Uber eats experience have been always ok so far but this time something worse happened and driver ran with order of my cakes , and uber eats is supporting their fraud drivers and staff by not refunding money to genuine customers and they dont have any contact number where to call for refund, their help desk is of no us and only chat is allowed , uber eats is pathetic when it comes to customer grievances , i think people should stop using its eatery and ride services so they try to be considerate to their customers , Mr Delivery is much better , they are not even acknowledging the grievances if its about refund

Not only was my order an hour and 1/2 late cold and inedible, their “customer service” reps disconnected 4 times without even asking how they could assist. I was told an email would come in 24 hours and nothing!!!!! WORST customer service I have ever experienced

Absolutely terrible customer service. I used to order at least once or twice a week and the last couple orders there have been constant issues with no care whatsoever about the customers satisfaction. In the past they used to have hands on customer service who cared and would properly credit verified missing items or issues and they no longer have quality assurance. The last straw was I had an item never arrive and they refused to acknowledge or correct the problem. They’ve completely gone downhill and I will be using another service. I just canceled my Uber one after years. TERRIBLE to see the company go down hill this fast.

UberEATS is such a bad company to use when there are other options out there. my first time ordering online my first bad experience. Customer service sucks a big thumb. spoke to a young Indian or Philippina accent girl that didn't even try to help very unprofessional very low on solutions to resolve issues very untrained people... Never will I ever use them again and like shark tank investors say " And for that reason I am OUT!!!

Uber priority is a fares and an outright lie!!.. shame on you arrogant drivers.. they spoke to me with absolute rudeness!… DO NOY USE PRIORITY IT IS NOT ENSURED AS I WAITED 52 minutes for a 15 min. Delivery Tops!!!

Online ordering food pick the place and food, delivery was Uber Eats, I put my address and a tip. I then see the food I ordered in a bag sitting on a sidewalk in front of big windows. The restaurant called me and told me the Uber delivery guy just set the bag outside of the restaurant and took a picture and left. I called Uber Eats and my call was hung up on me 3 times. The 4 th person called the driver then told me because the checked out the address on the online request, there was nothing that can do, I said it don’t make sense why I would yave the food delivered out in front of the place I ordered food. The representative got snippy and basically said it was my fault and they are not doing it and maybe I should pay attention to the address for delivery, I said I did I checked it and a glitche or something must have happen, she the was short and snippy and repeated what she told me before and kept on and on and hard to understand her with the accent and snippy rude tone.

Not even an hour ago my daughter and all ordered groceries from Uber eats I live in apartments that have security and a sign at the front desk the Uber eats deliver it never came in and said that he delivered our groceries we reported it back to Uber eats and they told us that they could not give us our money back because apparently the guy text or try to get in touch with us which is a bunch of foolery . If they tried to come in they would have had to sign or the security would at least acknowledge they came in which they did not so what is going on Uber eats this is like stealing money and my own ad I had a similar problem the beginning of this same month just not s damaging is this one. How can you supply service and not come forth you're protecting criminals thank you ubereats. I hope others find this review very truthful because it is?

Monica, shame on you. If you were not going to deliver my order you should not have lied and stated that you would deliver my order after leaving Cherry Grove then you should not have said so. All the more reason for me not to use UberEATS ever again. Then you you had the AUDACITY to block me because you knew you were not going to deliver my food. DO NOT ORDER FROM UBER!! Scum worthless employees are now pulling a scam where several people attempt to pick up your order and whoever succeeds will keep your food. These employees are PATHETIC.

I ordered Uber Eats Starbucks yesterday at my work. I was ordering coffee and lunch for my coworkers, who are nurses and working hard. The order was promised to be delivered by 12:00 latest. Instead we got nothing but delays, first it was delayed til 12:15, then 12:30. I tried contacting support and all they would say was it would be delivered by 12:43. Then I tried to contact the delivery guy, who for some reason was coming via ebike. His phone went to voice-mail after 2 rings. I was then told it would be delivered by 1 and then 1:15. I tried to message the delivery guy telling him my coworker was starving and then next thing I knew the entire order got cancelled. All this with absolutely no explanation! I apologized profusely to my coworkers and felt so bad. Worst service ever!

The biggest issue for me is the total lack of customer serive. We ordered dinner for five people. When we received our order if was someone else’s order. A single meal instead of the five we ordered. It was physically impossible to speak to someone or to get the issue resolved. Uber eats literally has no customer service available to deal with an issue as it occurs. 12 hours later 2way past the dinner we were supposed to have and Uber eats has still not responded to our customer support query. Uber eats is ok until something goes wrong. Once it does, don’t expect any kind of resolution for days. In other words, you aren’t getting your meal!

If I could put a zero star review I honestly would do. Had the worst experience ever. Food arrived an hour to 1/2 hours later freezing cold taste and look horrible. Driver stopped on the way and didn’t move for a good ten minutes. Unacceptable Uber eats wouldn’t do anything about it

Horrible offer 40% off on email didn't honor it text support gave me a bull story about it was only good for one store Domino's but it said on promo next three orders when you click it takes you straight to all stores I will never order from them again charged me $63,00 for breakfast don't waste your time it's like rubic's cube to talk to someone when you do they give you the run around DO NOT USE UBER EATS ,RIP OFF

Never order from uber eats again. Food is over 2 hrs late but when you call them, their automated calls won't put you through the right place. This is the last time I use them... their delivery driver isn't even answering their calls

I placed an order at 1:00 PM and Never received it call to report it and they didn’t want to refund my money in full. They want to pay me part of it and they didn’t pay me all of it. My order was only $30 and it took almost $50 on my card The third time it happened I don’t know why try it again thinking it would be better. I will never order Uber eats again. I have to walk and get my order because if you take the money off my car, you should replace it in full, not partial payment they gave me part of it back $37. I had to re-order my order and go pick it up and end up not getting anything to eat until 5:00 PM. They don’t ever have to worry about me again worst service ever three strikes you out and have happened three times worst service ever they need to add a zero for ratings because that’s what the ratings is for me is zero not 1 zero

I’m so angry I don’t know if I can type! The same driver has had an excuse not to get my meal to me. I called customer service twice and could barely understand what was said. I’ve had to cancel my first order and reorder…and now I wait. While the delivery guy eats my food! This is not good for business!

I've been ordering from Renzo's for the last few months consistently and the food has been nothing but great today I ordered the veal parmesan at 5:00 p.m. on May 24th 2024 the veal parmesan sub and I was shocked after eating the delicious rice balls I bit into the hero and it was a paste mixture similar to newborn baby food and bread crumbs that was the consistency it was harder to bite through the soft roll then the mixture that they spooned on to the hero. I never write bad reviews but this one was begging to be written $15 hero into the freaking garbage I was more disgusted that they let this out of the store never mind the taste and consistency
