“Have received no confirmation of my order 9 days after order was placed, and no explanation for delay/ non confirmation from the supplier. Disappointing as obviously definitely won’t arrive before Xmas”

“After a desperate search for crispy nougat Trouva came up trumps but unfortunately after I placed my order, the items were sold. Trouva contacted me immediately and refunded my money including a voucher. I am very pleased how they operate and will definitely shop with them in the future. I would recommend this company.”

“Really delighted with service. I was looking for a Ralph Lauren item that I couldn't find in stock except via Trouva who I had not heard of. “I ordered for the first time on the 11th December, had confirmation that my item "was on its way" 14th December, and then had to chase the status on 18th December. I received a reply on the 19th December to say Trouva would look into this for me, and if necessary despatch another item (the tracking status told me at hadn't even left the supplier). It's now 22nd December and nothing heard from anybody, so I guess I need to chase again today; no doubt only to be informed this is one present that won't arrive in time. Merry Christmas Trouva - way to go!”
