I have orders with Uber eats DOZENS of times tonight I Ordered and My food says it was delivered but never actually was even though I was suppose to provide the driver with a PIN number and it’s been almost an hour and I have had NO response from support. I will be canceling my Uber eats and never using Uber again. I wasted $50 on food for my family for Uber to do nothing

It's unbelievable how Uber Eats, a well-known company, has found a way to scam its customers. After this experience, I deleted the app and will never use it again. I received a charge of $57 because I needed to make a change to my order. It's been a while since I last used the service—previously, I ordered a couple of times a week without any issues when needing to modify an order. This time, when I tried to change it, I had to cancel my order. By the time I spoke to someone, they informed me it was past the five-minute window, so I was unable to change the order. As a result, order was canceled, ended up being charged without receiving any food. I couldn't purchase anything else because I was literally using the last of my money.

Couldn't be bothered to drop off our food! Restaurant was kind to refund our money. Lesson learned! Thanks

Ordered groceries and tobacco from Sainsburies Penwortham. No tobacco was in bags. Rang the driver he told me to ring customer services. Rang Sainsburies an obnoxious manager told me to ring Uber They then send me texts saying the issue has been resolved and thanks for the tip. I have lost £54 on tobacco that never arrived

I erased this app for me and all my kids we used to order here every week, but this people are getting ridiculous. Their driver left my food someplace else. They did not want to refund my money over $200. I am never using this people again they are horrible.

I got a meal that was contaminated. A feather cooked into the food. Due to fear of further unseen contaminations I could not eat any of the food I asked for a refund with picture proof and they refunded me $5 on my $30 order In the order there were only 2 things when I asked for a full refund they said that is not their policy. So I wasted in the end $25 on inedible food. I will be disputing the charge with my bank next.

The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever received. They just tell me to go to another link to request help then close my chat, ignoring my responses. I’ve asked for an email to complain and I just get ignored. For such a large company it is absolutely disgusting behaviour. I have been shopping and seeing that grocery shops have discounts on items available but when I put them in my basket it is full price and no one will help. This is a review for the company and customer service not the drivers.

Uber did not honor advertised discounts and special offers. They delivered to the wrong address last time and refused replacement or refund.

Delivery driver never picked up food. After almost two hours I attempted to cancel my order and was charged. Called customer service and was told by someone talking very fast with a heavy accent I’m out of luck. I will NEVER USE UBER AGAIN.

Garbage Experience. Don’t Waste Your Money. Uber Eats let me place an order from a store that was already closed — then charged me for it anyway. I showed up to pick it up, and the staff told me they were closed and nothing was going to be made. They literally told me to cancel the order. I followed their instructions, did everything right — and Uber still kept my money. Their support team sent a lazy copy-paste response saying the order was “accepted” so there’s nothing they can do. No refund. No credit. Just a total waste of time and money. This app is a joke. If you want to gamble with your money and get punished for their system errors, go ahead and use Uber Eats. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go with literally anyone else.

We ordered tonight and the driver put that it was delivered when it wasn’t. We tried calling the driver twice and so did customer service and it just went to voicemail. We did receive a refund though.

I cancelled an order within 30 seconds and got charged 67$ and was told there was nothing they could do to refund it. Terrible service and will never use again.

This is outrageous. My first Uber Eats order, and i never received it. Not only did the delivery person not ring the bell or contact me in any way, they made a outdoors photo as "proof" of my order taken at a totally different, unknown address - it is clearly NOT my house. And because of that photo, Uber eats did not give me a refund either. So, not only did i stay hungry - i payed for nothing – AND did never get a way to contact the driver, either. NEVER AGAIN! Do yourself a favor - stay away from them, there are far better delivery options with actual customer service.

I placed an order on Saturday paid $23 for the order. Had an issue with the order items did not come. Neither instructions were not followed I emailed this Uber eats three times got no reply but I’m not gonna pay for it. I’m just gonna stop payment on my credit card. This is insane.
