Jesse was very helpful & worked with me to put a 48 hour HOLD on a cruise I wanted to take with a friend, so that I could discuss it with her. However, when I was ready to book it, it took three hours ... the whole booking had to be split in two so that my friend & I could pay our separate shares &it could only be done at HQ; I could not do it online. Then he needed us on a conference call but I don't know how to set that up so I asked him to do so & he was tied up with another traveler. It was getting down to the wire when another associate, Bek, finally called & we were able to get everything finalized.

All the booking was great. Sure wish the singles add on was not so much. Many singles travel and more companies need to help it not cost so much more. In saying that I do look forward to my trip.

Hi there Catherine, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback. We completely understand that single supplements can be really high for certain tours, and just looking at this total cost can be overwhelming! We always highly encourage travellers to break the price down as it helps put things into perspective. If you consider that $800 across 10 nights is actually just $80 per night in a 3-star hotel, for example, then it doesn't seem like so much after all as this can be considered somewhat of a standard pricing. We hope that helps and look forward to sending you on an amazing once-in-a-lifetime adventure! Best regards, The TourRadar Team

Once you have done the booking it is important to remember to contact your bank/insurance & register your trip so you can provide the necessary Insurance & Passport information. The process was very clear & easy to follow.

Easy booking process. I was even able to get the additional Boxing Day discount through a new booking. No troubles. The only concern I had before taking the tour, which is still 8 months away is on the itinerary the last day said returned to the hotel at 17:00 hr. I thought we may be staying overnight fo a next day flight. That was not the case when I called TourRadar. Of course there are no flights for me after that time, so I would need to stay that night. The itinerary should have said “Hotel stay optional” so that I wasn’t confused. I did mention that to staff to communicate upward. Great price for the event of 8 days.

Hi there Ronald, Thank you for taking the time to review your booking experience! We have had a look at your booking and can totally understand, from your point of view, how it seems that the hotel should be included on your last day. Tour services generally come to an end with breakfast on the last day, but we can see that your tour does not end until 5 PM on the last day. Whilst a number of passengers will be looking to book flights out that very night, some passengers may choose to stay in the destination for longer or arrange onward travel via bus or overnight train. Not having the hotel included on the last night not only keeps the tour cost down, it allows all travellers the flexibility to make onward travel arrangements as they see fit. If you are unable to find a flight for same-day departure and require additional accommodation, we would be more than happy to assist you in booking this in - Just let us know! In the meantime, we will be passing on your valuable feedback to your tour operator so that they can consider how to make this information more clear to future passengers. We are so happy to hear that the booking process was easy for you and thank you for choosing TourRadar for your touring needs. Best regards, The TourRadar Team

The repository of trips and tours is fantastic! The most difficult part is choosing the tour, or in our case 3! I would suggest that for members you be able to store some of the information so that one does not have to enter the same information time and time again. We booked 3 trips with different opperators and they all basically want the same info so perhaps TourRadar allows us to store some of that information that is not going to change with every tour.

Hi Denis, Thank you for this incredibly valuable feedback! We can definitely see how not having to fill out some basic information when booking could help make the process more convenient - You might be happy to know this handy feature is available to all users who log in to their account prior to booking. Of course, information such as travel insurance will need to be manually filled in each time, as travel insurance generally is purchased on a per-trip basis and does expire. However, basic information such as your name and email address are input automatically on the booking page when you are logged in to your account. We hope that information is helpful for next time and thank you so much for being a loyal TourRadar customer. Happy Holidays, The TourRadar Team

Overall this tour was well worth it. The driver Rami was fantastic. He was always on time, ensured hotel details were sorted, was flexible with what I wanted to do (drove out of his way to see Patrika’s gate), and helped me learn Hindi! He made sure I had bottled water, recommended food, and had calm and helpful manners. His car was very clean- which is big when you drive so many hours. The hotels and staff were also really good. The breakfast at amer valley was awesome, and Krab Villas switched my room when I complained of noise levels. The tour guides for New Delhi and Agra were great- with the Agra guide being the best. The Agra guide was very professional and respectful. But the Jaipur guide was bad. He always walked far 30 ft in front of me. I asked him twice to slow down, he said “it’s how I normally walk”. When we were at the sundial, I looked away from him to see the marble and he said “are you listening to me or not?”. He told me not to go inside Hawa Mahal, then when I decided to go, he repeated, “ready to go?” until I said I’d prefer to look around on my own. Overall, the hotels and guides were good. The driver was excellent- made a single female feel very safe and knew a lot, but the Jaipur guide was bad.
