I. 2 days I've had 3 bad orders abd they won't refund or credit my account. Consumer shouldn't have to pay for missing items or undercooked/overcooked food that can cause food poisoning!!

Worst customer service ever. What they could do for me is refund me my money after delivering my food to the wrong address. It took talking to what I assume is a bot to get all of it back. Would not give me a phone number to call and talk to someone

First they charged me delivery, should of been free, then another charge for faster delivery and was still late. Paid 30$ total for a 7$ sub! Refused to cancel order and refund anything back. Will never use them again

I would give you no stars if I could. No customer service. I tried to cancel a very late order and was then charged for the total amount of the bill. This is ridiculous! Had I known and been able to reverse the cancellation I would have.

I had a very disappointing experience with Uber Eats recently. I placed an order, but due to their app's confusing interface, the order got canceled. Despite this being a fault with their app, Uber Eats did not refund my money or even offer store credit. To make matters worse, finding a way to contact their customer support was incredibly difficult. The app does not make it easy to find a phone number or access support. When I finally managed to reach out, the customer service was abysmal. They were unhelpful and did not take responsibility for the issue. Overall, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended). Uber Eats needs to improve both their app usability and their customer service significantly. I will not be using their services again.

first time using this service. ordered food at 1130am. Said it would be here by 130 at latest. at 120 they canceled my order. refuse to compensate me, refuse to deliver the food, refuse to do anything. constantly ended live chat on me with no resolution avoid at all costs. I will be closing my account asap.

The last 7/10 orders have been an issue. Last order the driver was outside my building and cancelled my $110 order. I won’t be using it anymore. I’ve had enough of this very unreliable service. I’ve had more issues than actually good service. It’s time to move on.

Terrible. I left clear instructions to leave the food outside the house. Instead they waited and then threw away my food and took £30. Not acceptable. Greedy company. Customer service does not care and are rude and dismissive. Do not use them. Deleting the app.

Trash! Not only they price higher than the real price and charge high fees but rob what is not theirs at the very first chance. If Zero was an option i would have chosen it!

Awful customer service pretty sure a robot responds with basic dummy commands. Some driver took my food somewhere and took a picture at someone’s house not mine who knows maybe their own house and over even got an apology from Uber so no dinner and took my money done with them. They are a ripoff

Charged twice for an order by the app, wouldn't offer a refund or credit after following the apps instructions on authorization holds. Just lost this customer (although I'm sure they don't care).

When I went for pick up the location didn't exist ..uber eats told me they can't do anything about it... later after I was shunted from one location to another . I was directed to another restaurant where the manager threatened me and snatched my phone

Took an hour and a half to arrive so I didn’t even get to eat the food because I had to go to work. My sister picked up the food for me and when it arrived the ice cream was completely melted and the chicken looked like it had already been eaten out of and was really poor quality

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Terrible service. Terrible customer service. Please don’t use Uber eats. I ordered from dominoes and they were the ones delivering the food. I was told the food would arrive at 12:35, it showed up at 1:20 and I was outside waiting the whole time, calling people, chatting with customer service and no one could give me any info. They also were out of Caesar salad and when I contacted customer service about a refund they refused to give me one. I will never use Uber eats again. DoorDash is MUCH better

Terrible company with poor customer service. The drivers are ok, but if the restaurant leaves out something or gives the driver someone else's order, customer service at uber tells you to "deal with it" with instructions on how to delete your uber account if you don't like it. Door dash is a much better company

I was charged multiple times and I haven't received my money back, wait line is 6-12 hours a d it has been more than 4 days and they haven't answered yet, so u could say a long week wait line. Really bad customer service, I will contact my bank for that situation instead waiting to resolve this situation with them..... FOOD WAS GOOD ON TIME AND HOT BUT THE APP CHARGED MULTIPLE TIMES AFTER THE DRIVER DELIVERY THE FOOD.
