Messed up my bundle order's address. One sent to address1 and the other sent to address2, which is ridiculous, it's a bundle, how tf your system separates the order

Had to cancel my order because it was going to the wrong address and they still charge me $12. They are a rip off and they said they couldn’t help me in anyway they’d wanna take your money and I’m never using them again. I’ll use door Dash.

The most useless customer service. I cancelled my order within one minute but they still charged me the full amount. Never using this again. What a cheap way to make money. Useless service. I dont even want to give one star as well. But they wont allow!

My food was delivered to the wrong address and uber eats refused to give me a refund for a meal I never even received. Do not order with uber eats.

Absolutely horrible first experience using Uber eats I ordered and I couldn’t find the receipt and couldn’t figure out why the bill was what it was so I cancelled the order and then re-ordered right away within minutes seconds and they charged me a $30 cancellation fee I spoke to the merchant and they were fine giving me back the $30 but Uber eats refused and said that they wouldn’t do it Very disheartening and I’ll never use Uber eats again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I would think twice about before using Uber eats cause they’re not honest and all they will care about is their money they don’t care about customer service or making customers happy judi B

Today I played a order with Wendy's and I was charged almost 50.00 . It is terrible. Don't order from them. You will be way over charged. I won't be using your app again

Being a driver and having less than a 87% satisfaction rate will terminate my account. I made sure that I give my all when I deliver and my satisfaction rate kept going down and when I tried asking for help they did nothing about it.

I ordered from Olive Garden. Uber Eats delivered my food but only gave me one bag. I text him and called him. He said he was going to bring me the other bag and he didn't. Couldn't get hold of customer service and they blocked my number. I believe he stole part of my order. I called Oliver Garden and the manger was really nice. She apologized and reordered the whole order and had someone from the restaurant deliver it. Awesome. Stay away from Uber Eats. They are not honest.

I repeated an order, but they send a different order to the restaurant and I cancelled the order right away but they charged me for the order because the restaurant had accepted it. Tried working it out with uber eats or a refund but they wont refund even thought their fault. Will never use them again.

I ordered a 2 for price of 1 calzone. Should have been 18.00 plus 3 toppings at 2.00 each. Both should have been around 24.00. after their service fee came to 44.00. when I called to complain, customer service hung up on me.

I ordered several items from Charleysa sandwich and wing place I received two of five items I ordered I reached out to Ubereats about my issue they responded 7hours later asking for a receipt I had thrown away and pictures of food I didn’t receive makes no sense I spent 60 for literally nothing I already had a hard time in thinking company’s like this was worth it and it’s definitely proving me right the so called convenience is not worth the hassle no food and out of 60 dollars

Missing items from my order and this company refuses to refund the money for the missing items absolutely crazy! I will never use the delivery service again my drinks were also left on my porch sideways spilling everywhere.

Absolutely horrific. My pizza was made five minutes from my house yet it arrived stone cold sober, all floppy and soggy and wet. Obviously these guys drive around and around to 1,000,000 other places before they get to my place. I will never use Uber Eats again.

I had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience with Uber Eats. My recent order arrived with open food boxes and missing items—it was clear that the delivery driver tampered with the food. I immediately reported the issue with photos, but was told I wasn’t eligible for a refund. That response is beyond frustrating. This is not about the money—this is about safety and trust. What if something harmful had been added to the food? What if my family got sick? The fact that Uber Eats allows this to happen, and then refuses to address it seriously, is completely unacceptable. I expect Uber Eats to ban this driver, properly investigate the incident, and take steps to protect customers in the future. Until then, I will no longer be using this platform. The fees are increasing, but the benefits offered with the Uber One account have diminished. When I originally signed up, I received 40% off and various other incentives. It's disappointing not to receive many perks despite using the app frequently.

Wait based in order on Friday. May 30th at a restaurant in Florence Kentucky, we never received our order, but got charged.The full amount I tried to email someone with help and the response I got was it was the restaurant's fault. This is an awful service. It should never be used by anyone.
