Uber Eats delivered part of my order but would not credit me for the items I received and paid for, even though I showed them the receipt. They keep saying I’m ineligible to get my money for the missing items. I will never use them again. I feel like I’ve been scammed

Everytime I order there is always an issue. Items missing. No delivery at all. This time they charged my card three sep charges and now want me to jump thru hoops to have it reversed. I will not use them again. I'd rather starve.

I placed an order worth over £38, and despite getting a delivery notification, *no food ever arrived*. The driver, *Kashif*, *never came to my property*—I checked my CCTV, and there was no sign of him even for a second. Uber support refused to provide any proof of delivery. They kept denying my refund until I had to escalate things firmly. Eventually, they refunded my money but called it a *“gesture of good faith”*—as if they were doing me a favour for returning money for *a service I never received*. My children waited hungry for hours, and I received no apology or compensation for the stress caused. Horrible service. If something goes wrong, *expect to be blamed, not helped*.

They delivered to the wrong address after I waited 45 minutes for my order. The picture was so blurry that I couldn’t tell where it actually went. When I call and give them the order id, they say I’ll have to contact the store. Not helpful at all.

What a joke - they screw up my order, and then tell me they are sorry, they will reimburse me. But they did not reimburse me - instead, they doubled my order and charged me full price. When I called back to complain, they cut me off and told me my order was complete. Never again!!! What a joke, what a rip-off.

It took over an hour for the food to get delivered from down the street, driver didn’t even bother to enter the business and found my food on the bench outside

Uber eats, has become way to expensive! For a food order to a restaurant that is 8 minutes from my House the markup on a $40 order was $ 20 without the tip. Is not an option anymore in my humble opinion.

Uber eats sucks. Way too expensive. Also,I accidentally canceled an order and they charged me 23 dollars for it. And I just placed the order too,and when I talked to someone,they were so disrespectful about it. This app is greedy for money because how come DoorDash doesn’t charge for canceling but uber eats does? I just wanted to get my order back after canceling it,instead they charged me unfairly for canceling it. Disgrace.

I have been delivering for them for 3 years. It was great till the last few months The system cancels orders and charges you cancelation rate. Talked to support and they pass it on admitting it was a system issue and nothing gets done Virtual plus card didn't work and they never sent a physical card. Used my own money to pay and now they won't reimburse me. Support reads from a script but does nothing

I'm an Uber one subscriber and until recently have had nothing but a few small problems with delivery. As of a few weeks ago I've had orders being canceled because the drivers were refusing to deliver them. As a premium subscriber I find this totally unacceptable.

I ordered 2 hours ago and no driver has accepted my order. I tried calling to find ubers phone number no longer in service and the chat was zero help. If I cancel it will charge me $30. I have to wait until the store cancels to get my Uber sucks. I've had nothing but issues and I will never order from them again.

Was robbed due to a faulty policy that allows merchants to charge you 30$ for a cancelled order that was placed seconds earlier (3-5 seconds ) and the facility has precooked food so no food was freshly made to order and and they couldn’t even have a chance to grab the food to cook with even if it was freshly made within that time frame. Yet the customer loyal or not will be forced to pay a fee that is beyond excessive. 30$ for food that hasn’t even started cooking is absurd.

They constantly send my food to the wrong apartment even though I have written detailed instructions on the delivery instructions. I live in building 3 and I have told them map quest directions are wrong, it will take you to building 10. I live in building 3, hence my apt number starting witn a 3. They read how to dial the correct gate codes, but I guess the directions are in in morse code or something?? I am tired of straining up with customer service and today was the last straw. Uber is not worth the convenience or the hassle

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The delivery driver took my shake, never provided a delivery photo, and Uber still closed the case in the driver’s favor. I contacted the restaurant directly, and they confirmed the driver picked up the order. Despite this, Uber allowed the driver to keep both the merchandise and my money. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of accountability in the delivery process. I expected better protection as a paying customer.

I placed an order through Uber Eats for Insomnia Cookies, and unfortunately, the delivery never showed up. Frustrated and hungry, I reached out to Insomnia Cookies directly—and to their credit, they were really helpful. They acknowledged the issue right away and tried to assist the best they could. The real problem? Uber Eats. They’ve been giving me the complete runaround. No clear answers, no real help, and I’m still out of the money I spent. It’s beyond frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t seem to care whether your order arrives or not. So while I appreciate Insomnia Cookies for trying to make things right, the overall experience was ruined by Uber Eats. If you’re thinking about ordering, maybe call the store directly or skip the third-party app altogether.

Uber eats is just as bad as door dash, they do not have a good support system for their drivers or customers, in fact they are horrible. No live support at all. And they ding drivers that have to cancel orders through no fault of the driver.

Uber eats is horrible. Drivers steal your food and then lie and say they are coming with the food and Will call when they arrive but never call or arrive. They also won't refund your money if you've waited for 2 hours or more for a driver to pick up food and deliver it and still make you pay for food u never received.

They send people way off half hour or more when the restaurant is .5 miles away, so then the food runs cold when it gets here.... I am scared to ask for certain restaurants worried that they may send the driver a state over to get it for me.... I had to take a nap waiting for food that was just 10 minutes away!

Too expensive for one thing, but far worse is that, in order to get cutlery, you have to check a box “somewhere” while ordering, or otherwise you receive none. The entire point of takeout is convenience. Sure, a lot of people are at home, but a lot more people (myself included) will be at hotels, or other places, whenever they use food delivery services.

Horrible company to work for they send you places and other drivers will pick it up before you then not compensate you for your time nor help you get another delivery. 3 freaking times in a row I accepted an order and got there and it was already picked up. 3 freaking times!!! 2 hours zero money. When you ask for a supervisor they lie to you and say it’s the highest level of support. Money is terrible tips can be changed after you drop it off
