NO REFUND. NO FOOD. $50 down the drain. I was sick all week and it’s so late at night the kids and I were hungry. Ordered too far out of town. Tried to cancel. Restaurant never made the food. Customer service REFUSED TO REFUND ME THE MONEY.

Very bad customer service! I placed an order on expensive item and did not get what I ordered and they offered me $2 back. DoorDash is way better and apparently cares if they have satisfied customers.

Their app is messed up and you can’t change the address once you submit an order. I needed to change the address before food left the restaurant and the driver wouldn’t pick, response to text and the chat wouldn’t contact the driver, I’m out $43 dollars and will never use them again!.

Absolutely the worst service of any online ordering app I've used. We had food that was inedible and even food missing from the order and they told me we were not eligible for any type of refund or compensation. No level of customer service whatsoever nor empathy. Deleted my accounts and will never, ever, ever use them again!

I had a 50 dollar order from Outback that wasn’t delivered. The picture that the driver took clearly was not my address. Plain as day the address on the house was in the picture. They refused to give me my money back. Not the first time this has happened.

He delivered the wrong order and there was no way to contact him. It was for mother day, from my daughter, No way to contact driver. That makes no sense so what do, you do, just lose the money on food you purchased. That not right. Won’t be using Ubereats .

Very bad customer service. They are not bothered about the customers getting the food or for orders. I was waiting for an hour the app was showing driver is on the way and will arrive at the expected time. The driver cancels right after an hour of the time… the customer care have no accountability when asked why can’t you give another driver or give a priority service for the replacement order… response is pathetic..

Food delivered to the wrong address. UBER called while I was in the shower. I called back and it's an automatic disconnect. The driver blocked my phone number. Googled for customer service, no phone number. Had to cook dinner ar 9 PM! Now I have to dispute with my credit card. Grub Hub from now on!!!!

I ordered 4 items from UberEats. Only 3 were delivered. I filed a complaint and they said to upload 1 photo and what was missing. I uploaded a photo of the receipt and that an item was missing. An agent reached out and said they needed an image of the meal as well and instructed me how to upload it. I told them the first way didn't work so I was trying the second way. Before I could upload the photo they messaged back and said that my order wasn't eligible for refund. Now I'm out $10. Screw this company.

It’s getting hard to get refunds with even with proof that restaurants has either missing and item or messed up your orders. Couriers has improved

UberEats used to be a good delivery service now they suck. They have anyone delivering your food and a few times I have waited for my order but for the driver to give it to another apartment or another building. Horrible service! They’ll give you your money back in 10 days if you want it back on your card but right away if you keep in their pockets with Ubercash. However, there’s no satisfaction for time wasted such as a free meal or delivering the food you were trying to pay for. Horrible service, I find the experiences to be limited to NYC! No problems out of state.

I ordered fried chicken, fries, biscuits and two drinks from Popeyes at 31-74 Steinway St., Astoria, NY 11103. Driver did not deliver my fries. How do you explain to crying kids you have to eat the chicken alone. This company gave me no option to get my fries. They gave me an Uber balance credit not a partial refund. Unstillating the app since they cannot get their act together.

Since I am single, it is cheaper to order in than to cook. So I order UberEats almost every day and have spent over $20k in 4 to 5 years. Yet, now they are doing some ridiculous thing were you cannot reach a customer service person by the phone. So if you have an issue with an order, there is nothing you can do. In addition, today I ordered and received the wrong items. I called the restaurant and they offered me a refund but said I had to contact Uber Eats. Uber Eats then falsely claimed that the mistake did not warrant a refund!! Why is UberEats now overriding offered refunds??

I have been trying to contact Uber eats and I can’t get a response. I was charged for a cancellation of an order. I didn’t cancel the order the restaurant. This company sucks. Their customer. Service sucks now I have to dispute it with my bank. Get a new card. I will never use Uber eats again.

They broke the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations by providing me with a meal that was not only inedible but partly missing. They could not care less about providing missing meals or inedible food, or spilled meals. They refuse to reimburse in any way because they don't care. Seriously stay away from this company!

Deals are inacurate, paid more than what was indicated on the receipt. Having put with up unproffesionalism between the food chain and delivery all for it to be left unresolved, overall unsatified.
