“TM In the 3 weeks I've been using it I have noticed I'm calmer, have more energy, ability to focus and better clarity. This is coming from a person who used 1 shot of espresso, pinch of matcha,1 positive thinking tea bag, several drops of Holy Basil (reduces stress) & Clematis (Focus) all mixed in one cup of black coffee. Ugh!!! Hey sometimes we do what we think we need to just to get through the day. NOW, thank goodness I have TM in my life. All I can say is it's amazing! I think if everyone used it the world would be a much better place to LIVE, LOVE, Be HAPPY and experience great JOY continuously in PEACEFUL harmony.

“Since the review is for the TM technique, I give it a 5 out of 5. It is the most effective meditation technique I have used and is easy to use. With regard to the TM organization in general, it seems like it could be a cult. I'd be hesitant about jumping into the organization any further than learning the technique.”
