“Very poor customer experience, still waiting for a refund after payment was taken 24th Sept. Not prescriptive or proactive customer support. I have had to hasten Trouva a few times now. Shame as usually quote good.”

“Trouva has opened a treasure trove of shopping joy to me offering a range of specialist boutiques curated to offer unusual and stylish products. In all my dealings, purchasing from many of the retailers trading under the Trouva umbrella, customer service has been exemplary. These traders are proud of their pieces, they pack beautifully and dispatch promptly. Trouva oversees the deals. On one occasion when the seller had sold out of the piece I'd selected, apologies came from both the retailer and from Trouva as the purveyor. This is customer service at its best that makes both selection and purchase a true delight at Trouva.”
