Claiming a box of wine is prepared food is a lie .... and as I presented on date ID , to have it come up as expired, and not have your driver call in , but leave with my property, is theft .

The worst of all the delivery services. Don’t bother with this service. The last 2 times in a row when I have had a group of people over my order hasnt shown up. This most recent time we paid the extra for priority order and it went 30 minutes beyond the “latest” time before the order was cancelled by them. We called the restaurant and they said it was picked up an hour ago, we called the driver and he claimed the restaurant told him to come back in 30 minutes (after the latest delivery time listed), when he finally went back the food wasn’t there surprise surprise, so we waited for 1.5 hours to end up with a cancelled order and when I contacted support they read it and just closed the ticket without even apologizing or doing anything. Worst customer service ever.

The Uber Eats app sucks as much as their online only support does. After placing an order, I immediately noticed it had the wrong address and delivery instructions. The app wouldn't let correct anything so I canceled the order and was charged for the food. I was told that the merchant had accepted the order and was preparing it so my refund request was denied. I did not expect this poor customer service from Uber Eats and will never use their app again, There are far superior delivery apps available.

Worst to the core,being a uber one member is a Joke...they charge you regardless and you get in correct orders but as a uberone member you can't report back..

Placed over $100 order and food never arrived. Decided to try again later in the day and they gave me the wrong food- the entire order was wrong! I use uber a lot right now because I’m a cancer patient but I’ve had it with this! Pickup the order, check it before you leave, and deliver it. This isn’t hard! Very frustrated! Im done. Looking for a better option because this is becoming more commonplace. I need reliability! I pay for the monthly fee too and for what? You charge me extra fees on top of it anyways! Way over this mess.

I don’t know what is wrong with Uber eats but it’s not like it used to be. I had to order I placed and I by accidentally canceled it, but I was still charged reminder I by accidentally canceled it so I just wanted to re-order but noticed I was still charged so I called Uber eats and explained to them what happened and they told me there’s absolutely nothing they can do and that I was gonna be charged even if I didn’t get my food that is stealing you guys are not providing your services to me but taking all my money and this has happened like the fourth time now And so many times where I get the wrong order and reach out to them and they basically tell me there’s nothing they can do if this is not stealing I don’t know what is.

Absolutely ridiculous annoying company. The food was delivered cold. We called to complain and they put us on hold for over an hour and still no one came on. Not to sure what type of customer service they have but it's a joke. All they said at least the food was delivered. Note... The restaurant is 5 min away and they had to do other stops that took over an hour..

Uber Eats Support...you don't Support at all. Inreport that half the chips were missing and the cold drink from Burger King was half a cup and I have pictures. There seems to be absolutely no Support or concern that I have paid for food and did not receive what I paid for. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Horrible service. Guy didn't deliver my meal. Texted and called the number they gave for him. No response. Called the 800 number for UberEats. They said they couldn't do anything. No reimbursement. No consequences for the delivery guy. Really unethical.

They pickup food then take another order and drive around the city for 20-30 min. Food arrives cold. Direct it is 6-7 min drive. Going back to picking up my own food.

Was told 4 times my order wasn’t picked handled, support is AI, no human contact, was told I’d be charged for an order that wasn’t in hand by any of the drivers, contacted local news and plan to proceed with a refund don’t care how long it takes but it’ll get my point across this company sucks

Too many damn errors with delivery! Wrong delivery drop offs after providing correct address. Delivery Drivers not who they suppose to be! Delivery Drivers with Major attitudes. 1.3/10

I’m sorry but them keeping my whole $50 after I cancelled an order cause the place was over a 30 minute drive from me ( I meant to place it at the closer location) and then arguing with me on the voice message about it is absolutely ridiculous, I get not a full refund but not even a partial one, just an awful way to run business overall
