“I bought a ribbed crème cashmere hat just before Christmas. It arrived promptly , accompanied by a lovely thank you card, which was a nice touch. It was a Christmas present for my daughter, who reports that the hat is very warm and cosy and the cashmere is of high quality. I'll certainly shop at Trouva again.”

“Very good quality products only one issue in that product description for straight shaver did not advise separate blades were needed and not clear if these could be bought in the site. Good service otherwise and great selection so would use again”

“The item was as advertised, arrived promptly and the after care was superb. Although I didn't have any issues with the product they were quick to check everything was OK. I would definitely recommend and I know if there were any issues they would be dealt with efficiently.”

“Efficient, trouble free, and prompt delivery. Offered the best price for the items I was searching. However, the packaging was very basic which didn't do any justice to the quality of the item I purchased - It made a relatively expensive and quality item look cheap. This issue should be easy to resolve.”
