If you are a customer please take into consideration your driver. My fiance is a driver. Please, for the love of God, order from your city or the next closest one. We live in Bellingham WA and he has had to drive to Blaine which is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!

They give you option for priority and turns out it’s a scam. My driver has multiple deliveries ahead of mine and I paid for priority as usual. Now makes sense why our food is always cold. Uber eats sucks

He usado Uber Eats regularmente, pero lamentablemente he tenido una experiencia muy frustrante con los cobros. En varias ocasiones, me han cobrado doble por los pedidos, lo cual genera desconfianza. Aunque he reportado el problema al servicio al cliente, la resolución no ha sido efectiva ni rápida. Esto no solo afecta la experiencia del cliente, sino que también refleja una falta de cuidado hacia los usuarios. Es importante que la empresa revise y mejore sus procesos de cobro para evitar que situaciones como estas sigan ocurriendo. Hasta entonces, no puedo recomendar el servicio.

My order took 45 minutes to arrive once the food was ready. The food was cold and missing items. I contacted Uber Eats customer support and was on chat to them for over 40 minutes only to be told that they delivered in a reasonable time and wouldn’t give a refund for the missing items. I requested Uber Eats’ postal address to contact the company, the customer service rep wouldn’t provide any way to get in touch with the company and ended the conversation. Customer service is non-existent. The rep didn’t care that I couldn’t eat my meal. I wouldn’t touch this company again.

I have been trying to get a refund since 11/8/24 because I never received my order and the pic the driver took was of the wrong home. I called the customer service number almost daily and got excise after excuse. Finally they said I was going to receive a refund but I have not received it. The company is awful. Now there is no customer service number to call and every time I use the help option in the app it says they can't help since it's been more than 48 hours but I've called everyday basically since the order never arrived. I'm about to contact the bank and tell them they stole my money.

I ordered Subway for lunch. To give a bit of context, I am a college student in the murfreesboro area. I saw my order was about 2 minutes away and made my way outside to wait. My driver was TaJaden. He straight up lied to me and stole my food. He said he was waiting 5 minutes and couldn't communicate to me through the app. It wouldn't let him call or text he claimed. I was outside the whole time and never saw his car. Lie number 1. When I called to ask him where he was to get my food he claimed he was doing another order which is fine and fair. I asked him to bring it back over here and got told to simply get a refund. Its so fusterating as Uber doesn't have a way to leave reviews like this on the driver. They only have buttons to press with certain phrases. Uber did get me my money back but its takes at max 10 days. I sadly might need that money for school while exams are happening.

I have to say that Uber Eats app is great to work with very easy to adjust things on the app. The only problem I have with Uber Eats and it's a big one… They have all these hidden fees so even if you're getting a promo which is usually up buy one get one free or 30% off the price that's advertise, the real total shows up in the end 30 to 40% higher than what is actually advertised because the taxes and fees are quite high. and every time I call Uber eats to question something they say too bad. It's already been paid for and done. There's no refunds no exchanges even when you get a driver that makes a mistake and shows up at the wrong location you are charged for the cancellation. They have no problem taking your money any way they can...... even if it's through trickery. Ready to try door dash. not sure if it has the same issues?

DO NOT BUY AT UBER EAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR FOOD Yesterday I ordered sushi with Uber Eat from Kiss Me Sushi in Amsterdam. After long time waiting, I checked the order, and it was recorded as delivered with a photo. It was abandoned on the street under the rain but the photo was NOT at my address! It was clearly another number (was number 78 while I am number 1, not easy to confuse!) and not even my street as it showed different houses than what are on my street. They also mentioned that they tried to call me, which is not true as I can prove with my phone calls received. I have been contacting multiple times Uber Support, and all they say is that the product was delivered so I do not get any reimburse, it does not matter WHERE it is delivered. It can be anywhere, not where the house is and that is still good. It is not their problem. How bad can a company be???

Your driver took my huge order to a different location then went back and picked up my order from that location and brought it back to my house opened I then refused it NOW IM OUT ALL THAT MONEY I sent a review in hoping to get my money back what a joke of a company my recommendation is to anyone who uses this service STOP ……PS I WANT My Money Back

All Asian delivery drivers are RACIST! Each time I receive delivery it goes like this!-they come to my door, I open say hi and thank you, they leave and then I see that the person gave me 3 or 2 stars WHY FFS???? Just because you didn't get a TIP in advance or you hate white beautiful people? It's just so WEIRD to do that and if I give TIP non of these rude animals ever thanked me anyway...weidos

Uber Eats is terrible! My sister and I ordered salads from Chopt and the delivery guy kept driving to my house with no food. When I called him he said that he made a mistake and would fix it. Guess what, he didn’t, instead of getting my salad he gave me some woman’s chipotle.

Terrible customer service. Not enough time to cancel the order before the restaurant started preparing, so even though I tried within seconds to cancel because they routed the order to a store that was three times as far away as our local one and the food was going to be cold (which it eventually was), they refused to give a refund. I just wanted to order from a closer store. I don't understand why it would route to a store so far away. The store address is not visible when ordering. I've had terrible service from UberEats many times and I'm done now. I canceled my UberOne subscription and I'll be using another delivery app from now on.

Uber eats should not even get 1 star I hope they shut down I travel with my husband as a truck driver and I placed a order for dominos over $100 and I within a second I noticed it was the wrong address it was completely different state which is weird cause I put the right address in well there isn’t a edit address button and I canceled the order after 1 min of ordering, I get notification that’s they will not refund the money I text 8 different agents and they all say the same thing and the. I google customer service phone number and I talked to 3 different agents they all say the same thing, they refuse to refund or even credit my money back so they basically stole my money and got away with it I ordered a lot of food for next two days but never got it, uber is scamming people for money I hope they shut down!:(

Uber eats SUCKS. The drivers steal your food , the prices are HIGH its ridiculous. Some people are at work and just want their food on time to eat and continue being productive . Its ridiculous. My food often times have missing food and I dont even get compensated.

I placed an order on November 29 for a delivery from Safeway in Bel Air, Maryland. I never got the order even though I got notification that it was. When I looked at my $130 receipt, I see that the order was also delivered to the Safeway Store in Bel Air, Maryland by QI the same place as where the order was from. WTH! I emailed a receipt with that info and no response. I reached out to the BOT and was hung up on saying it was too late to file a claim. I WANT A REFUND OR I WILL SEEK RECOURSE ELSEWHERE.

I would like everyone to know the type people you have working for you. One of your drivers conned me stole 1800 from my checking account and gave half to her ex who told her to do it then beat her. Her name Sherri Philpot or Sherri Miller who know which one she uses now. She works out of Portland Oregon

The worst!!! Last order they forgot one of the items. This was on 12/1…. I messaged them right away and it is now 12/2 almost midnight and I have not heard anything back. I absolutely hate ubereats and I think they need to be canceled. They are a scam!
