They charged me 91 dollars and an extra 9.99 for car rental to have a meal for 2 delivered!!! Not what the charges were before it hit my account. Last time i ordered through them i had to go get my food as no one picked it up, then somebody got it and took it home so restaurant charged me for remaking it for someone from uber to get and take home! Im done! Yall are scam artists! How are you still going???

Theif's..... Ordered from UberEATS, watched driver on the UberEATS apps map come close to our house but not completely to it. Druver came to the entrance of my neighborhood but never into it. Called driver 3 times with no answer. Called UberEATS for refund and did not get one even with Ring footage that no driver arrived. Calling bank to get money back. ,

Not only was the food I ordered incomplete the driver took 1 hours to drive from the restaurant to my house which was a 15 min drive. I assume he was dropping off other orders. When I attempted to get a 3 dollar refund I was told I was in eligible. I use this delivery service 3 or more times a week but will not be any longer and I don't suggest you do either.

Yes, I had a bad experience not from the driver, but from the merchant then I called the merchant to let them know that they forgot my banana pudding, which is clearly states on the receipt. They’re gonna tell me it was the Uber driver’s responsibility to make sure that it was all there no I gave you the order. Uber eats is to pick it up and deliver it to me JJ chicken and fish in Griffin, Georgia don’t order from them no more I’m tired of inconsistency. Thank you.

Uber eats tells me I can use promos. I try to use them and they don’t apply even though I follow the instructions. I talk to customer service- 2,3 + people try to help me saying the same words and then don’t resolve the issue at all. It’s a waste of money and time compared to other services.

Uber eats should have the restaurant check the order before taking it to customer. Our order has been wrong so many times. Now instead of refunding us they are charging us twice for the wrong food. NEVER USING ANYTHING UBER AGAIN. WASTE OF MONEY.

I can't give even a star that much bad experience. We didn't get refund and the delivery was late not delivered in correct place .such a bad app for food delivery

I found a cockroach leg on my food and they didn’t do anything about it because I didn’t take a picture. I’m an uber one member and place multiple orders with them. Had I claimed I didn’t receive my food, they would issue a refund. But I reported a freaking cockroach leg!!!! And nothing can be done without a picture! This is the last time I’m ordering food through uber eats, and customers service sacks. They take forever to answer and just send you a bunch of automated emails. Ajay was not helpful

Worst customer service and it claims to be human but it is all automated responses and no resolution or care constantly disconnecting. I'm going to bbb. STAY AWAY from UBER EATS AT ONE POINT THEY SAID THEY WERE POSTMATES and I said who???

If I could give you a 0 star I would. Your service is terrible and you hire people who steal food and then you don’t give the proper refund. I’m deleting this app and sticking with DoorDash.

There is zero support staff, no number to call or have man to connect with. I did not get my $40 order. Your chat bot giving me $5 in Uber Cash isn’t a refund or replacement. I just wanted my order. Instead they robbed me and gave me $5 for my next order.

Very late all the times, Drivers don’t respond to calls or texts. When order is late the system won’t let you leave a review.

I’ve been a loyal Uber Eats customer for a long time, ordering almost daily or weekly, but my last experience left me very disappointed. I updated my delivery address before placing an order, yet the system still sent my food to an old address where I no longer work. When I tried to cancel, I was charged anyway. I reached out to customer service, hoping they would understand, but instead I was treated rudely, constantly cut off, and dismissed without being heard. I ended up paying for food I never received, even though the mistake came from Uber Eats’ system not initiating the address change properly. The policy and customer service response were both extremely unfair. Because of this, I’ve stopped using Uber Eats altogether and now use DoorDash and SkipTheDishes instead. Their platforms feel more reliable, and I don’t feel mistreated as a customer. Uber Eats needs to improve its app so address changes actually save properly, and most importantly, train their customer service staff to listen and treat customers with respect. Loyal customers shouldn’t be punished for technical errors they didn’t cause.

Terrible company will never do business again listing places that arent even in close proximity to my home. I unsuspectingly chose one where even if I tipped the 40 dollar order total would of been tough to pick up. Instantly cancelled less than 5 mins, now I have to dispute it with my CC company.

Worst Company Experience – Robbed by Uber Review Title: Worst Company Experience – Robbed by Uber I will never use Uber again. I ordered through their app, cancelled within one minute, and yet 30 minutes later they still charged me. I called customer support, and they told me it was “policy” and that nothing could be done. I called the store directly, and they confirmed it was Uber’s fault. In the end, I was robbed of $40 with no solution, no accountability, and a customer service rep who seemed perfectly fine with that outcome. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve deleted every Uber app from my phone, and I will never use them again. They clearly value money over people, and I’ll make sure to share this experience every chance I get.
