Uber eats Ok. I am actually tired of all the wrong orderes being recieved. As the issue should be with the individual merchant this complaint against Uber Eats is because they penalize customers when merchants gets something wrong. To elaborate, recently, Jan 6, 2024 order placed and one item was not received, but rather a completely different item. A picture was taken and sent to UE. 1- not only did they NOT respond within the 48 hrs but instead, 13 days later!, they said the food was picked up and no refund will be given. First, 13 days later is unacceptable. Second, the order was NEVER picked up it was delivered. Third, how dare you penalize the customer and let the merchant just get away with getting the order wrong. This is wrong and flat out an unacceptable business model. I assure you if you punish the merchant when appropriate like getting orders wrong, then I’m sure they will start reading the orders correctly. Keep my money that you stole from me and other customers, Mr Merchant and Uber Eats. I’m not in need of that, you are. I am happy to continue to post everywhere I can about your flawed business and lack of respect for customers. Go ahead and stand by your merchants when they continuously get orders wrong and ignore your customers. Without customers there would be no need for merchants and Uber Eats. Taking my business elsewhere. Goodbye.

I make many orders from UberEATS, but in the past few months, when I am missing an item in my order, they are not getting back to me, or it takes weeks to hear something back from their customer service support team in the app. Postmates was the app I used to use. They bought the company. An order was made on January 6, 2024, and they returned to me on January 19, 2024, at 7:00 AM. I ordered with Subway, and one of my items was not delivered. After I didn’t hear back from UberEATS in two hours, I contacted the store, and they said they ran out of oatmeal cookies and I needed to contact UberEATS for a refund. The store should’ve got me and given me another option or cancel the order, but they didn’t. I contacted UberEATS, and now, 12 days later, they refuse to give me a refund because they said after the investigation, they can’t confirm I didn’t receive my order of oatmeal cookies. Please know I spend around $300.00 a week with UberEATS. I had a drink missing from another order, and they refused to refund me. UberEATS has to understand when you have a customer who orders a lot, and they likely will have more requests for refunds or complaints about missing items. UberEATS owes me about $159.00 in five months on missing items; they refund to give me credit or refund back to my credit cards—UberEATS is not customer friendly.

Uber eats has helped me time and time again, as I’ve been a member for awhile. Tonight we had an issue with the quality of our food. Uber handled it immediately and refunded us the entire cost of our dinner. I am impressed with the customer service I have received tonight and will continue to be a member of their loyalty program. Thank you Uber.

I ordered two hours in advance. The building is less than five minutes down the road and it’s been snowing.They called me an hour and a half later and told me they were on their way. Then, the guy couldn’t find the apartment and asked me to walk to the entrance of the complex. I was on my way over when I got a message saying that the order had been cancelled. It’s 6:42pm and I am starving. Now, I don’t have my food, I’m cold, and I wasted my time. Thanks for nothing Uber Eats

Before you try to work with Uber eat keep in mind that your car cannot be more than 20 years old. Do NOT submit any document unless your car is a 2005 model max

We ordered and paid for food from a restaurant through Uber eats and some of the items that we had paid for were not put into the bag by the restaurant and when we contacted Uber eats about it, they said our account was in eligible for a refund and that they would not refund those Items and then they close the chart and when we called them, they didn’t give us any more information. They just said we couldn’t get a refund. Worst Customer Service ever and what was achieved here?. They just lost a customer that orders from them all the time over $3.87.

How can you add idk how many stops on the way!? My food come very cold and for food worth of 12£ I had to pay another 5 for transport and service charges without adding a tip. Strongly recommendation for all the fast food chains and restaurants to do they're own deliveries. I'd rather pay straight the drivers wage than paying all this little c*nts

Only gave 1 star coz I couldn't give 1. I ordered from McDonald's at 15:31 and was told it would be delivered by 16:04. It turned up at 16:32. I asked the driver how long he'd had it he just said about 40 minutes. I told him I didn't like his attitude he replied with I don't like yours.My son herd him and came to the door and had a word with him,but he just blanked him so he said no you won't answer some as young as yourself. He replied I've just broken my phone so don't care about your food being cold and drove off. My son rang uber to complain and ask for a refund but he got the same attitude of them.

This company Uber eats took money from my kids mouth and never got the food. I cancel the order and thus company refuses to refund my money. We need to boycott Uber eats and don't do business with them at all. That's 60.00 out my kids mouth.

I ordered 4 meals at about 6pm. I waited ages then it said delivered. Just not to me. I phoned them and was told refund takes 15 days. so I placed the order again. It said picking up order. for ages and the time of delivery kept going up. Until about 8-8.30 they suddenly cancelled on me!!!! at this point I ordered from somewhere else. My child should have been in bed not waiting for his tea at that time. Disgraceful

I ordered from wingstop at 10:30pm and I’m still waiting on my food. Do not allow David to pick up your food. He’s been sitting in the same spot for an hour. I tried calling and text him

The uber eats driver delivered the wrong food from the wrong restaurant to me. Uber's Customer service is useless and would not issue a refund. They suck!!!!!!

Ridiculous company! I’ve ordered a lot through this platform and on a few occasions they delivered to the wrong address which left me with no choice to contact them for a refund. I recently placed an order from Cold Stone Creamery and upon receiving it was missing item. I contacted them and they told me there is a restriction to my account and I won’t be getting a refund. I will be reporting them for this as they’re taking your money delivering to wrong address (photos sent by delivery guy doesn’t even match my door with address) and then there is missing items and then telling you they can’t do anything as they put a restriction to my account

I placed an order to be delivered by uber eats. And can I say Absolutely what disgusting customer service from that company I ordered food for me and my son it came missing my son's burger and milkshake so only got the chips the meal cost £9.49 and they refunded me £5.69 I've rang up twice now and this apparently is the correct amount for the steak stack and large milkshake so I paid £3.80 for a portion of cold chips! I've spent 30 min on the phone. I've spoken to two customer service staff then asked to speak with a manager and got absolutely no satisfaction out of them all. My order has gone in the bin as it was all cold when it arrived because the courier sat at the restaurant with my order waiting for another two orders. (I watched this on the app as I got notification she had picked it up and was still sitting in the restaurant for 10 min) She Dropped one off on the way and gave me the other order by mistake and came back to swap it. And Uber eats don't care that my whole order costing me £20 half wasn't delivered and half went in the bin!! I swear I will never order from Uber again!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I placed a takeaway order on UberEats and the status page showed that I can add items from grocery stores for no delivery fee. I decided to give that a go and added some items from Co-Op. When the order got charged, I noticed that they added almost £7 in various fees, which is totally not what was agreed to! Their support in app doesn't have any option for dealing with this nor does it let you speak to a human, so I reached out to them on Facebook. While I did get to speak to someone there, they were polite but utterly useless and unhelpful. Congratulations UberEats, you ripped me off £7 and lost hundreds in not thousands over the next years from me.

Scammer Driver of UberEats in Vancouver took my groceries. I order last January 12.2024 around 9 pm. While it’s preparing the driver already waiting for it. I keep tracking and he came and called the he forgot the bag and he will come back within 10 minutes so I wait and never leave my phone. After a while the apps show Delivered but I haven’t received a call.I checked my front door he never dropped the groceries. I message the customer service & reply that the driver been calling me for 8minutes how come I’m with my phone the time waiting for it.I won’t be able to get a refund cause the dropped my order.I nee full justice for this scammer driver.

I am trying to place a scheduled order. Before I place the order, I tried again and again for the schedule. But the system still deliver my order right away. Because of this problem, I tried to cancel the order immediately. BUT i was charged more than $40 for the cancellation. I tried to contact the customer service. The service is very bad. Without any help, but just told me they cannot refund. Based on the terrible experience, I will never never use Uber eat again.

I ordered carvel ice cream and it never came . Then was told to cancel order and never got refunded the 21 dollars. This is a complete scam and will be reporting Uber eats to the state. They take your money and never give you anything in return. Poor service horrible customer service and a scam !
