Booking was good but I am confused as to whether i communicate with Tourradar or Explore concerning my set 5 bus tour in Malta. Also i would frefer emails to the chat site

Hi there Tony, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback! To keep it simple, TourRadar is your booking agent and Explore is your tour operator. This means TourRadar handles all aspects of your booking (payment, travel credits, general travel questions, etc.) whilst Explore will have all the specific answers about your itinerary and tour logistics since they arrange all services and operate the tour itself. Were you aware that all messages from the operator on your personal booking conversation page also get sent to your email inbox? You can reply directly to these emails, although we always recommend directly messaging your operator via the website, on your booking page, for the fastest response. We hope that helps! It was very confusing while booking as I was told I had to pay on full straight away but after the confirmation came through they said it was due in 4 months. The message system was very slow and I wasn't able to get a straight answer until I called and asked. But the lady I spoke to on the phone was very understanding and able to help very quickly this made up for the lack of customer service to begin with.

It was easy to book with TourRadar. Being able to hold a spot for 48 hours was a bonus for me while I checked with my fellow travellers. The website is easy to navigate too.

Jesse was very helpful & worked with me to put a 48 hour HOLD on a cruise I wanted to take with a friend, so that I could discuss it with her. However, when I was ready to book it, it took three hours ... the whole booking had to be split in two so that my friend & I could pay our separate shares &it could only be done at HQ; I could not do it online. Then he needed us on a conference call but I don't know how to set that up so I asked him to do so & he was tied up with another traveler. It was getting down to the wire when another associate, Bek, finally called & we were able to get everything finalized.

All the booking was great. Sure wish the singles add on was not so much. Many singles travel and more companies need to help it not cost so much more. In saying that I do look forward to my trip.

We completely understand that single supplements can be really high for certain tours, and just looking at this total cost can be overwhelming! We always highly encourage travellers to break the price down as it helps put things into perspective. If you consider that $800 across 10 nights is actually just $80 per night in a 3-star hotel, for example, then it doesn't seem like so much after all as this can be considered somewhat of a standard pricing. Once you have done the booking it is important to remember to contact your bank/insurance & register your trip so you can provide the necessary Insurance & Passport information. The process was very clear & easy to follow.

Very happy so far looked at lots of ways of booking a trip to India and TourRadar are very good and helpful it's a trip we have always wanted to do and they have been very helpful just hope the trip is as good as they have been.
