My instructor in the Kansas City Centre has made the entire process of both learning and acclimating to the practice as easy and beneficial as it could be. I am already a few weeks in reaping some benefit from my nee practice- and the check ins with my teacher have been very helpful.

TM is a simple technique to learn. But its simplicity yields a profound effect. I’ve studied 2 other forms of meditation but could not stick with them. I also tried meditating with my ‘own’ method off and on for years, but I had no consistent practice. I’m thrilled to discover TM and finally admit that I couldn’t do it on my own.

I first explored TM in 1979 but didn't follow through on getting trained. Well, 43 years later, I finally did it and I'm wondering why I waited so long! It is the most peaceful, elegant, simple, EASY process to get into a calm meditative state. I love it and look forward to doing it every day! If you're thinking about learning TM, I highly recommend it. You'll be glad you did!
