GARBAGE. I had to wait 2 hours for my food and when I asked for a refund they kept disconnecting the chat!!! Not the drivers fault - the company I will Never ever do business w this corrupt company again.

Honestly should get zero stars. They have no customer service but they make a lot of mistakes with their orders. I waited 90 minutes for my order then the delivery person called me that she is outside. She was not, I spent 30 minutes trying to locate her. After I contacted uber they sent my money back but when i complained about the insane time i lost they said the see the issues as resolved since i got my money back. Is this a joke? Will not be using uber again.

I contacted Uber Eats for help. They keep disconnecting me with another person. VERY DISAPPOINTING. It’s like HOPELESS to be helped. I canceled my order because it’s taking more than an hour and they couldn’t help me at all and keep disconnecting me. I have never felt so hopeless on a company like Uber eats.

Being a customer for years am seeing their service going form bad to worst. They line up several deliveries with the same driver and eventually increase the max wait time. Two days ago I had to wait for a total of 2 hours where the max wait time was of an hour. Even today during ordering the wait time was 20 mins and soon as I placed the order the wait time went to 45 mins. They just do not care. Treating their customer like trash. No accountability at all.

Total trash company. As a former driver I can attest to this fact. First off, they hire anyone with a pulse and a smart phone to do deliveries. They allow bicycles and scooters to be used in rural areas and other locations where bike and scooter deliveries are not practical. Their criminal background check is a joke. I personally know a driver who served an eight year jail sentence in a different state than the state he signed up for Uber in. He was approved to drive since they only checked in the state he signed up in. Night deliveries are usually made by weed heads who smoke weed while working. Many drivers who are not eligible to drive, have a family member or girlfriend, etc sign up to drive and then drive using that person's account. I know a driver who was deplatformed three times. The first time was under his own name. The second using an account under his mother's name and the third time his cousin's name. He's now doing door dash. They knowingly illegal aliens who use bootleg accounts. Just do a Google search on Uber eats bootleg accounts. There are actually Facebook pages that sell bootleg accounts run by organized crime elements. There is a forever turn over if drivers due to the ridiculous low pay and coercion from Uber in there attempt to force drivers to accept unprofitable delivery offers. Most times ubers base pay is only two dollars per delivery, the rest if any is customer tip. Uber often bundles low tip and no tip deliveries together with a customer that tips well. To add insult to injury, on bundled orders uper does not even pay the full two dollars for each delivery. For instance, the base pay for two deliveries bundled together may only be 2.75 plus tips. So the customer that tipped well is subsidizing Uber as well as the low tip no tip delivery. Only desperate people do this job and Uber exploits that to the ninth degree. And the ceo of this company merrily goes to the bank each month to deposit 60+ thousand per month paycheck as Rome burns. There's more but I think you get the idea why this service is so shoddy.

I ordered food for pick up from what I thought was the location near my house. Checked to go pick up order the app selected the further location. Called the restaurant to cancel because uber does not have a cancel function during the order process. Had to move the order to compete in order to process the receipt. Contacted chat today and they said because it was moved to complete they are going to charge me for it. I cannot believe this. I’ve used this service so many times and $16 is where they will lose me. I’ll never use that service again. Shame on you for making a family waste money on food we couldn’t go get!! Don’t worry I’ll be sure to tell all my friends and family to boycott the service.

It’s just gotten too expensive to use your service anymore. You walk into the restaurant and the price of the food is lower than what you are charging. Then you add your fees and then you add the tip and 1 cheeseburger meal ends up costing you almost 50 bucks.no thanks

Usually always late, customer service reps hardly ever compensate whenever there is a mistake. Horrible service overall. Oh and so overly priced.

I Ordered food and they did not apply the buy one get one discount. A $25 order with fees went to $38 so I immediately cancelled . After I cancelled they charged me $29+ cancellation fee and never brought the order they claimed I cancelled to late. So I called customer service and asked them how I can get credited and the hung up on me . Would never ever ever use this company again . If I cancelled to late as they claim then they should have delivered the food and credited me the difference of buy one get one free. Instead they delivered nothing and charged me for nothing . 100% shister company , do not ever use

I placed an order on Uber eats they said my order would be here at one time the driver rode right past my house then the time kept changing I talked to customer service and they said I would get it at 1154 I asked them to cancel my order because I couldn't get it they told me I was not getting a refund I set up all this time waiting and I didn't get my money nor my order this is the worst company ever then i couldn't get a real person then I couldn't get a number or anything to call them they dropped my order off at the wrong house before but because I got it I didn't complain but to not get your money or your order is ridiculous

I recently ordered with a uber Eats for Jack in the box. I cancelled the order within less than 10mins.. they wouldn’t refund me the $$ claiming jack in the box had “received” the order, mind you, received the order but had not yet prepared it or had it ready. They didn’t even offer credit. The took my $21 and that was that. When I reached out to supper, I spoke with an agent named James, when I told him the situation and explained my end, again, no offering of a resolution. When the agent James felt HE gave me the “best” resolution to this matter? He ended the chat. Wouldn’t give me the time to finish my sentence before he took that action. He offered no sincere apology or credit. DoorDash never did that to me. As a loyal user of the UberEats app, it was disappointing to say the least. I will no longer be using the app. James you’re horrible btw and don’t belong with customer support. You didn’t offer any sort of support for me. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

Before starting the order there was an offer for four dollars off $25 order. I selected it and I placed the order. At checkout it automatically apply to $.49 credit for the delivery fee. I unselected it but it still won’t let me select the $4 Off. My purchase was $34+ dollars. Tried to call customer service and they won’t talk to you and tell you to go to their website. Very frustrating. Feels like a scam to me to offer the discount and then disable it

Would Give 0 if possible Ordered family food after loss of loved ones One. Driver called and said was lost Gave her subdivision of home Texted address, phone number of residence If had issues & google map pin location. 30 min later received msg. Order completed Got call from family 45 minutes later Never Delivered! I went & picked up food , drove 45 minutes & Delivered myself. Such an embarrassing & horrific experience. Co. Wanted to refund me & give me $5 credit What a joke !! Never Ever Use Uber Eats !!!!

If I could give uber eats 1/2 of star I would !!! The drivers eat your food and cancel your order after you’ve been waiting almost an hour ! One driver tried to scam me !!! I’m not using their service anymore

Esta aplicacion es lo mas incompetente que existe ise un pedido a las 6.23 pm a las mismas 6.23 pm cancele el pedido i literalmente me cobraron mas de la mitad de el pedido solo por que tarde 20 segundos en cancelarla totalmente una estafa llame al soporte i al igual tampoco hicieron nada !! Como es pocible te cobren mas de 50% por cancelar una orden cuando ni siquiera la habían hecho??

New scam alert - driver picked up my food and was on her way to my house. She calls me and says the app was glitching on her end and needed the pin so she could see my address again. My fault for giving it to her but I thought she was being genuine. And I never got my food. And she wouldn’t answer anymore. Uber refuses to refund me so I ended up filing a police report. Imagine how much money Uber is losing paying drivers that don’t deliver food and on top of that they are getting free meals!

Title: Terrible Uber Eats Experience – 2 Hours Late! Review: I ordered from Pizza Hut through Uber Eats and the delivery showed up 2 hours late. By the time it arrived, the food was cold and unappetizing. Support offered no real solution and just wasted my time. Totally unacceptable service. I won’t be trusting Uber Eats again unless they fix their delivery and customer service issues.

I am not a racist at all but what i am saying makes logical sense. The drivers that work for you should pass a generic language for the area they are working in. The fact that in a service industry there is a massive language barrier is the fault of you the corporation and you only care about numbers and money not the quality of service. That is one of the biggest problems you have is that language barrier which causes so many different issues including but not limited to wrong addresses and fighting with the drivers to explain they are at the wrong address.
