I placed a takeaway order on UberEats and the status page showed that I can add items from grocery stores for no delivery fee. I decided to give that a go and added some items from Co-Op. When the order got charged, I noticed that they added almost £7 in various fees, which is totally not what was agreed to! Their support in app doesn't have any option for dealing with this nor does it let you speak to a human, so I reached out to them on Facebook. While I did get to speak to someone there, they were polite but utterly useless and unhelpful. Congratulations UberEats, you ripped me off £7 and lost hundreds in not thousands over the next years from me.

Scammer Driver of UberEats in Vancouver took my groceries. I order last January 12.2024 around 9 pm. While it’s preparing the driver already waiting for it. I keep tracking and he came and called the he forgot the bag and he will come back within 10 minutes so I wait and never leave my phone. After a while the apps show Delivered but I haven’t received a call.I checked my front door he never dropped the groceries. I message the customer service & reply that the driver been calling me for 8minutes how come I’m with my phone the time waiting for it.I won’t be able to get a refund cause the dropped my order.I nee full justice for this scammer driver.

I am trying to place a scheduled order. Before I place the order, I tried again and again for the schedule. But the system still deliver my order right away. Because of this problem, I tried to cancel the order immediately. BUT i was charged more than $40 for the cancellation. I tried to contact the customer service. The service is very bad. Without any help, but just told me they cannot refund. Based on the terrible experience, I will never never use Uber eat again.

I ordered carvel ice cream and it never came . Then was told to cancel order and never got refunded the 21 dollars. This is a complete scam and will be reporting Uber eats to the state. They take your money and never give you anything in return. Poor service horrible customer service and a scam !

I ordered 100$ worth of Food. Uber eats driver did not deliver to the right address. I receive the delivered notification and look at the photo. Its not my door. They delivered to the wrong address. The driver is not picking up the phone. So i have no food. And i asked customer service for help and they refuse to refund even tho you can clearly see its their mistake and wrong door. Avoid uber eats at all cost.

Disgusting how they treat customers. They delivered food to the wrong address. My address hasn’t changed since I had the app (4+ yrs) but the delivery invoice had the wrong address. The delivery driver didn’t speak English and hung up. The food was left at another address with a photo of someone’s else’s house. I didn’t receive any calls. Uber eats said it was my fault and didn’t refund me. So I paid £25 for nothing.

expected. We'll either the assigned driver is multi apping or a non tipping customers delivery was piggy backed onto your delivery. Over the years, as inflation has sky rocketed Uber has consistently lowered driver's pay and engaged in other shenanigans in attempt get drivers to accept base pay only offers and low paying offers. So as a customer, you have to ask yourself, how much effort would you put in to a job that for the most part is paying you between 2.00 and 5 00 per delivery? Missing food issues are caused by restaurant error or drivers stealing the food. Unfortunately, do to the low pay and high turnover rate, many drivers feel justified doing this.

I will never use Uber eats again. I am sick and ordered food for my kids. 109 including tip. Driver kept all the food belonging to the kids so they were out dinner tonight. Apparently Uber doesn’t like salads because those were safe and sound. Oh and no way to contact driver even giving benefit of doubt. So just lost over 50% f the food and had enough ramen noodles and milk to feed kids. Thanks Uber. This is who you are.

Consistently forgetting and missing order items, I believe drivers are also keeping some bags for themselves on larger orders as restaurants confirm their handoff but their delivery comes up short, help is only oferred by chat no phone support and never ever helpful at all, we never get reimbursed for missing items and are told to Rate the Restaurant Badly when its the Drivers Fault typically etc...Terrible business or organization structure, they way its current run...Hopefully it will change in the future, but going to give DoorDash a try next.

Avoid! If I could could less than 1 star I would. Human hairs found in food order yet they do not see this as an issue. Huge health & safety issue and obviously food inedible yet told no refund for the meal that had to be thrown away. Disgusting service. Will be boycotting.

Bloody sh** always eats half my food so I have to get refund that takes another 15 days to actually come back. This company shouldn't exist or they need to fire one hella lot of people wether it be my dad or mates ordering it's bull poo

Uber just plain old stinks. Everyone out there, stop using them! Please, everyone stop using them. Stop using Uber eats! STOP USING UBER EATS! It’s the only way they will learn their lesson. I’m a merchant that has to be signed up with them because everyone uses them. When everyone stops using them I can be the first to throw their tablet out my front window. Then and only then will they respond to all your legitimate refunds.

I didn't get the ranch I ordered with my food that I paid 1.19 for the driver confirmed with their customer service staff that the restaurant didn't give it to him and they absolutely refused to refund the 1.19. I just don't get it. I will never ever use this service again, their are other delivery services that don't steal from you. I don't get how they can get away with doing that.

Had an issue with their website. Freezing/crashing, which resulted in a double order/Double charge to my credit card. Uber Eats would not do anything other than offer A $25 credit credit towards future orders. I would warn everybody about using this company. If you have an issue, they will keep your money. Try doordash instead.

Will never use Uber eats again . Cancelled my order for no reason . Got a notification to meet at door . Driver never showed up was close by following car on map . Had a missed call which I called immediately back left several messages texts I was waiting at door . Then driver blocked me and saw they cancelled earlier . Very bizarre and very disappointed we were really hungry , we didn’t have anything in house to eat , it was late and we were not feeling great . Whoever the driver was should he fired . I wonder if she ate our food ? Why tell us get ready to meet us and then no show ??
