“Some of the representatives appeared to be rushed and want to get you off the line. Since I did a live chat on the internet and was told that I could call and book a trip I thought this was unusual.”

“The booking process was easy. The only difficulty was that the dates for insurance are only covered for one calendar year. Thus, I was unable to calendar in the dates of the tours for 2019.”

Hello Cynthia, You've booked an amazing trip to Patagonia! You've also done the right thing, by trying to book your travel insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed! This way you'll be covered for various emergencies that may interfere with your travel plans We checked out the World Nomads Travel Insurance site for you to understand the issue you raised, (the insurance provider we work in partnership with and highly recommend) and it appears you only need to scroll through to the 'next month' when requesting your quote. “My calls were returned,constant contact while I was deciding weather to book my tour,unfortunately the tour cost me $1000 more than the original quote apparently because quad accomodation was booked out ,though an email was sent no one rang me to explain the price increase however the price was competitive so continued with the booking.”

“the details of the tour are acceptable though I did not get any answer from the tour operators about the tour and the fact that the hotels are mentioned but the alternatives are not mentioned. Hoping they will be up to the standard”

“was looking for a specific date for escorted tour and tour has ticked all important criteria. only that they should have included our flight from our country too. Any way it was not a difficult to book the flight as the tour itinerary. Looking forward to enjoy tour with the escorted guide.”
