Worst experience I've ever had in my life trying to order food. Uber eats is somebody you definitely don't want to do business with. We had to pay over $32 to have our food delivered! You can get a hold of anybody via telephone. Terrible customer service. I tried to cancel my order and they said they were there picking it up. That was a lie! I called the place where the food was being made and it wasn't even finished yet.

First they were so late the food was cold (restaurant was 4 minutes away) they would not refund. Not even after sending the photo. Never ordering through them

Zero star rating. Tried to charge me $114 in Sydney. I live overseas. FRAUDULENT company. Never use them or give your details. My bank recovering money. I will sue them

I called the restaurant because we did not receive all of our food that was delivered but she said our order was only $18.74 and we payed Uber eats $27.74 plus $2.91. I don’t understand because the restaurant said that they delivered the first order for free. Why are we paying over $30.00 for an $18.74 order. If I could give no stars that is what I would give. When I tried to get a refund on Uber Eats app it said form 404 not found. Evidently you don’t want anyone to get their money back because you do dishonest business. Thank you

They steal your money! No refund for unsafe food. Could not get help due to the app not working. When finally got through next day, they said too bad, nothing we can do. Supposed to have up to 48 hours, but guess they don’t even honor that policy. Total thieves

Uber eats in Sweden has been delivering cold food to me for several years now. When you complain they say the same say exact thing every time. We will try to do out very best better next time! What a lousy customer service practice!

I was led to believe that I was ordering from a place called pardon the cheesesteak and in all actuality I got a dumb cheesesteak from IHOP. When I reach out to Uber Eats, all they did was apologize and would not give me my refund. Talking about, they won’t let it happen again. I know it won’t happen again because I’m just using DoorDash moving forward. I’ve never had misleading information from DoorDash.

Worse company they are a lier. I contacted them minutes after my delivered food was half eaten and they saying I didn't contacted them rghr away. I did it with phone calls and they the app. They are liers. Don't use ther service anymore

I selected WHITE meat WITHOUT wings in order selection, but received DARK meat WITH wings instead, which is not what I requested. I believe I should not be charged for this incorrect order. Also, it should be highlight Uber's inability to rectify the situation of an incorrect order based on the selection that is clearly on the menu.

Wow.... after I watch my driver pick up my food from the floor and basket, he tried to deliver it to me... I denied it and filmed It all. Ubereats is now refusing to refund me because I don't have a picture off the delivered food??. Ive sent them CCTV and videos off it and they're still refusing!. Will never order from them again!

Terrible. I placed an order September 2022, £51.99 which never arrived. And they confirmed and refunded the money. I placed an order Monday 22/5/24 fish and chips £14.50 . I found that they have charged my pay pal £14.50 plus £51.99. Unacceptable, tried to e mail and message them. terrible customer service, no one call you back, the reply to your messages unclear and not related. They did not refund the money in-spite explaining and they can easily check their messages to me confirm. Be aware if anything happens you be left alone.

Double charged my boss's credit card when he bought us lunch. Then we didn't work the weekend. He let us know after the 2 day window (which we didn't know about) that Uber eats has in place to reverse any charges even though it was a mistake on their end. A refund was never made even though our office uses this service every week.

I have had 2 bad delivery drivers, actually 3 if you include the one standing and texting outside my door. I have specific instructions to leave my food at the door. 1st driver held my food hostage, because my door didn't specifically had the word "East" and my office is in the East building. He was standing right outside my door and he refused to deliver unless I stuck my head out even after confirming he was at the right door. 2nd driver decided it was okay to leave my food in the lobby for anyone to pick up and take. I had to go looking for my food, because apparently leaving at my door meant leaving it anywhere but my door. Customer service will only apologize and leave notes on the drivers.

Got my food, all bags were wide open, fries in a paper bag with no container and burger so soggy the bun was mush. Advised Uber Eats support about the food safety issue and they did nothing

I EMAILED/MESAGED UBER EATS ON MAY 19TH, 2024 WITH THE FOLLOWING MESSGAGE: I PLACED AN LCBO ORER TODAY, WAITIED OVER HALF AN HOUR, AND THE ORDER STILL SHOWED AS PROCESSING, BUT NEVER AS RECEIVED. I CALLED THE SCHOMBERG LCBO AS THEY ARE THE LOCATION THAT SHOWED UP ON MY UBER EATS MAP, THEY SAID THEY ARE NOT PART OF UBER EATS, THE DO NOT HAVE THE APP AND WOULD NOT PREPARE OR ACCEPT THE ORDER, SO I HAD TO CANCEL IT. WHY DO YOU SHOW LOCAIONS THAT ARE NOT PART OF UBER EATS AND WILL NOT ACCEPT UBER EATS ORDERS???? THE RESPONSE I GOT WAS THE FOLLOWING: Thank you for reaching out. I'm Pradeep, and I'm here to help you. We're sorry to hear that your order was canceled. We understand your concern about the cancellation charges. We've checked the details of your order, and found that the order was canceled after the restaurant had already accepted the order. Because of this, we are not able to refund your order from LCBO. In the future, please do not cancel orders at the request of a Delivery Person or Restaurant / Store. If you receive such a request, contact support so that we can make sure you don't get charged. On Sunday night I ordered Some food through Uber Eats and selected that the delivery could be left at the door. I was showering while I waited for my food to be delivered. When I saw the picture in the app that my food was delivered at the door I went down to the front door to find NOTHING. My food was taken back by the delivery guy. They did not leave it at the door. I was super shocked by this event certainly because I already waited 1h for it to arrive and went to get it 15 min after the mentioned delivery time. I asked the customer service for a refund because my food was not delivered the way I had selected: ‘leave at the door’. I felt really let down by this experience and the lack of customer support, therefore I deleted the Uber Eats app in the meantime. Other food delivery apps where I have never encountered any issues like Deliveroo will now be my go to delivery app. I would not recommend Uber Eats due to this experience. In the beginning their customer support was good but now it has really become the worst. The customer support guy did never give a real answer nor explanation of why the delivery was taken away and I was left with nothing while I had selected to leave it at the door…
