“Easy to find tours and check reviews. Queries handled well and quickly - however, I would have preferred to have received replies from one person rather than several. The only thing that is really annoying are the pop-up ads that keep appearing every time I open my browser now!”

“Found the booking easily and was able to view all details of the trip and select my dates. I wish the extra fee to be a solo traveler was posted before I already submitted a booking. I didn’t find out until I was confirming with the third party travel agent. This should be stated clearly as when I checked out I selected 1 traveler and no extra fees were there at the time.”

“Once I had chose our tour it was not until I got hold of TourRadar about the confirmation of the trip. TourRadar got right onto it and assured us the tour was a go. I am a little nervous about the company we are with as a past passenger said the washrooms did not work on the bus. I sure hope that is not the case with our trip. Looking forward to seeing Rome, Florence and Venice.”

“The website is good but the booking of the tour was not so easy. Phoning them to sort problems is great. There was no waiting time and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend!,”

“It was a fairly straight forward process. The tour is well outlined. I did feel that as a new international traveler I had questions that I needed to have answered. Some things were confusing regarding the actual travel to and from the starting location.”

“Always available. I am hard to find solo senior budget. Everone helpful and PATIENT. Mostly dealt with ASH and MICHAEL. Never terse or discourteous. BOTH were awesome and resulted in a sale.. THANK YOU.. There will be a few more questions as we get closer. MERCI BIEN ! Pete Angermann”
