Shocking ! visiting from UK so far two bad experiences. Latest being the worse ordered from Wendy's not only was it 45 minutes late after being assigned to about 6 different drivers the food that came was cold. Loads missing from the delivery and I was only compensated a measley $2.45 when the cost of what was missing was far more. Will never use again

I didn’t receive my groceries even though I was told by the first of 5 I would get my order. I was told by the last representative that ai would not get my order and as well be charged for the entire order. Their system glitched and had a completely different address which so had ordered before with no problems. They told me sorry but I would be charged for the entire order plus no groceries. I called my card service immediately as well as BBB.

of course, I order from uber eats and never receive my order because the delivery guy delivered it to the wrong place and pretend like he does not understand what i’m saying and i don’t know where the order is, and I payed 100 dollars for the order but uber eats decided to only refund 60 dollars. In addition to that, I have uber one to have 0 dollars delivery fee but they decided to charge a 5 dollar delivery fee. What a ridiculous app. I’m deleting it and never using it again, worst delivery experience of my life.

I have been using UberEats for years now. Tonight I ordered on UberEats and received the completely wrong order. I thought there would be no issue getting a refund, but I did not realize how terrible their customer service is now. Their chat line through their app is useless because you can’t even get through to a person. There also is no option to call anymore either if you’re a customer. A chat bot instructed me to take a picture of my receipt along with the food that clearly didn’t match the receipt if you actually looked and compared it all with the receipt. It took over an hour for an actual “person” to reply to the chat and the person said I somehow wasn’t eligible for any amount of refund, but wouldn’t state why. I tried to reach out even on social media where I was told the same thing. I will have to take this up with my bank now and will be sure to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will also leave any review I can to warn everyone else about their absolute joke of customer service and that they do not care about their customers at all.

I ordered from Olive garden in Cartersville ga and uber eats delivered to me. I stated in the delivery information that I would meet them at the door and to just ring the bell. Well, this bast....d placed our food on the ground 😡. I really wish I could take my tip back. There weren't enough characters to say "don't place it on the ground". But should you really have to say that!!?? I don't have these issues with Door Dash!!

You pay for priority or gives you an estimated time frame you order based on that time frame yet 38 minutes past the first latest arrival time and no refund for a service you didn't receive. Then when you finally get your food your shake is melted and food is soggy and cold! Way too expensive in the first place why even pay for a subscription when I'm paying more for menu ticketed price??? I'm canceling!

I attempted to order food from my hotel. The app would not allow me to place the order. I then went to DoorDash and place the order and was successful. At some point Uber pushed through my order even though it was deleted. I was not given any notification until the order was being delivered, and my account was being charged. They claim they have no issues with their connection and that the air was completely my own. I have ordered numerous times and you’re always confirmed when you place the order which I was not. This will be the last time I order with Uber eats

UberEats is horrible! The worst service I have ever received. We ordered two dishes. It was delayed significantly. When it's delivered, one dish was missing. And UberEats only refunded us 2 dollars! That missing dish cost more than 2 dollars!!! I will never use UberEats again.

Uber Eats took my order for a restaurant that was closed on July 4th, and won't clear the past due balance off of my account. This should be relatively simple to resolve. Quite easy to verify the restaurant was closed & I have the drivers number, who called to tell me it was closed when he arrived to pick up the order.

They overcharged me on an order and said they did not. I had a screen shot of the charge. When I tried to call them back they hung up on me 4 times. Use another delivery service

Order a gift for my dad, who lives around 12 hours away from my wife and I. We decided to splurge and buy a $130 bottle of wine for him, something he wouldn't normally get himself. We placed the order 2 days before his birthday. When he opened the package on his birthday, it was the same brand, but a $70 bottle of wine. Uber Eats is telling me that because its over 48 hours, there's nothing they can do. I used to order Uber Eats around 1x per week, but this sloppy work combined with horrible customer service has deterred me from using them again. All I can hope is other learn from my mistake and just avoid Uber altogether. When things go fine you don't think twice, but when something goes wrong, don't expect it to be fixed.

I’ve been an Uber and Uber Eats customer for years and I’ve never had an incident until last week. I was searching my options for Chinese food. I put a few items in my cart and accidentally hit “send order”. I immediately canceled the order and thought all was good, until I woke up the next morning to an email with an Uber Eats receipt for my cancelation. I was charged for the items. I explained to the Uber team that it was an accident and that I canceled the order literally 10 seconds after I had placed it. They denied giving me a refund because they said that the restaurant already started the order. When I tell you that I literally canceled the order within the first 30 seconds, it’s not an exaggeration. I told Uber that I was going to delete the app as well as all my account info. To that they said “we advise you not to do that”, what the hell does that mean? So I’ll keep it open, I just won’t be using it ever again. All I wanted was a refund because I accidentally sent an order. I don’t believe for one second that they couldn’t do that for me.

I placed an order. After the order was placed and my credit card was charged $67.75, I was told that the order could not be delivered to my area and I would not receive a refund credit. It was not my fault that they didn’t tell me that up front and they canceled the order within seconds. Hugh rip off. I will definitely be using a different service from now on.

I wish I could give them negative stars. Not only did they charge me without delivering, when I tried to talk to customers service I only got bots that kept disconnecting our chat. I will never use anything Uber again
