“I got Babushkups Glass Tumblers from Maiden, an ironic set of glasses referring to Russian dolls known as Babushkas, however, we Russians call them Matreshkas. The glasses arrived promptly. I'm totally happy with the purchase.”

“A lovely company to deal with, and great products! After purchasing, they emailed me personally (and apologetically) to let me know there was going to be a bit of a delay with one of my products; however the product arrived just as quickly as I'd originally been expecting so there was no problem at all.”

“Trouva is literally one of my favourite websites I am on it pretty much every day and I was happy with the service I received. I ordered a ring from the website as well as some other bits and I was sent a completely different ring to what I ordered, I emailed in just to state in case this affected the brands stock levels and to see what I could do about it and was told that the ring I orginally wanted was out of stock in a very professional , apolegetic and gracious manner I was then told to keep the original ring that they sent me and that a similar one would get sent out. I was also sent a sorry cookie as a way to make up for the blip of my order. Very kind and totally pushed the realms of customer service. And also offered a discount off my next order. Absolute joy and a really great website, will be back for sure! Thanks guys.”

“I love the selection of products on offer, and the fact that lots of smaller boutiques are brought together in one place. I like the idea of supporting small businesses, but it's hard sometimes in practice to find the time to get to places in person so it's great that Trouva has made this easy through an online portal. The service was good, the only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the first time I used Trouva my order didn't arrive in the time specified (it was a gift for an occasion which meant this was a bit of an issue) and there was a bit of confusion. Customer services were very helpful though and I was given a discount code by way of apology so was happy all in all. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.”
