Worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. They never had a supervisor call me back and would not help me with out problem. I will not use this company ever again

VERY BAD! It is a ripoff! they added a 15% for delivery not shown in cart, then when I cancelled the order UberEats charged the full amount without even delivering the food! No support, No contact us... Limited to chatbot and no solution! never using their services again.

The worst. Cheated and disrespected. Can not speak to anyone. If you call store or restaurant regarding being over charged they tell you to get in touch with Uber eats. That is impossible to do. As a long time uber customer I was wrong in thinking Uber eats would be great. It is horrible. Never again. I am put over 75$ using them.

I did not receive one of the items I ordered and they refused to give me a refund. The item was $4.19 (bag of ice). I have canceled my Uber One membership and will no longer use this service.

I don't recommend ever using Uber eats. I order through doordash all the time if I ever have an issue with anything regarding my order. They refund my money immediately. My work got a $50 gift card for Uber eats. We ordered lunch and it was absolutely horrible. It had missing items and incorrect items. They would only refund my one missing item. Then they put in writing that they would refund the incorrect items and never did when I contacted him about it. Which is is a nightmare to get a hold of them and they don't respond to messages that you put on the app. They said no, we're not going to refund your money. Now you can rate the restaurant. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. Never use them

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I sit at the back door of my job. I give the drivers perfect instructions/directions. They refused to follow it and they canceled my order and I’m still getting charged. And the only way you can do anything is to chat with somebody and they won’t help at all.

My orderer was delivered late, and 2 items were then left inedible. I was given a credit for the being late and when I asked for a credit for the food was told I was already given a credit. The credit didn't even cover the cost of one of the food items. We pay higher fees and delivery cost, more for the food for it to be this poorly managed. When I spoke to customer service they were no help and kept stating I was already credited. Not even to my card but on their app so my only choice is to use the service again.

The driver partner left my food in an unsanitary location. After I requested security to keep it for me, the driver reclaimed the order. Ubber eats denies my refund or another order request.

Useless. Do not check the receipts of what they are picking up. Then decide to block you. Our first and last time using them. Do not recommend

Y'all suck. Why do you let people order knowing you have no delivery people around?! I can’t drive, I took forever to pick what I wanted then it never arrives and the stores close. So disappointed.

Their customer service used to be excellent well it's not anymore. It's one of the worst! I would avoid ordering from them. I ordered a vegetarian meal and received an item with meat which I cannot eat and they refuse to give me my money back. If you call the restaurant they direct you back to Uber eats. This is at least the third time I've had issues with my food and Uber eats will not stand by their service and they refuse to do anything or refund anything. Scammers

I ordered food, then forgot I hadn't updated my address since buying my house. I canceled the order, then seen a cancelation fee of $38.75?? I contacted them and they refused to refund the fee. And you have to live chat thru the app because they no longer accept calls?? They lost my business, Scam

I’ve tried too many times to get an order right or on-time. Today the order was extended by another 40 minutes. The restaurant had it ready but, the driver kept receiving other pick-ups! In about 5 other instances, the order didn’t include items I requested and paid for. Uber Eats wouldn’t do anything to fix this situation. I was charged for items I never received, Never again! They’re a terrible company and they don’t care about their customers.

I ordered from Uber eats and they brought the wrong food. Nothing that I would eat so I had no lunch. I tried to call the driver twice with no luck and I sent 2 messages to Uber eats, only to be told I did not qualify for a refund. So, I did not get my food, and I did not get my money back. Will not be using Uber eats again and would advise anyone thinking of using them not too.

Food was very cold. Either the delivery person takes over an hour or your food is on the back of a scooter in the middle of winter so it literally out of a freezer. Uber eats is starting to be a let down… better off getting it your self or getting it delivered directly from restaurant

Literally everything. My food order was completely wrong and contained many of my allergens. I could have gotten severely ill and all they did was say thank you for your feedback. They left me with no credit or refund and no edible food. I’ve been on a chat with customer service for 2.5 hours at this point and the messages are automated and not accomplishing anything. No attempt at remedying an awful situation. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If they had negative stars I’d give them a -10.

Today I ordered pizza thinking I was going to spend $17.00 plus tax. I purposely did not add any extra toppings, but still I was charged $35.00! There is no way to find which Pizza Hut it came from. There was No sticker seal over the lid. It didn't look like it had been touched though, but that is not good. And to make matters even worse the delivery guy placed the pizza on the floor in front of the door!
