“I wish I could give zero stars. They charged me for an item I did not receive and would not adjust the amount they charged my account. Kept ending the chats with me. With no resolution.”

“Zero star, I ordered $90.00 in food last night and on my uber eats instructions it says, " meet me at my door". The driver did not attempt to come to my door, I did not get my food nor a refund! 🤬 I will never use uber again unless im refunded. This is going to spread far and wide, I am going to sue Uber, they are ridiculous. They have instructions on the customer profile in delivering the food and do not follow those instructions!! Seriously, they want to blame you so they can keep your money! Uber stole my kids money for food!!! I would highly appreciate my refund!”

“Would not refund me for an oder I canceled and did not receive. I canceled the order one second after sending it! The said the food was already made. They lie, and customer service is a joke. Via text its auto replies.”

“They charged me over $20 to cancel an order that was accidentally pocket-ordered and caught within 5min then told me there was nothing they could do. That is straight theft, not business.”

“There was a glitch in the Uber eats app and it wouldn’t let me change my address and then they charge me for the cancellation even though I cancelled literally a second after. I tried to contact the driver and he wouldn’t reroute the food or cancelled the order.”

“I ordered $97 worth of food for my family (2 beef burgers, 12pcs of nuggets, tub of chips, tub of onion rings, a dip and an orange juice). What arrived - 1 chicken burger, 6 nuggets and an orange juice. UberEats refused to refund the missing items! What a joke. Not only did my family and I miss out on our food, I also lost money! The refunded money could've covered for cost of buying replacement food. If money was tight, my family would've gone hungry for the night or some bill not paid. UberEats used to be reasonable, not anymore. Not happy customer here!”

“Their customer service is terrible. Their drivers aren’t any better. My driver picked up an order and sat on it for an entire hour and when I canceled, I still got charged even though I didn’t think it was safe to eat the food so I will be deleting the Uber eats app and I will never use them again”

“My $52 order was never delivered, despite the fact I spoke to the driver and gave him directions on where to deliver. The driver took a photo of the inside of his vehicle as proof of delivery. Uber Eats refuses to refund for the undelivered order becausetheysay they can'tprove it wasnt delivered even thoughthere'sno actualproof it was. There is no way to speak to an actual person-- customer service doesn't take phone calls anymore. The uber eats service has been mediocre at best in the past, but definitely not worth running the risk of paying for nothing.”

“I had a very disappointing experience on 08/18/2025 with both Little Mint restaurant and Uber Eats. At 12:15 PM I placed an order through the Uber Eats app from Little Mint. The estimated delivery time was between 12:45 PM and 1:05 PM, which was fine since my lunch break is at 1 PM. However, by 12:58 PM the status still showed “preparing.” I contacted support and was told it would be delayed another 5–10 minutes. I agreed to wait. By 1:17 PM, the food still had not arrived, so I called again. This time they told me it would be another 10 minutes. At that point, I had no time left in my lunch break to eat, so I requested to cancel. The restaurant told me I had to cancel through Uber Eats apps. When I canceled, then I called Uber Eats customer service to make sure I will got my money back but instead they said they can't do that and they only can give me refunded for $4 out of my total order, claiming the restaurant had already accepted it. This is completely unacceptable. The food was delayed over 45 minutes beyond the promised delivery window, and I never received anything. Yet, I was charged almost the full amount for nothing. When I asked Uber Eats to either send the food since they were charging me anyway, or refund me in full, they said they could do neither. Uber Eats takes service fees but provides no real buyer protection when problems happen. This is poor customer service, and both Uber Eats and Little Mint failed to meet basic expectations for timeliness and accountabilit.”

“I do uber eats and when you send me to pick up and delivere a package for $3 is CRAZY especially it's 45 minutes of my time and my gas and ware and tare on my car. Absolutely ridiculous”

“Food order was wrong, your not paying your drivers enough money, your app crashes all the time, worst service around I will use Door Dash from now on they at least pay there drivers $1 per mile not $6 for 23 miles my car don’t run off air thank you very much!! Some offers don’t even pay .11 cents per mile they are rapping there drivers big time it simply Just not fair to the drivers!!!!”

“Horrible app. My food took two hours and they lied and said it was within their delivery time which expired 74 minutes not 120 minutes. They should be very concerned about safety while that food is sitting in somebody’s car. We don’t know if they even have AC to keep it at safe temperature. Do not use”
