“I had questions about the 3 tours that I’ve just booked. Only just now I realise that I should have gone onto the website of the tour companies as there is all the information required. The TourRadar website does not include all the information.”

“Have just booked my 6th tour through Tour Radar. Love the ease of the website with all the tour options for easy comparison. Any question is answered quickly. Reminders for due balances provided about 5 days out. Would thoroughly recommend TourRadar,”

“Our friends on FB had been promoting TourRadar. So we decided to book a trip to Egypt and Jordan, because our friends had invited us to join them. We had no problems booking exactly the same tour and coordinating everything with the same agent even though we didn't start until 3 weeks later than our friends. Ever text message was answered promptly and even issues that we hadn't anticipated were explained before them ever became a problem.”

“Overall OK but the website contained inaccurate information. It showed that 5 spots were available for the tour that I was interested in, but when I booked the tour operator informed me that in reality only 3 were available (we are 4 in our party). The site still shows 5 available?????”

Many operators on our website are responsible for manually adjusting the availability for each departure, so this may explain the delay. Rest assured, we will reach out directly to them to confirm that their availability is accurate per departure. When you placed your booking request for 4 travellers, it looks like the tour operator was unable to confirm this right away as they only had 3 spots available. However, upon consulting with their local operations team, they actually were able to reserve all 4 spots for you before providing you with booking confirmation.
