Worst delivery ever. “They can't do anything to fix your order” the usual answer. Worst delivery ever!!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous service!! They take or shall i say steal money from you. Missing half my order and refused to give my money back for missing items. I paid 30$ for 2 small cheese burgers!!

I asked NOT to ring my door bell. I asked NOT to knock on my door. My Special Instructions were to leave bag on the tray by the door. But ur drive was ringing and ringing my doorbell and kept knocking on my door. I am sick in bed. This was my first time using Uber eats so I would like to get compensated for this delivery.

This was the worst delivery service I’ve ever used. I even gave them another chance! 3 hours later, cancelled. The 2nd time I gave them a chance it took 3 1/2 hours. I don’t typically do bad reviews but beware. Use door dash. They are on time every single time.

Thought i would try your service, especially since you were offering a discount. Selected Pizza Hut in North Pole with delivery only a mile away. Was told order would be belivered at 2:45, ok, that was in 45 minutes. Perfect timing for 1/2 time. Well, half time came and went, 3rd period came and went too. Finally in the 4th quarter, my pizza arrived. NOT IMPRESSED with your service. When i spoke to the driver, she rkayed she just got the notice 20 minutes before. Hate to punish the drivers and i know pizza hut has its own problems but come on folks, it surely doesn't take that long.

I placed an order that I never received!! I had to call Uber eat literally 5 times rude customer service!! Then I placed the order again once they returned my money!! The order was not showing under my app anymore!! I called customer service again no help at all . So I went to pick up my food!! I would not recommend Uber eats to anyone!! They are the worst company to deal with!! You will waist your money and time.

Absolutely terrible. Charged 3 times after said they would refund with driver accepted and never picking up. Charged 4 times for one order

The support said the they are going to transfer the call and the call was dropped and when I called another time the lady was very very very rude to me and she was not clear about what she was saying before I drop the call and also asking me single question several times My suggestion: do not put the customer service number if you are trying to be rude or not giving proper service when someone calls Even rating 1 is too much this should go negative

I am a merchant that uses Uber eats. Absolutely horrible customer service and take forever to resolve an issue. Still owe us 1400$ from Christmas season because they couldn’t understand me and suspended payments to our account. And in summer for 2 months sent our money to the wrong merchant and trying everything not to pay us that money. If everyone just stopped using them we could throw their tablet out the window.

I have been you using the Uber eats now for quite a sometime even I do have Uber one currently. The recent order was totally disaster. Before I order I put in the instructions section clearly where my flat located, however, the rider still couldn’t find the flat anyway I explained to him on the phone for 8 minutes he still couldn’t manage the find the flat then after 7 minutes talking on the phone he said come get your f*king food from near the where he was, and I said to him McDonald is only 4 minutes walk from my flat but due to rain and late hour I couldn’t leave the house because I was babysitting my little daughter anyway that was the main reason I ordered from the app otherwise I would walk and buy it myself. Anyway, end of the phone conversation he said come and get @f*king order I’m gonna take it back then he hang up the phone and cancelled the order. I contact with the Uber eats through them app and they are other joke side of the story, they told me driver tried to contact you make sure update your phone number and keep the phone near you. I sent them a screenshot of 8 minutes talk on the phone the live agent ridiculously said same thing. I’m not even too sure if they are reading the messages properly. I didn't get the food and I charged £18.50. I dont mind about the money but the way they treat them customers is not acceptable. It was my last order from them from now on I make sure my family will not use them app. Please also give a little instructions to your driver, if they can’t manage the find the property they don’t need to swear on the phone to the customer. In addition, I do pay for the food to deliver to me my front door, which is what I selected on the app “meet at my front door” I didn’t choose a option meet me somewhere in the town.

My order was left on the floor in front of the house without any bag to protect. Lots of things were touching the ground and I had to through away. This picture was taken by the delivery guy. I was told nothing can be done. Bizarre!

I don't even know where to start. I've placed countless orders with Uber Eats to McDonald's and KFC and each time most our orders are missing and some don't turn up at all. We are a big family and we spend around £80 each order.... I've had to contact Uber so many times about missing and incomplete orders it's ridiculous... The final straw was new years day, they didn't send any of the 40 nuggets and 8 fries or 2 of the 8 drinks, to be told I had to wait 24 hours for someone to contact me... I recorded what was missing and then a day later told I can't have a refund because they have refunded or adjusted on my account several times prior.... Yes no sh*t because they always end up owing me money! So after several talks with them they still refuse to refund me. I'm a high paying customer with Uber, both rides and deliveries as well. I've told them to close my account as I don't wish to do business with them anymore. I can't tell you how out of pocket I am from them it's an absolute joke! I'll be sticking with deliveroo from now on. Closed by Uber account today, I'm done! Terrible customer service and absolute daylight robbery!

I will never ever just uber eats again. I placed an order they changed me twice. I contacted them on line I was told by Dess that it's nothing she can do. I will have to wait 3-5 business days to see if I can get a refund. Dess said and I quote Alesia . This is a standard practice to confirm that your card has enough funds to cover the full amount. I asked for management to call me Her response was While we understand the frustration that this situation has caused, please know that you have reached the highest level of support available. And I know you wanted to speak on the phone with someone. At the moment, we do not currently provide phone service (and this is something we hope to have soon). I never have this problem with Door dash. I won't be using this app again

I chose Uber eats to deliver food today and the driver canceled because he didn't have his ID for my wine when I called because no one informed me that he decided to cancel the order I was informed that the driver took another order and the order was not given to anyone else with driver's license or ID. Had I not called no one would have ever told me. And then they told me my $40 would be returned to me in 3 to 5 business days.

At least 3 out of every 5 orders are awful experiences and the rest are just plain unpleasant. Absolutely non-existent customer services of any kind, VERY long waiting times, having to pay the extra £2.50 to ANY hope of getting warm (not even hot) food and still having a very high chance of cold food, the con of promising £5 goodwill if the order arrives after the latest estimated time just for said time to change every 10 minutes, cancelling orders without any apology or explanation at all, refusing refunds for cold food or damaged food/groceries without any explanation as to why...the list goes on and on. The only reason I didn't delete my account ages ago is because I paid for the annual Uber One membership and I'm determined to get something out of it.

They took 100 dollars out of my account and have yet to put it back in. The support rep stated they took a double payment to make sure I had money in my account ? That’s never happened and I am fumming! Don’t use this app honestly and customer service isn’t even here to help with anything .

Ordered firehouse subs through Uber eats, at the end of a twelve hour work shift. Thirty five minutes later I get to the restaurant and my order never went trough to the restaurant. They did not prepare my food. I did not receive any food. They couldn’t refund my money and said Uber would have to. I left. Later I get a receipt email from Uber. I contact their horrible customer service online. I’m informed by Ruby, father name no doubt, they would not be refunding my money for the food I didn’t receive, because their system did not do as it was supposed to. I will never use Uber anything again. EVER!!! Do not risk it. Do not use Uber eats. There are numerous reviews with the same experience as mine. This is thievery and I hope it comes back on them a million fold. I really do. I hope they get a flat tire in the rain, and bed bugs.

Worst customer service I have experienced. DoorDash and Grubhub much better. I am a restaurant owner. I used them as a service to our guests. I also use doordash. They push to sign you up and then their call centers (all in the Philippines ) take over. Then the hell begins. Don’t use Uber eats.

I ordered Kentucky fried chicken got mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw no chicken or biscuits contacted customer service only to be told no refund I'm definitely not ordering from here ever again I paid 42$ for nuttin

I don't know why I am still using this app. Answer me this question. How do I not get back my money for something I did not receive. They can verify it by the driver and still won't give me my back. They continue to say it's not eligible for a refund...so none of my orders will ever be eligible for a refund. This is crazy and they are scammers this is a perfect way to keep people's money when they don't receive l their items. Customer service is useless they just repeat the same thing over and over again. It makes no sense also If I was going there my self I woulda been able to get a refund or even get the product.this is horrible customer service.
