I ordered some food my first time just yesterday using Uber eats I normally use DoorDash but DoorDash was not an option, with that said my order was about $31 at best. How about this morning I look up and I have $50 removed from my account for $30 order never again never ever ever again ever will I use Uber eats total rip off

From when I ordered it took an hour. The delivery went to the wrong address. I rang the delivery guy and he wasn't interested in collecting it from the wrong address and delivering it to me. NO MORE UBER FOR ME! Every other delivery I have had arrived cold. An awful service, if you can call it service.

I placed an order from Carl's Jr & the restaurant canceled my order but Uber Eats charged me for the order anyway & has NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY. They are saying that they consider this order as legitimate even though I never received the order. This happened back in December & still they are refusing to do anything about it.

Ubereat is like a scam working in the making I ordered for pizza and it was a wrong address I canceled and they charged me for the order even if it was 4mins after I ordered they still charged me 31$ I called them same thing they told me nothing can be done not even refund me half.

UberEats is getting WORSER by the day! Iwaited 2-1/2 for 1 item I ordered from Jewels!!! I finally Cancelled and will be using INSTACART from now on👍

I ordered something and needed to cancel less than 5 minutes later. They charge me almost the same amount the purchase, that’s an absurd! I tried to reverse my cancellation because it was better pay $25 for the pizza or pay $25 for nothing. Anyway, please be careful before ordering and change plans. I don’t believe they will pay the restaurant or the driver, but still not satisfied with their support.

I'll avoid using Uber Eats whenever possible for grocery delivery. I've discovered if you pick a sale item, they pay the sale price to the store,but charge you the full price on their app and pocket the difference. What crooks! Plus all their other fees, taxes and tips. Choose another delivery service if possible. And the customer service takes days to get back to you.

I ordered à tacos birria from la toxica I specifically asked it to be crispy they end up giving me a regular white pita instead of sippin the pita in the sauce and fry it to make it orange as soon as I got the order I asked for a refund they refused to give me a refund even tho I’d shown them the picture and the difference the one I got doesn’t look like the picture they put on there uber eats I find it’s false advertising yet till this day they refuse to refund me very disappointed.

My order was cancelled by restaurant "Choice Shawarma" due to unavailability of food I chose. Uber still charged me money. Upon calling they said they cannot do anything about it. I called Choice Shawarma and they said they will call them but I hear nothing. Uber eats is a scam! Just want to eat people money for free. This is way too much! I'm going to delete Uber from my phone and will never use it again.. there are other services like lyft and skip the dishes etc... UBER IS NOT THE ONLY ONE.

It would be zero starts if I had a choice to write this review. Proceed with caution to lose your hard earned money!!! I ordered through Instacart promo. I went to main secured entrance door for delivery and saw no one. Only way in or out for guests. I got notice my delivery was made and it disappeared as quickly as it showed up. I did not get a so called pin to confirm my delivery or have opportunity to enter it. I immediately called Instacart senior line for help. After an hour on phone and dead end chat with Uber eats no resolve. Uber eats chat said wait 6-12 hours for e-mail that came three days later stating I confirmed pin so no refund could be made. Spent another forty five minutes to hear same scripted words. You confirmed pin so no refund. No real human understanding that I didn’t receive the order I paid for or hardship of being a senior and out money that is from a limited budget. People from overseas reading scripts and sticking to their “policies” to take your money wether you get what you ordered or not along with the delivery person getting their pay and tip and probably the meal you just paid for. I’m really sorry to have to leave a complaint but it’s what really happened and no one should be treated this way!

I have NEVER had my food arrive when it was supposed to. I have had drivers say they could not find me. But yesterday took the cake! I ordered from a favorite restaurant. It said arrival 25-30 minutes. My order was picked up quickly but did not arrive for an hour and a half. My drink was warm and my food cold & soggy! Never again Uber Eats!

Our food was delivered late and cold. They issued a $16 refund, BUT later pulled (without asking) an additional $5 tip from the refund they gave me for a driver tip. The driver had already received their tip at the time of order. They then charged me a random $8.52 service fee without any explanation. I tried to use the app, but they kept cutting/pasting the same message that we aren't eligible for a refund. I wasn't asking for one!...I just wanted to know why the service fee, and the tip being pulled from my account. Customer service sucks!!! That was our first and last time using Uber.

They are the worst service providers and cannot be trusted. This is the second time I've had a negative experience with them. On one occasion, the delivery driver falsely claimed to have delivered my order. Tonight, when I ordered from KFC, each delivery driver kept canceling, and Uber Eats reassigned the order to another driver. Little did I know, KFC informed me that the order was picked up by the wrong driver. Uber Eats continued to send new drivers, only for the orders to be canceled. After waiting for over two hours, the order was finally canceled, and KFC had closed, leaving me unable to reorder. My time was wasted, and they did nothing to address the issue. I will never use their service again. They don’t deserve a single Star.

Uber Eats ruined my New Year's Eve! (and their customer service is AWFUL) This New Year's Eve, Uber Eats turned my dinner plans into a nightmare. I placed an order on the app for pickup at a restaurant that, according to them, was open and accepting orders. I left my family at home and drove to the restaurant, only to find it CLOSED. CLOSED! On New Year's Eve. But it doesn't end there. I contacted Uber Eats customer service and encountered the most insensitive and unhelpful response I have ever received. Not only did they refuse to take responsibility for their app's mistake, but they closed my case over and over again without providing any solution. After numerous attempts to contact them, all I received were automated and evasive responses. I felt completely ignored and abandoned. Uber Eats ruined my New Year's Eve and demonstrated an appalling lack of empathy and professionalism. In short: * Misleading information on the app: They showed a closed restaurant as open. * Waste of time and money: I had to drive on New Year's Eve for nothing. * TERRIBLE customer service: Automated responses, incompetence and insensitivity. * Zero accountability: They refused to acknowledge their mistake and offer a solution. If you're looking for a reliable delivery service with good customer service, stay away from Uber Eats! My experience was disastrous and I don't want anyone else to go through the same. Tips: * ALWAYS verify that the restaurant is open before placing an order on Uber Eats. * If you have any problems, be prepared to be ignored by their customer service. * Seriously consider using other, more reliable food delivery platforms. I hope my review helps you avoid a bad experience with Uber Eats.

This business is horrible. You can't get an answer from customer service except for lines they read from a log. I caught my driver in a straight up lie and was told they can't compensate me or do anything about it really. Like seriously. I waited an hr for my food just for my drive to cancel the order after picking it up mind you, and put the reason for canceling was that Arby's was out of something I ordered. I ordered 3 beef sandwiches and a curly fry. I highly doubt they are out of this. So I called that Arby's my food was coming from. They informed me everything i ordered is in stock and they fulfilled my order and the driver did pick it up. This lady kept my food and lied to get a free meal, how the hell is this allowed

I received a wrong item. It can happen. But the Uber support continues to lie about it. Even with all the evidences and all the proofs. A burger and a pita, it's easy to make the difference. Yet, always the same answer, saying I received the correct order. Really. They underpay the delivery persons and they don't care about customers. They just lie all the time.
