“I tried to sign up to become a member when I was told the e-mail was already used. Then I tried to use the forgot password function which never sent me an e-mail (I checked my spam). I then contacted tourradar about the issue and it said I should get an answer within the hour. Again, no answer. When booking my tour, I used a promo code that was shown as being accepted, but an error message was shown that it doesn't work after payment. All in all, the tours on offer and the overview are really good, but processes are not good at all.”

“So far, so good. I just booked a Cuba tour through the website. The tour operator was quite responsive and friendly in answering many questions while I was still choosing the tour. He helped me add a day and an excursion to the 8-day tour I chose. I hope the tour will be a wonderful experience!”

“All was good. It would be nice if you could intimate where to find the complimentary airport pick up at Dublin airport & which is our hotel in case we miss out on the shuttle. As first timers to Ireland , we will feel comfortable knowing whom to contact , when & where.”

“I am sorry to say I think I was a bit of a difficult customer and the team at TourRadar resolved all of my issues effortlessly. The customer care team were fantastic - they answered phone calls extremely quickly; I never had to wait at all. They always had a wonderful, professional, cheerful attitude and handled every query with total expertise. I am a very regular traveller and TourRadar are without doubt the best travel agent I have encountered. They seem to offer the best value for money and I would highly recommend booking with this company.”
