadar and my husband's first. He is a seasoned traveler and I hope you do not disappoint him. Please send me the name and addresses of hotels that we will stay in in Delhi and Kathmandu. My husband and I want to see the reviews on them, too. Thank you for allowing me to review TourRadar. By the way, my first name is TERESITA my last name is DE GUZMAN and SANTOS is my middle name. “I’ve just booked my second tour through TourRadar. It is so easy to book & the hardest part is selecting one from of the numerous trips they I was nervous for my first trip but everything ran just as they said. It was easy to contact them via email & I’ve even got a follow up phone call to insure my questions had been answered.”
