HORRIBLE! Before checking out, my price was $65. After checking out, it flipped to $98. My card was charged $83- WHAT IS GOING ON!?!? Seems shady, and 100% not worth it.

Can't believe you can't give zero stars. Ordered a fast food meal from a local restaurant thru Uber Eats. After ordering I noticed my driver was a person on a bicycle - not a car. It's 30 degrees outside and they gave my meal to someone on a bike with multiple stops. Guess how warm and fresh my lunch was 90 minutes later. Are they for real? When did they start using bicycles? Lesson learned.

I ordered from uber eats and they delivered to the wrong house, i did not receive my order and was still charged. They refuse to give a refund. I don’t understand how i can still be charged for something they didnt deliver. There’s a photo of the food and a door that isn’t my house. All i got was somethjng that looked like a automated message to say they can’t refund but you can go a head a give a rating to the driver and restaurant

Be careful with this scamming company! I ordered a few things from Waitrosse and one of the items was clearly on sale. Only after placing an order I noticed that I was charged full price. Customer service was absolutely useless, taking no responsibility and not willing to provide the refund for the difference. I cancelled UberOne membership and wont be using them again.

Uber eats is a scam. “I had a disappointing experience with Uber Eats. My order was 2 minutes away from my house and they cancelled it with no reason so when i contacted support they said they dont know why the driver cancelled my order . Their customer service Representative MARIA was super rude , unresponsive and didn’t provide a resolution. This left me frustrated, as I had to make alternate dinner arrangements at 10 pm .

If you actually need or want what you ordered delivered, I would not get it from UberEATS. Our delivery was never brought to us and when the company called to talk to us about it, they said they would call back in two or three minutes to tell us what was going on. They never called back. I hope the driver enjoyed our dinner.

We ordered, got a call from Uber asking if we forgot the code since the driver said our pizza was delivered but we had forgotten the code. Thing is we never got the pizza. The caller said he would call the driver to get it sorted out and call us in 3 minutes. Five minutes later I chatted with Uber Eats who said we could cancel with no charge. We never got the pizza and got the runaround. If you want food, don’t use Uber Eats

I order groceries and I found it quite odd asking my id. When the guy came to deliver it was the wrong order! Was charged for it, complained to Uber eats and the store and they tried to charge me again for my original order, in order to fix it. Asked for a refund and now I have to wait 10 days to receive my money it's ridiculous! Never again!

If you are a customer please take into consideration your driver. My fiance is a driver. Please, for the love of God, order from your city or the next closest one. We live in Bellingham WA and he has had to drive to Blaine which is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!

They give you option for priority and turns out it’s a scam. My driver has multiple deliveries ahead of mine and I paid for priority as usual. Now makes sense why our food is always cold. Uber eats sucks

He usado Uber Eats regularmente, pero lamentablemente he tenido una experiencia muy frustrante con los cobros. En varias ocasiones, me han cobrado doble por los pedidos, lo cual genera desconfianza. Aunque he reportado el problema al servicio al cliente, la resolución no ha sido efectiva ni rápida. Esto no solo afecta la experiencia del cliente, sino que también refleja una falta de cuidado hacia los usuarios. Es importante que la empresa revise y mejore sus procesos de cobro para evitar que situaciones como estas sigan ocurriendo. Hasta entonces, no puedo recomendar el servicio.

My order took 45 minutes to arrive once the food was ready. The food was cold and missing items. I contacted Uber Eats customer support and was on chat to them for over 40 minutes only to be told that they delivered in a reasonable time and wouldn’t give a refund for the missing items. I requested Uber Eats’ postal address to contact the company, the customer service rep wouldn’t provide any way to get in touch with the company and ended the conversation. Customer service is non-existent. The rep didn’t care that I couldn’t eat my meal. I wouldn’t touch this company again.

I have been trying to get a refund since 11/8/24 because I never received my order and the pic the driver took was of the wrong home. I called the customer service number almost daily and got excise after excuse. Finally they said I was going to receive a refund but I have not received it. The company is awful. Now there is no customer service number to call and every time I use the help option in the app it says they can't help since it's been more than 48 hours but I've called everyday basically since the order never arrived. I'm about to contact the bank and tell them they stole my money.

I ordered Subway for lunch. To give a bit of context, I am a college student in the murfreesboro area. I saw my order was about 2 minutes away and made my way outside to wait. My driver was TaJaden. He straight up lied to me and stole my food. He said he was waiting 5 minutes and couldn't communicate to me through the app. It wouldn't let him call or text he claimed. I was outside the whole time and never saw his car. Lie number 1. When I called to ask him where he was to get my food he claimed he was doing another order which is fine and fair. I asked him to bring it back over here and got told to simply get a refund. Its so fusterating as Uber doesn't have a way to leave reviews like this on the driver. They only have buttons to press with certain phrases. Uber did get me my money back but its takes at max 10 days. I sadly might need that money for school while exams are happening.

I have to say that Uber Eats app is great to work with very easy to adjust things on the app. The only problem I have with Uber Eats and it's a big one… They have all these hidden fees so even if you're getting a promo which is usually up buy one get one free or 30% off the price that's advertise, the real total shows up in the end 30 to 40% higher than what is actually advertised because the taxes and fees are quite high. and every time I call Uber eats to question something they say too bad. It's already been paid for and done. There's no refunds no exchanges even when you get a driver that makes a mistake and shows up at the wrong location you are charged for the cancellation. They have no problem taking your money any way they can...... even if it's through trickery. Ready to try door dash. not sure if it has the same issues?
