“Easy to book, the tour is exactly for the number of days I had available and both the start and final destination are cities I wanted to tour. Looking forward to my first overseas adventure.”

“Was quick and easy to navigate. Only gripe is that the itinerary as shown by the company Europamundo - was changed a few times withoutvprior intimation and the fact that we would be clubbed with a Spanish /Mexican group was also not mentioned thus incomplete information can be alleged to have been imparted. Just makes me wary of using your radar as there is incomplete details / information about the actual trip”

“I found the booking experience with TourRadar very simple and easy. I had to change my dates and found communication by email, phone and chat very quick and efficient. I also had confirmation of my changed booking within a few hours. Very happy with the service.”

“We went on a 6 day Overland tour in Ireland departing from Galway. We headed north into Northern Ireland and ended up back in a Dublin. We were on a small tour bus with different nationalities and we had a wonderful and very memorable trip. Our tour guide Thomas was fantastic, very informative and taking us to great locations around Ireland, but most importantly he attended to all the passengers questions or concerns and managed to create a happy atmosphere which enabled us to form a great group bond in our time together. With Thomas at the helm we certainly experienced the friendly happy atmosphere that Ireland is noted for. Plenty of laughs on this trip. We were grateful for his guidance and we will never forget our trip on the Wild West and North tour with Overland Tours of Ireland.”

“I will not use TourRadar again. I will always book directly with the tour provider. I was forced to cancel within 24 hours of making my reservation and lost my full payment. While this was in line with the purchase conditions, TourRadar were zealous in finalising the cancellation and saying it was then too late to consider any variation in terms. I contacted the tour provider who was also unable to help because I had not booked directly. TourRadar was a costly mistake. They acted promptly whenever there was money coming their way, but were slow to respond or provide advice or support when I needed it.”

“The first tour date I had chosen ended up being unavailable even though the site indicated spaces still available. The second date offered luckily worked out for us. I suggest the site indicating the tours and spaces available be scrutinized more often and updated. It would have been VERY DISAPPOINTING if the alternate date offered had not worked out for us. The site is easy to work with and when using the chat option, the operators were extremely helpful. Looking forward to our trip !”
