I'm 'technologically challenged' so I had a bit of a learning curve. I was having some difficulty this morning (12/27) trying to make sense of the material that I had received. So I asked for some help and was glad to find out that it wasn't just my technological ineptitude. TourRadar had forgotten to send the Vouchers! When the Vouchers arrived everything began to make sense.

Hi Peter, Thanks for your review - We are very glad to hear that you now have your vouchers and the information contained within them is helpful! Normally, vouchers must be manually generated by your tour operator and do not get sent until approximately 2-3 weeks prior to departure. Vouchers are withheld until closer to departure in case of any last-minute changes to your accommodation or itinerary. Depending on when you book, this means it could be months until you receive your vouchers. Your operator, however, was able to provide your voucher shortly after your booking was confirmed as you are just a few weeks from departing. Should you need anything else from now until you leave for your trip, please do not hesitate to let us or your operator know; we are available 24/7 and always happy to help! The booking process is simple. But yes there is always a but.. I wanted to see if si gle supplment was available and how much it would cost. Sometimes I had to start the booking process to get the information, I also had to message some tour operators for the details as they were not on the booking page. Once you have entered into the booking process even though just out on price discovery, you get bombarded with e-mails "are you still interested in xyz trip". More details upfront please

Concerning single supplement pricing, this is available in the 'Book Now' page for any selected departure date. While most tour operators are responsible for inputting this information, there are certain factors such as limited availability and approximate costs that directly influence whether the pricing is displayed on the 'Book Now' page. Generally speaking, tour operators who have mandatory single supplements will make it known in the ‘Book Now’ page whether there’s a cost for solo travellers. We regret to hear that you have been bombarded with emails from us as this was never our intention. As travellers may sometimes mistakenly navigate from their ‘Book Now’ page, this does provide them with the opportunity to pick up where they last left off before submitting their booking. Booking online was a smooth process. All my questions were answered quickly. The itinerary was very detailed and the payment options made the process even better. As of now I am very happy with the process.

I am a single traveller but am happy to share a room. Unfortunately I can not book my trip offering a share room unless I have that person lined up. This I have been hit with a whopping single supplement. As a single you are really punished when you travel. I am still offering to share with someone.but can’t put this up on the booking site.

As a marketplace for multi-day tours, the 2,500+ operators TourRadar works with all have different policies for single travellers. Some allow sharing and will pair up travellers, some don't allow sharing at all for various reasons, and a number of operators require a minimum of 2 passengers per booking. Based on whether or not you would like to share with another traveller or are a single traveller, we can usually find you a trip to suit. We had a look at your booking and can see that your operator does offer the option to pair travellers together on tour; however, the specific tour you chose has unique conditions due to a cruise extension. There was a delay in communication with a little bit of misunderstanding but both TourRadar and local tour operator were able to address issues right away.

I was so happy to find this site. I have booked my first over seas adventure and I'm counting down the days til I'm off to the UK. The site was super easy to navigate and use. I can't wait for more adventures in my future.

The process was fairly straight forward all the way through to the card paying section. I had an issue with the booking of single person wishing to share where the booking site allowed me to select the option but in order to be approved I was told that Inkayni Peru tours only allowed the single room option.had to book the single room and at a considerably higher ccost than was shown on the original booking page.
