So far, Transcendental Meditation has been very good for healing my mind/nervous system. I haven't missed one yet, but I do need to get me schedule worked out to do it at regular times. I do believe it is very good for me. Thanks!

Actually somewhere between acceptable and "well.....ok". Instead of "feeling refreshed" as the practice is supposed to make you I come out it very tired and kind of worn out. I really can't pinpoint what it is doing for me. I am doing it twice a day for 20 minutes in the hopes that the great mystery will reveal itself but up to now it is not what it was billed as.

Hi Richard, It sounds like you would benefit from a refresher with you TM teacher - they’ll double check that you’re still practicing correctly, which is really important for receiving the benefits (even small alterations to the technique can impact its effectiveness!)

1 month in and I love it. First time in my adult life that I don’t have this underlying edgy feeling. I struggle with the morning TM. My busy mind will not go below the surface. Going for a checkup this weekend. Hoping it will help. Thank you.

Great teacher and the program optimizes your potential for success. It absolutely would help anybody., Improves your quality of life. Teach this in schools and maybe we won’t need armed guards!

Although I'm only one month into my practice of the technique, I am already seeing some benefit. I am a narrator by profession (I narrate books and articles for various services), and I have found a new clarity as I read which has translated into fewer mistakes while reading. I am eager to continue the practice to experience the other, expected benefits. The training was terrific. Jesse was patient and informative.

It is logically sequenced. It offers a community of fellow meditators, and there is research to support its outcomes. I’ve tried many other forms as breath work that paraded as meditation, but TM is the true practice. I’m very grateful for enrolling in the training and adding this twice-daily practice to my life. I’m a calmer, less fretful person who is living each day more joyfully and peacefully.
