It was very easy to find tours to where I wanted to go and when. Site was well organized. Not enough information about the tour. (May be the tour company’s fault.) There were some surprise charges when checking out that weren’t explained beforehand. Wish there were more tours to choose from.

The information and pricing surrounding each tour on the TourRadar website are provided by the tour operator, and with over 2500+ tours, pricing can vary greatly. However, an operator will list any additional extras on the booking page, where a traveller may view them before making a decision. a tad more elaboration should have been given on accommodations, for one misconstrues what to expect. This case is fine and will ride out the unknown.

On the rare occasion we are unable to locate the answer, we collaborate with the tour operator to provide the information required. It seems since your booking was confirmed, your tour operator was able to provide more information about the accommodation, on your booking page. The booking experience was very good. I found the waiting time for our travel applications to be confirmed a bit concerning because we had already booked our flights, however, apart from that everything went very smoothly.

Good service!! But I suggest that tourRadar should get the solo traveler's package. So i don't have to the whole room for myselves with almost double price on the top.

TourRadar works with over 2,500+ tour operators, all with different policies when it comes to solo travellers - Some will offer sharing with another traveller free of charge, whilst others, usually smaller local operators, will require you to pay a bit more to cover the costs of operating a tour for one person. As an online marketplace for multi-day tours, we do not have any influence over tour pricing set by tour operators for solo travellers; however, what we can do is point you in the right direction for choosing an operator that operates group tours and allows you to share a room with other travellers. Had no problems booking or receiving replies to my queries. May take a couple of days to receive a reply via email but also used a local phone number to contact the agency for any urgent quries.

tour to Sahel to Cape town was fast with reservationist helping what to expect in finances and directions . can call any anytime. it was simple doing online.

I asked a question about the booking in my personal space and an automatic message invited me to wait until the office of the tour operator will re-open after Christmas vacations (3 days later). When you have to book the flights, a day may make the difference.

They have the best offers for the best prices I have found. I just booked a tour for 2021 for Japan at half or more savings! We also are going on tours in Egypt and Israel this fall with reservations through this company. Their prices and services are wonderful.

Booking was good but I am confused as to whether i communicate with Tourradar or Explore concerning my set 5 bus tour in Malta. Also i would frefer emails to the chat site

Hi there Tony, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback! To keep it simple, TourRadar is your booking agent and Explore is your tour operator. This means TourRadar handles all aspects of your booking (payment, travel credits, general travel questions, etc.) whilst Explore will have all the specific answers about your itinerary and tour logistics since they arrange all services and operate the tour itself. Were you aware that all messages from the operator on your personal booking conversation page also get sent to your email inbox? You can reply directly to these emails, although we always recommend directly messaging your operator via the website, on your booking page, for the fastest response. We hope that helps! It was very confusing while booking as I was told I had to pay on full straight away but after the confirmation came through they said it was due in 4 months. The message system was very slow and I wasn't able to get a straight answer until I called and asked. But the lady I spoke to on the phone was very understanding and able to help very quickly this made up for the lack of customer service to begin with.

It was easy to book with TourRadar. Being able to hold a spot for 48 hours was a bonus for me while I checked with my fellow travellers. The website is easy to navigate too.

Jesse was very helpful & worked with me to put a 48 hour HOLD on a cruise I wanted to take with a friend, so that I could discuss it with her. However, when I was ready to book it, it took three hours ... the whole booking had to be split in two so that my friend & I could pay our separate shares &it could only be done at HQ; I could not do it online. Then he needed us on a conference call but I don't know how to set that up so I asked him to do so & he was tied up with another traveler. It was getting down to the wire when another associate, Bek, finally called & we were able to get everything finalized.

All the booking was great. Sure wish the singles add on was not so much. Many singles travel and more companies need to help it not cost so much more. In saying that I do look forward to my trip.

We completely understand that single supplements can be really high for certain tours, and just looking at this total cost can be overwhelming! We always highly encourage travellers to break the price down as it helps put things into perspective. If you consider that $800 across 10 nights is actually just $80 per night in a 3-star hotel, for example, then it doesn't seem like so much after all as this can be considered somewhat of a standard pricing. Once you have done the booking it is important to remember to contact your bank/insurance & register your trip so you can provide the necessary Insurance & Passport information. The process was very clear & easy to follow.
