“Recently purchased an alpaca throw. It arrived beautifully packaged and Trouva customer service was fantastic when I asked if I could have an extension to my return date as it was a present and I wasn’t sure my daughter would like the colour. As it was she did and loves it. Thank you.”

“I really like the idea behind Trouva, but we didn’t have a good experience unfortunately. The rug we ordered sold in the physical shop and there weren’t any others in the size / design we wanted.”

“Ordered a form vegan protein shake which is very good. Not impressed by the service from Trouva - Package arrived late and was only pushed through the delivery system because I phoned to find out where my delivery was. They did apologise on the phone and said they would offer me a refund on the delivery which was absolutely fine, I understand these things happen. However, I then get an email offering me a discount on my next purchase rather than the delivery refund that was promised. I find that quite insulting really and assumes I will come back again even despite the delayed delivery - definitely will not be ordering from Trouva again.”

“Excellent customer service. Questions /queries answered without delay . I like the different types of things and as I cannot travel and shop much higher now. Boutiques on line are a brilliant idea. My daughter loved her brick vase. It was very a random thing to make a vase out of but it somehow works. All in all very satisfied with my first experience of Trouva.”

“Who thought drinking water would make you feel naughty! Well, this flask like water bottle does. Not only is it great for the environment, reusable bottle, but it is also practical in the slim nature of the vessel, always a query provoking object when I refill it in a public space. Healthy and fashionable, what more does a gal want!!!!”

“I ordered two items, one of which arrived in perfect condition . The other one was an item I haven't ordered at first place. The boutique that sent it wasn't responding at all. I had to return the item and I have never received the one I wanted. Customer service was nice and I got a refund, but it was a lot of hassle for nothing.”

“This is a negative response for the people selling the product and not Trouva itself. The silver item that I bought had obviously been sitting in their warehouse for some time as it arrived very tarnished. Products should be checked before being despatched”

“I adore Trouva. I absolutely my favourite place to shop online. All of the enormous benefits of an independent highstreet, at the click of a button. Everything I source is unique and special. I get all my homewares from Trouva and wedding presents too. Highly, highly recommend everyone to try it out. You won't regret it.”
