I ordered sushi 2 for 1,and was charged double. Called restaurant and they sent me proof that they applied the discount and to contact uber. I spoke to someone via live chat, they are all idiots there,just copy and paste the same msg,even if I ask a different question,they reply with the same message. I had a gift card,when i applied towards balance,it said that the voucher has already been redeemed,which is not true. Agent in the chat kept repeating that it was redeemed without looking into it further. I will never use Uber eats again and do not recommend to anyone

I ordered Chipotle through uber eats. I basically received only sour cream and pico in my steak burrito bowl which made the food inedible. I contacted uber eats and they said they were unable to refund my meal. So now I am out the $20 I spent on the bowl and hungry bc I couldn’t eat the food. They have no number to contact and speak with someone either. The people on the chats are idiots and just copy and paste the same message over and over again instead of addressing the issue. I do not recommend ordering from them, bc if there is some sort of a mistake you’re just stuck and have to figure it out yourself. Stick with DoorDash!

I am a delivery driver and when the first order came,it showed $14.05 but I didn't take it..then the second time,the same order came up with $13 some cents....so i have noticed many times that they reduce the rate always when sending the same order for second time...pathetic and disgusting...! Uber CEO warns millions for salary but they cant pay decent amount to its delivery drivers....

I had an email with a promo of 25.00 off my first order. It showed the discount but when i entered payment info it charged me full amount. This is not a company I will be using. My food arrived cold, not cool but cold.

Terrible they are definitely NOT good at this they charge you even when you cancel a order if the restaurant don't have what you want to order. Discontinued never ever again. It's really a half start they're a rip off joke service.

I work for them and it’s really bad. They don’t pay the drivers anything on fair. They’ll hire anybody anytime. There’s too many drivers on the other delivery services have a waitlist. Reese doesn’t care about the food. They just care about rideshare it’s sad there’s no money to be made as an Uber eats driver none not if you have bills like we all do which is normal so you’re fuk

This is the second time I have had my order missing food. Where they tell me its not eligable for a credit? Then bring me what I paid for. I literally called the resturant this second time, they told me the driver did not take both bags. This is ridicolous. Uber eats keeps saying a supervisor will call me back in 48 hours. I emailed the CEO with no response either.

On September 4, 2025, I placed an order on Uber Eats and the price increased by $16.29 after checkout. I contacted support within minutes to cancel, but was told to wait until after delivery, only to then be told nothing could be done. Every time I asked questions, the representatives ended the conversation instead of helping. This feels deceptive and unfair. I want a full refund and an explanation.

Second time I have ordered from Uber I dont know what type of people they employ but I would not suggest anyone ever order from them, I will go with doordash any time before I order from them again,They always tell you order has been delivered and then when you look there is no delivery LIARS

Please do not use this app or one tied to them (because a lot are) they lie about refunds and look for ways to get out of anything instead of holding themselves and restaurants accountable. Attached is a picture showing their lies. Second time I have caught it, but this was the first time I was told they would not put the full amount on there, even after providing evidence. This is a scam running amok and calling themselves a corporation. Would provide negative stars if I could.

DO NOT USE UBER EATS FOR GROCERY SHOPPING I hope this company eventually faces the consequences and learns its lesson. I’ve had two separate cases where drivers literally ran off with my order—and every time, Uber Eats support failed to resolve the issue. They can’t even support themselves, let alone their customers. There are plenty of stores that offer their own grocery delivery services. I’ll never use this app again.

The actual company Uber Eats is a joke. Every time I place an order there’s no way to know what store they are sending my order to and inevitably they send it to a store that is 20 minutes farther from where the closest location is to me. There is also no phone number for customer service on Uber Eats. There is no way when you order an Uber ride to see your driver and car ahead of time and inevitably I pick luxury and get a filthy car that’s filled with air fresheners that I’m allergic to and some nasty driver. There has to be a better way and there has to be a way when you’ve given somebody poor ratings that you don’t get sent the same driver or the same delivery person , you should be able ahead of time to say no and request another driver. The worst is when you order food and it comes to you cold because it’s the apps fault not the drivers fault because they sent it to a restaurant several miles further from where you live than the closest restaurant. Looking for a better company

First time ever I use them and they failed to deliver, driver phoned me and could hardly manage a word of English , he already had the address, but said he couldn’t find me , so while he hung on the phone i stood like a fool at the bottom of my drive, but the driver still couldn’t find me, he cut me off after 10 mins and dumped the order on another drive somewhere,then cancelled the order blaming me. What load of Uber scammers.

I ordered Popeyes through Uber Eats and made a same day complaint. They told me my issue was resolved but never replaced my money as promised. When I contacted Uber eats again, they told me 48 hours had passed and it was too late. They are dirty theives and I cannot wait until Trump takes care of them all
