“The tour did not have an end time. I booked a flight for the 1030pm the day the tour ended. I am trying to see if the tour can accommodate my flight b/c the flight cannot be changed. I even found another tour at the same time that would work but cannot reach anyone by phone to discuss this. I keep getting different answers from Europamundo reps - none of which are immediate or resolve the issue”

“Just booked a trip yesterday through TourRadar. Lots of choices of tours for where I am going (Japan) and departure dates (April 2019). The representative I worked with by phone was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Although this is the first time I've booked a tour with a company that I didn't know, but had great reviews, the representative's professionalism allayed any concerns I may have had.”

“Very quick response to questions. Would like to comment on my recent query about the hotel arrangements in Zagreb that I’d booked - the tour operator would only let me know which hotel 48 hrs before departure. This I find is quite unacceptable s I would like to stay another night before I depart the next day and would like to do the booking on my own as it’s cheaper. Surely they would have confirmed accomodation sooner than 48 hrs before departure!!!”

“TourRadar takes American Express! Thank you. However, the form is a little confusing. The biggest problem I have now is that the emails with my confirmation etc really jam up my computer. I don't understand when I open the email it takes forever to load. We are excited about our adventure!”
