I've only used Uber eats 2x in my life and neither time was it a good experience. The delivery driver did their job but the restaurant messed up, the order not verified, missing items and then ubers customer service refuses to refund the money back to my card but instead gives me Uber credit.... PROBLEM ... I dont give people 3 opportunities to screw me over. I have NO intentions of using Uber ever again, so they get my $10 for doing nothing

Ordered pizzas. After an hour of waiting, I texted the delivery person enquiring about my order. He replied that he had picked up the order by mistake. He then told me to cancel my order so it could be reassigned to another delivery person. I did not cancel it but called the store who informed me that the delivery guy had picked up my order just to return it in a few minutes, saying that the customer had canceled it- what a big lie! There after , I picked up the order myself came home and noticed on the ubereats app that the order had been delivered successfully by the delivery guy!!! Another big lie. I have been trying multiple times to contact customer service and have been told to 1. Not worry 2. Login to some weird account- one I don’t have 3. Send an email- to some address-to be told that this address does not exist 4. My issue has been resolved-total lie 4. Sent an email from Uber telling me I won’t be refunded as my problem does not warrant it. Extremely horrible experience. There is no real customer service. Will never order on Ubereats again.

I ordered a pizza but it never arrived. The driver lied and said she attempted to reach out to me but I never received a call or text. When I requested a refund customer support claimed they couldn't do anything.

Uber eats need to start disciplining the drivers that steal food it's constantly happening and nothing's being done about it it comes to the customers who have to argue with the stores and the good drivers who have to deal with the consequences in the end if Uber would just punish the ones that would steal the food I just had it happen to me right now I use Uber really often and it's getting really tiring to where I'm going to stop using them it's been hundreds of dollars on Uber a year but it's got me thinking twice about it

Ordered a half chicken half steak burrito bowl with lettuce, tomato and cheese. There was no chicken in my burrito bowl and no lettuce. They gave me a $2.27 refund. Chicken at chipotle starts at seven dollars and then the customer service said they couldn’t do anything about it because there was already a refund in process. I don’t understand how you can offer customers $2.27 and not offer that for the missing item that they had paid for. I’m so over using Uber eats because their customer service is horrible. I canceled my Uber one membership.

I got the wrong delivery, someone else order. I’ve been going around customer service for hours, got refund for my groceries but not all the attached charges. I’m charged $20.78 for an incompetent delivery driver, who had, I assume, his kid tagging along. Very unprofessional!! I’m a senior with poor vision and only one eye, I’m in a wheelchair. Very very poor service. I’ll find a different way of getting my Safeway groceries. Any suggestions out there? Kate B

Messed up my bundle order's address. One sent to address1 and the other sent to address2, which is ridiculous, it's a bundle, how tf your system separates the order

Had to cancel my order because it was going to the wrong address and they still charge me $12. They are a rip off and they said they couldn’t help me in anyway they’d wanna take your money and I’m never using them again. I’ll use door Dash.

The most useless customer service. I cancelled my order within one minute but they still charged me the full amount. Never using this again. What a cheap way to make money. Useless service. I dont even want to give one star as well. But they wont allow!

My food was delivered to the wrong address and uber eats refused to give me a refund for a meal I never even received. Do not order with uber eats.

Absolutely horrible first experience using Uber eats I ordered and I couldn’t find the receipt and couldn’t figure out why the bill was what it was so I cancelled the order and then re-ordered right away within minutes seconds and they charged me a $30 cancellation fee I spoke to the merchant and they were fine giving me back the $30 but Uber eats refused and said that they wouldn’t do it Very disheartening and I’ll never use Uber eats again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I would think twice about before using Uber eats cause they’re not honest and all they will care about is their money they don’t care about customer service or making customers happy judi B

Today I played a order with Wendy's and I was charged almost 50.00 . It is terrible. Don't order from them. You will be way over charged. I won't be using your app again

Being a driver and having less than a 87% satisfaction rate will terminate my account. I made sure that I give my all when I deliver and my satisfaction rate kept going down and when I tried asking for help they did nothing about it.

I ordered from Olive Garden. Uber Eats delivered my food but only gave me one bag. I text him and called him. He said he was going to bring me the other bag and he didn't. Couldn't get hold of customer service and they blocked my number. I believe he stole part of my order. I called Oliver Garden and the manger was really nice. She apologized and reordered the whole order and had someone from the restaurant deliver it. Awesome. Stay away from Uber Eats. They are not honest.
