“I just found this site recently. It's really good platform to explore tour options from local travel operators in countries you going. Having said that, it's not easy to realise what kind of tours/travels operators offer unless you reach to them directly. Customer service on tour radar is really quick, efficient. Let's hope my first experience with a trip itself will be good also.”

We certainly have a very diverse range of tours on our site, and you're correct, that different tour operators approach the idea of group touring in different ways. While the traditional idea of touring suggests you'll join a group at the beginning of the tour and perhaps have an option to share a room with another solo traveller if you wish, this model of touring just scratches the surface of the touring world! Many of the operators we work with are local, specialised tour operators in your destination and can offer an element of flexibility to your trip which traditional group tour operators usually cannot. This can also mean that when travelling with local tour operators, some parts of your tour might offer an element of independent travel. “I have been receiving info from Tour Radar for months and we were finally ready to make a decision on a river tour out of Paris. We booked and made the deposit.What we didn't realize that this river cruise involved 2 fairly bike rides and one fairly long hike and geared o those under the age of 70. No one pointed that out and given we had to state our birth dates upon booking, I thought an obvious question would have been "do you realize this excursion involves 2 days on a bike ride and a lengthy hike?" We will be 78 and 81 in 2019 and biking is in the past for us. What followed was a stressful 24 hours and then after dealing with 3 agents Myrie was the "saviour" and we are now booked on a different cruise , more to our liking and within our budget.She was awesome. Not too impressed with the guy who did the booking on Northern France at a glance”

“Tourradar makes it very easy to search thousand of trips across the web, in one place. The layout makes it easy to see important information at a glance. The only problem I've found is that the search function needs improvement. The age group filter never works in my searches, and my dates kept automatically changing in the app.”
