Delivered food for a reception a day early to an empty venue. I contacted Uber eats and they said they could not reimburse me.

Texts from both uber and delivery driver to say food is arriving and to meet at door…..no driver. Then have to wait 15 days for a refund. When they do bother to actually deliver the food is cold and drinks spilled out everywhere. Thought I’d give them benefit of the doubt. Never again.

Awful service. Avoid at all cost. Opt for just eat. Ubereats is not worth it. They have refused to refund me and claimed my order was delivered when I haven't received it.

I had a terrible experience with Uber Eats. Initially, they held £17.94 on January 25, 2024 for the order I placed, it did match the checkout and what I ordered. Some products were missing in the order, which is common case with Uber, it's useless and can't provide actual information on the availability, bug it says that it will be recalculated. Then on the next day it has been reverted. However, the relief was short-lived. Then, to add insult to injury, I was charged for £23.76 on January 26, 2024, without any justification. The situation feels like a scam, and I'm left extremely dissatisfied and out of pocket. I demand a full refund for the erroneous charge on my card and an explanation. The service has been appalling, and action must be taken to rectify this issue immediately. The support is useless, that are basically can not even understand what happened and keep saying that the initial payment was reverted and there is no issue. Uber eats is absolute nonsense and scam!

Would give 0 stars if I could. In the past when I didn't receive food that I ordered and paid for I would let them know and they would reimburse me. The last 2 times they simply said they'd review it AND THEN THEY NEVER RESPONDED. TWICE. It's a very cowardly way to run your business. Then when I contact support they refused to give a reason I was not being reimbursed until I demanded a phone call from a manager and they then told me that I had reported too many missing items and would no longer be eligible for reimbursement. How on earth am I being penalized for a product I paid for NOT being delivered? I understand that the restaurant is responsible, but they have a contract with that restaurant and choose to partner with them.. if youre not going to stand behind your product and the restaurants you partner with then get out of the business. Their "support team" sent me multiple duplicate messages, proving I wasn't even talking to a human. Again, cowardly and pathetic customer service. I have since deleted my account and will never use uber or uber eats again. LYFT and Door Dash have yet to disappoint me and uber still owes me money for undelivered services. Goodbye and good riddance

I placed my order at 6:20pm. The app said approximately 6:50pm. Then, 7pm. Later 7:10 to finally be here at 7:22pm. First and until the end it showed a woman Fabiana was doing the delivery, but a guy showed up. When I tried to cancel the order, uber eats tells me I still have to pay 85%. I paid $50 for cold food. This is the last time I'm ordering from this people.

Uber Eats is a horribly incompetent service and provider, it's any wonder they are still in business at all with such terrible customer service and gross overcharging for appalling delivery. After years of several incidents of damaged orders and rude customer service agents, I finally stopped using their service. However today I was forced to interact with them again due to ordering through McDonald's delivery app. McDonald's service was great, but Uber Eats as always was appalling, they refused to address the issue and offered no help whatsoever. It's a shame this company seem to get away with such poor service, I wouldn't advise anyone waste their time or money on them.

Placed an order, the order went through. Wait time was 45-50 minutes. Patiently waited...app received a notification stating your food is on the way. I don't understand if the delivery was on its way and I could see the status on my phone and it was 3 minutes away, I then get an order cancelled Notification. Uber customer support has cancelled your order. Then they blamed the restaurant, the restaurant said place the order again as they didn't know why it was cancelled. So truthfully the food was never on its way? This has happened before as well. Uber eats customer service has really gone down the shithole. Then they tried to give me 5 dollar credit which I told them to keep and don't need. They gave me the credit and then they actually took it back. Great customer service. Absolutely amazing... You should know there are other providers such as menu log and door dash. I am done with uber in general. Please add an option for 0 star rating, as that's what I am giving them. This is not a 1 star rating !

I had a very serious incident happened today with my Uber Eats. The driver put my food down on the ground right in the pesticide that had just been sprayed in the hallways. . Uber eats told me to give the driver a bad review. . They should’ve given me a refund or even had my order replaced, but they didn’t offer either one. . I will never use their service again.!’n

Yesterday I ordered several items, and Uber eats failed to deliver a $20 smoothie from Tropical Smoothie, and the food was disgusting. Came with tons of onions, not even supposed to be on the items I ordered. I threw what I had away. Requested a refund, and was told no, I am no longer using Uber Eats. Ordered Doordash today, with the same exact order and it is perfect.

Uber eats driver did not deliver the food that was ordered.He lied and said he had called, there is a buzzer at the place delivering was supposed to be made, no picture proof after the said delivery. Uber eats refused to understand and said they will not refund the £20 worth of food. I am so disappointed in Uber eats,l am sure it’s not the first time.

Your drivers are too stupid to ring the doorbell or notify the homeowners when they deliver food. I placed an order with a restaurant abd after waiting over an hour i called the restaurant and they said the order was delivered. My food was cold and whoever delivered it was an idiot because they didn't have the decency to ring my doorbell or knock on my door.

UBEREATS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM COMPANY EVER. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ORDERS WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ORDER OR WHEN YOU DON’T RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AT ALL. WHEN YOU FIRST OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THE, FOR YOUR FIRST ISSUE THEY AGREE TO REFUND, THEN THEY START TELLING YOU THAT YOUR ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED FROM GETTING REFUNDS. NO MATTER WHAT THE ISSUE IS. NEVER USE UBEREATS FIND ANY OTHER COMPANY LIKE DOORDASH OR GRUBHUB OR CAVIAR. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY ARE IN BUSINESS, THERE SHOULD BE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM

The driver was great, he did everything right and was professional and timely and I couldn’t be more pleased with him. My problem is with all of the fees that Uber eats tacks on to a $12 meal. I literally paid double that amount because of all the fees that Uber eats tacks on. In the app I saw that the delivery fee for Tokyo Joe’s was .50 cents. I got charged $4.99 delivery fee plus some fee that was called MPF for three dollars., Plus Tokyo Joe’s adds another $5.50 for a delivery fee themselves. Then, I also paid an 18% tip to the driver. Why do people order from this thing? I thought by getting there buy one get one free offer, I was going to save money by just give an Uber eats a try. I actually paid double the amount of what I normally would have if I just gone to the restaurant and picked it up myself. Just ridiculous. I had no idea that they would price gouge to such a phenomenal degree and false advertise the way that they did. I tried their customer service to get it resolved, or at least get some questions answered, and I wasted over 30 minutes of my life to no avail.

I was double charged... And til this moment 6 days later, and connecting with the company twice now. I still have not the "authorization hold" released to my account. They state it's a bank issue however my bank stated it's their end. I have NEVER had a problem like this with my bank of more then 10 years. Or door dash or instacart. Very unhappy won't be using Uber eats again

I clicked the wrong button placed my order andWithin one minute I cancelled my order, but apparently the pizza place had already began preparing my order within that one minute and charge me the full price of the pizza for the cancellation, 37$. I contacted Uber and they said there’s nothing they can do absolutely ridiculous that they started an order within one minute and I was charged for the entire thing and on top of that I didn’t even get the pizza that I paid for an Uber is zero help. I will never be using this company.
