I placed an order for a shop vac to be delivered.They advertised a low price, I assumed they would show delivery fee before charging my card.They Charged my card for almost 30 dollars more then told me the fee..I called to cancel they delayed the cancelations so they could still charge a fee..

When I placed an order, the app failed to show a clear breakdown of the cost before confirming. Within less than a minute of realizing the issue, I tried to cancel the order. Shockingly, the app didn’t warn me that I would be charged the full amount or ask for confirmation before finalizing the cancellation. I was then hit with an $80 charge for an order that I never actually received. My experience with customer service was awful. Instead of addressing my concerns or offering any kind of resolution, the interaction left me feeling dismissed and undervalued as a customer. This lack of transparency and poor handling of customer issues is unacceptable for a company of Uber’s size and reputation. As a result, I’ve deleted the app and plan to share my negative experience with others to warn them about these unfair practices. I hope Uber takes these issues seriously and makes significant improvements to its user experience and customer service in the future. Until then, I will be avoiding their services entirely.

I ordered a pizza through Uber Eats, and I honestly don’t know what’s worse, Uber Eats’ customer support or Papa Johns’ terrible service and professionalism. After over an hour of waiting, my partner and I still haven’t received our food, nor any response from either Papa Johns or Uber eats. It’s absolutely unacceptable and I would never recommend any hard working individuals to spend their money on an unreliable app like Uber Eats. Or on a disappointing and terrible restaurant like Papa Johns.

Uber Eats are a disgrace, they refuse to refund you when food is missing from your delivery!!! They continually tell you “this order isn’t eligible for a refund” but will not explain why this is the case. Their associates just give you the same template’s response continuously until you can’t bear it anymore. Surely what they do is not legal, I for one will never ever order from them again, I would highly recommend using another food delivery service.

I placed an order at Instacart and UberEATS delivered it Driver was wonderful. The food was cold and burnt. Customer service didn't give me any help, said they don't help with food. So my recommendation is to go somewhere else to order your food.

I think its unfair to downgrade a driver using customer ratings after an upgrade has been completed . A friend worked hard to earn gold within about 3hrs of being active over some days only do get downgraded back to green and 80point yesterday without any opportunity for proper feedback from driver . She even got subtle threat of deactivation of account today without highlighting what needs to be improved upon. That's not good for progress development .

I placed order and driver delivered to wrong house and it was no one to call. I had to write on website what happen. Received email saying they couldn’t see where it was deliver to wrong house so they couldn’t refund my money. I will never use Uber again bec that’s bad business as a consumer. The driver made the mistake and you’re goi g to tell me I can’t get a refund???

Uber eats poorly attempted resolving my issue by offering only 1/4th of my meal in uber cash. Here what happened, I am a nurse working my fifth 12 hour night shift this week. I woke up from working last night at 3pm. I immediately ordered dinner for my family to take the strain off my back. My excellent driver ran into a wreck and my order wasn’t delivered until 5pm. 2 hours late. The kicker is the driver was able to get my food on time- she got stuck in traffic and was in that for an hour and 30 minutes. I had to rush and get my kiddos ready, grab food quickly to get to work and when my food was delivered it was cold and soggy. Uber eats REFUSED to refund me just the food. I wanted my driver to still be tipped her 20%. Their resolve was $8.71 in uber cash. Very frustrated because it’s always something with this company. I am leaving the platform and will tell all of my nurse associates of the experience! Use door dash!!!!

They do not resolve your issue I got charged for an order that I canceled within mins of having placed it. Their chat service agents are useless.

I was suppose to receive money for an uber which was incorrect. Instead of giving me the credit deserved they gave the tip to the delivery driver. My consent was not given for my money to go to the driver for my refund.

I get food deliveries from shops and I never have any issues or missing items but with uber eats I get every nearly time! Something is missing. Once I only realised after a few days when I saw advert about these cream buns and thought oh I have ordered them to check my fridge and realise they never been delivered. Today it was latte, or once was pancakes missing. Now they think I am at it and said they won't give me my money back. I don't care at this point for £2or something but being called liar WHERE I work for government and you get checks, says a lot. Guess my last time of using uber eats.
