I will never use uber eats because I ordered something and I waited for my order for 1.5 hour and later on it was cancelled automatically due to restaurant was closed 2 hours ago. I was so Hungary that time and this same was happened 2-3 times with me. This is a disgusting application.

Uber Eats is very difficult to reach, which is frustrating. As a loyal customer, this experience has made me understand why some people may choose not to use your service again. Today, I placed an order and the restaurant forgot to include utensils and napkins. I called the restaurant directly to inform them of the oversight. I was setting up an event at a warehouse that does not have a kitchen and couldn't leave because I was waiting for vendors all day. I had already paid a premium for my order through Uber Eats, and it was outrageous that I couldn’t eat my salmon and rice because I didn’t have a fork. Additionally, I am a diabetic and was beginning to feel unwell. This situation was entirely unnecessary, and the restaurant informed me that only Uber Eats could issue a refund for this mistake.

Very poor customer service. Have tried four times to get refund for a double charge and they just read from a script.

Uber Eats does not even deserve a single star rating and needs to be held accountable. This comment is in response to my second time using Uber Eats and I did so to be sure my mother and aunt received Mother's Day meals while I was at work. UE did not honor a two-for-one deal and as I was unable to follow up on the issue within two days they refuse to take responsibility and provide a refund. Where most businesses allow at least a 7-day period for follow-up when a customer is dissatisfied, UE only allots 48 hours, which is insufficient. It is also appalling that they do not have a call line for customer service, and furthering their cowardice, it lacks a conscience to be humane enough to create space for human-to-human interfacing. EU only provides a chat line with representatives that copy and paste the same responses. Uber Eats falls inexcusably short on customer service and lacks integrity and a general sense of humanity. The lesson learned is to never engage with faceless businesses.

I was charged full price for an order THEIR DRIVER told me someone else picked up. I will NEVER USE UBER EATS AGAIN!!!

I cancelled an order for the first time after being a customer that orders often. Got charge 41$ full price. Spoke with customer support and saw that it was a complete joke. NO SUPERVISORS and just a bunch of robot employees. I will NEVER order from uber eats again. I hope your policy was worth losing a loyal customer.

They overcharge the buy one get one free Then added 9.00 service fee after I disputed the claim Spent hours on the phone You can never speak to a person Horrible company Do not use they keep your money when they made the mistake

Same as everyone else the drivers steal your food. Don’t call until they have already been there and then leave before you can get downstairs! They don’t send messages. They don’t ask for a pin. They don’t leave the food.

Don’t use uber eats. Drivers pick up about five orders at a time and it takes forever to arrive and your food is cold. Their customer service is awful and they don’t care once you’ve paid.

They need to have better customer services because if you have an issue with your order the only way to communicate. Is through chat sometime that's a robotic chat that do not comprehend what you are trying to say. They need to have a customer service phone number that actually works other than having a phone number on the internet just to have one. 18332753287 It's posted as customer service phone number but that number does not work at all. Even the doordash and Uber Eats customer service. Have that number So they are running a business. With no communication other than chat , I do not feel that is fair. I've been a long time customer with them. For several years. They should have had a phone number they get way to much business. Not to have a reliable number We should have a better way to communicate other than AI chat.

My driver was mad because I was upset that she went 20 minutes out of her way to another customer first so she canceled my order refunded my money and took all my food home and now the restaurant is closed and I can't even get food

Uber eats use to be good. Not anymore. They are the biggest scammers ever! Went to order. I realized I had wrong address and when I canceled they charged me for an order I was go to reorder! Tried talking to CSR and they said it was automated.

Uber eats is one of the worst companies to deal with. Anytime I ha e an issue with DoorDash and I’m able to show proof I have no issue getting a refund. I made a $70 dollar order and was not able to enjoy it due to many reasons. Damaged drinks, onion chunk in Mac and chz, food dry, nothing was eaten. They gave me 2.00 refund and 5 dollar CREDIT. I was livid, I messaged back to ask for more bc that does not even cover one drink. They then raised it to 7 dollars. I Had to call and get very upset over the phone to get an extra 4 dollars. AWFUL customer service. TERRIBLE company. WILL NEVER USE NEVER RECOMMEND

Uber eats offered me 3 months of free uber one subscription and charge me $13 for it. There is no one to send a complaint about it. No phone number or email or chat. They charged me via ubereats gift card that I had on my account, so I can not dispute the transaction.

A person should think thrice before doing UBer as it is absolutely exploitative and request law enforcing agencies to conduct its thorough investigation of working, fare structure and do justice to who are working for Uber Eats drivers.

Last night I order some food and when I ordered the arrival time was supposed to be 5:28 pm. I had the driver call me and he seemed a bit lost on how to get to my house. So I tried explaining to him where I was located. He got very upset and said there wasn’t a house number for my house when it was 416 he kept saying there’s a 417 I said yes but there’s also a 416 I live here. He then proceeded to get angry and rude towards me saying I’m dropping it off here. He wasn’t at my house. He then hung up on me and refused to answer my calls. He was already 10 minutes or so late with my order didn’t drop it off at the right house so I paid for an order that I never got. I contacted uber eats through the help option they aren’t responding either. Also this would not be my first time experiencing this with uber drivers and uber support staff. I also had another order messed up a couple weeks ago and I was missing stuff from my order I was told by support staff for that order not this order that I would not be receiving a refund. I’m so upset with the customer service and delivery drivers. If you can not properly communicate with people in a positive way don’t work customer service.
