Ordered two pizza, driver delivered them, opened the boxes driver had eaten part of each pizza. Never again can I trust uber eats to keep my food safe.

Why can't I give 0 stars? Order from a local restaurant amd the restaurant gave my order to the wrong person. My driver arrives to pick up and the restaurant's solution is to contact Uber, Uber's solution was just to cancel my order. Mind you, my order was over an hour late at this point. Error on Uber's part and the restaurant's, but neither was willing to fix the issue.

Absolutely terrible. After paying for delivery and a substantial tip, they take the liberty to deliver to several folks along the way and delay orders consistently. I am going to refrain from ordering from Uber Eats going forward.

I mistakenly placed my order and I soon quickly canceled it and it was still a $20 charge which I thought was absolutely absurd and ridiculous since I had just put in the order and no restaurant would have made my food at that time because it was so quick on canceling it the fact that I still got charged $20 as a cancellation fee was absolutely ridiculous I'll never order from Uber eats ever again

Driver didn’t speak a word of English-not one word. Couldn’t find our address, couldn’t read the name in the order. After waiting almost two hours for good, we have empty bellies and a refund. And are making ramen. Awful!

Their customer service is terrible. I placed an order and it came back saying an hour and half for delivery. I called the restaurant minutes later and they hadn't started it yet so I cancelled it and they still charged me the full cost of all the food. I understand if I cancelled after they've made the food but they had just received the order and hadn't started it. I will never use them to order my food again.

I was waiting for a half hr to get may order ready, then when I walked into the store I was waiting another half hr in line, when I finally got the to pickup register I was told my order wasn't even accepted... The said they can start now from scratch so it'll take another half hr... I said fly a kite

I waited 1 and half hours to get the order delivered, because 4 separate delivery personnel accepted and cancelled . The food was sitting in the restaurant the whole time. And in the end the mighty customer support cancelled the order. Best part is i have a uber one subscription. Lol. What a joke of an app, overpriced and overrated services at 1% of quality of the charge.

I have had issues with the app twice sending the correct order to the local dominos. I have send multiple requests on this complaint and have yet to hear back! Disappointed in Uber Eats non-response to their mistake!

My order was delivered but not to me! Uber refunded my restaurant cost but not the driv er tip! Gave me the tip back in uber cash? Why not just refund entire amount and get the tip back from the driver? I have had issues with quite a few of the drivers in the past with late deliveries but never missing deliveries. Very poor service. Will never be using Uber Eats ever again!

Horrible customer service, I’ve been going back and forth for 4 days trying to get a refund on something that I ordered 1.) got it made wrong, 2.) what I received I am allergic too and 3.) didn’t not could have ate it. Still no refund and all they keep saying is the same thing over and over and apologizing.

UberEATS chooses not to have a customer service number because they don't want to deal with the customers. I feel like that is very unprofessional. They leave everything for robots to do. I am still waiting on them to respond.

This is the second time we’ve used Uber & our order has either been already “picked up” or “delivered” both times.. neither of which happened. I recommend Door Dash instead..

They did not deliver all of my order and the driver did not speak English. I tried to resolve the issue but to no avail. I wanted a refund or a gift card. Service was very poor and that driver should be reprimanded.

Have never had a problem with Uber Eats till today, worse customer service. Had to cancel order, because app transferred order to wrong office, which was done IMMEDIATELY...Explained in detail to 2 CS reps and was told that the food was already being prepared and that THEY uber eats would have to pay the restaurant...and therefore could not issue refunds. SERIOUSLY...UBER EATS cannot afford 40.$ BILLION DOLLAR company cannot afford 40$..so instead of sending the order to a closer restaurant..they were like Oh well...your screwed....WTF...

Worst service! Never order again . Driver makes mistake and up to customer to justify refund. Spent an hour trying to get a refund when order was delivered to wrong address.

Delivery driver picked up the food and it was showing eight minutes to arrive, food arrived in 1 hour 18 minutes later, bad Driver didn’t match the photo, who was ice cold maybe edible but I don’t eat low quality food. I threw it away, and I was charged for not edible cold terrible customer service food.

I know there are much bigger problems in the world but I wanted to warn everyone that Uber Eats will charge a $3.50 “service fee” to cover their “free delivery” promo. If you try to reach out and maybe cancel, they will charge you $7

My order was not delivered to my door. The photo they took of my food was clearly at someone else’s door. I showed them a photo of my address with my red door to compare to the green door that they delivered it to they insisted they delivered it correctly. I spoke to three reps. They would not credit me back even with the photo that they sent showing their own failure. They would not let me on with a supervisor. Each rep ended the call even though I was perfectly civil. They told me a could write them. Who? Where? No food, no money, no supervisor, no process. Horrible service. App deleted
