“Haley called me after I placed a 48hr hold on a Berlin-Moscow tour. She called back several times, each time promptly confirmed by email. Very satisfied with the outcome to date - tour booked, air bookings still under negotiation. Stronger, more personalised service than I expected, with a good discount off the tour provider's price. Many thanks. Peter”

“Evelyn very good, gave all my anwsers to my questions, although have not yet done the tour , sounds and looks great and the tour is flexiable as we added a excursion to it no problems,and hotels look good on the tour. brian godfrey”

“I had to call several times to get my booking done. The email replies were too slow. bad. The wait time on the phone was way too long. bad I received emails saying my booking hold was cancelled, after I received a confirmation booking. Very confusing. I would not use Tourradar again. It's a lot simpler to just book with the tour operator. I would not recommend Tourradar to friends”

Hello Milford, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We regret to hear that the booking process was not as seamless as hoped. Although we try to provide an immediate response, we have been receiving a high volume of calls due to Easter and ongoing sales. We are looking at reducing call wait times and strive to reply to booking-related inquiries within 48-72 hours. Upon further investigation, it looks like the departure date you have requested to book had limited availability so we offered an alternative departure date. It looks like we were able to successfully switch you over and provide you with confirmation the next day. With that said, it looks like you have also placed a hold for 48 hours prior to booking your tour, so you most likely have just received an ‘expired hold’ message. “Appreciate the detailed, satisfying and to the point responses from the tourrRadar team members on phone and via chat to my never ending queries. The plus was site offered extra discount than the tour operator cost or one quoted by travel agent.”

“Tourradar offers an excellent range of choices of destinations, prices and travel styles. The site is very easy to negotiate, has excellent filters to weed out tours I am not interested in, and provides lots of detail about each tour.”
