First time ever using ubereats, i never got my order and they wont refund me. Basically a scam.

Almost every single one of my orders are either completely wrong, missing items, damaged, take way too long, or are just someone else’s order because the driver mixed them up

You guys should close the app at night I made three orders which were cancelled by the delivery’s, because the delivery ran into an issue and can't finish my delivery. That happen three times same day. Order on Uber Eats is like playing the lottery.

This was the second delivery of food that was marked as delivered but I never received my order. The driver sent me a picture of a construction area and marked it as delivered. I called the store and they told me the food wasn't returned 😒 I reached out to Uber customer service and was told it wasn't "eligible for a refund". Total scam. The drivers aren't held accountable and if they mark it delivered good luck getting a refund. The only route was to dispute the charge with my bank which I did so right away.

Garbage delivery service. Almost every time I get my food it’s twenty minutes to an hour late and soggy and cold. Joke.

Today an Uber Eats driver stole my food and they will not refund my money.. I saw him on camera put the food on the sidewalk..take a picture and went back to his car. He is driving a red Toyota Corolla with a West Virginia plate(DBN 488). The customer service are so rude and hang up on you..Explain to them I have video they don’t care at all..I will NEVER USE UBER EATS AGAIN..34.00 dollars wasted-hope his bum ass enjoyed it😡😡😡🤬🤬

Unreliable. Paid for expedited delivery, kept being delayed, then the driver cancelled when they were 4 minutes away with my food. Stuck for the night without food because it was too late and I was stuck at home with my kid in bed.

I will never order from this app again. I ordered two popcorns. The total was over $32 dollars, which is already a lot for two bags of popcorn. My order was mixed up. the driver brought me the wrong order and then took it back. So I ended up paying $32 and received nothing at all. After complaining to Uber Eats they basically told me that they will not give me a refund and it is my problem. Zero effort was made to fix the problem. I did not receive a refund. They took my money and I was left with nothing. Not only that but I waited around half the night for the order. Waste of time and money.

I ordered from Popeyes chicken. The driver delivered Church's chicken. After sending the pictures of the food and receipt, Uber support said i was not eligible for a refund. I immediately cancelled my Uber eats subscription.

My wife just delivered a baby and this is the third time uber eats has stolen our food leaving us with nothing for dinner. We consistently leave really great tips, now for the third time we are Scrambling to try to make it happen with a newborn and a five year old. I’m so upset. We’re never going to use them again.

Our pizza was delivered like this and when emailing them they said it’s not damaged enough and therefore not eligible for any type of credit. This is robbery.

Uber Eats is terrible! Ordered off the 30 minutes or less option. They sent my food to the location the next town over instead of the local one. I even paid extra for "priority" delivery. After 20 minutes no one was even selected to pick up my order... and from the location they sent it to it was going to be a 25 minute drive so it seemed like I was in for a long wait. So I canceled the order so I could pick up something quicker and they still charged for every penny. Including the priority fee, delivery fee, and tip??? They're not the only food delivery around. So I canceled my membership and drleted the app. They have lost and customer for LIFE!

My daughter got a very horrible experience with uber eats in hull. First of all they hire the drivers who even don’t understand English. He didn’t found the address and he left the food on the floor under the Tree on some random place and said delivered. And she called for refund they closed the chat and said that they cannot. Should report to customer law or sone higher authorities

Driver left half of order at restaurant, then blamed them for not having it. "It wasn't on the receipt" but it clearly was. Told me she would go get the rest of the order the ghosted me.

Terrible policy i used the app and ordered food but the app went to the wrong location and after I placed my order I was charge $54 for food it said I had 10 minutes to cancel so I canceled it and got told I was unable to get a refund so I hope that uber eats enjoy the money they made off me for screwing me out of money and food

Uber Eats is the worst app I have ever used in my life. Their support service is absolutely terrible. I ordered food late at night, and the driver called me claiming he was outside and asked for my PIN. I told him I was close to the door and about to open it. He then asked for the last four digits of my phone number, which is the PIN. As soon as I gave it to him, he immediately hung up. When I opened the door, no one was there. I tried calling him back, but he never answered, and the order was never delivered. I contacted Uber Eats customer service, but the representative was extremely rude. She blamed me, saying I shouldn’t have shared my PIN and insisted there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but she refused and said someone would call me back. She blamed me for everything i said after hanging up, I realized I could no longer reach their support she restricted my phone number.

Absolutely appalling service Very quick to take your money but when there is a problem very difficult to get a satisfactory solution. The app will only allow you to communicate with it via live chat but will only give you options to choose from and not allow for your true complaint...
