Driver went to wrong address, called me, I had just gotten home from foot surgery so couldn’t walk. He was at the totally wrong address. He was extremely rude and insulting to me because I couldn’t help him find me. The address is very visible yet he cancelled the order and I was still charged for the food I never received through no fault of my own.

I feel like the driver quality has really decreased. I recently placed an order for my elderly grandma out of state only to find out it was marked delivered (with tip) and she never received it. When I reported it, it was outside the 48hr window so I was unable to get a refund. When I contacted customer support it just connected me with the driver who was no help.

I have been trying to get ahold of a live person to chat or email because I never received our food . I ordered from The loop in St Augustine Fl last night. I was watching the delivery tracker and then it just went away and next thing I know it say my food was delivered and it wasn’t delivered. I have a code to give the delivery person when our food arrives and they take a picture so I don’t get how they can say it shows delivered on their end when they don’t have proof or a pic of delivery or my delivery code. I want a refund for food I didn’t receive or eat.

shittiest "delivery" app ever. almost all of the fast food on the app doesn't have delivery available. if i wanted to go pick my food up, i wouldnt order it online!!! never use ubereats

Place an order from Uber eats at 7:34 am at crackerbarrel.com. The food still isn't delivered and it is 9:47 am and still no delivery. I contacted Uber eats TWICE to request a refund. Through both customer service calls I was denied a refund!!! DO NOT USE UBER EATS.

Avoid Uber Eats is the best tip I can give. They consistently double charge same order especially if you add a tip. I have been arguing with Uber for over a week now because of that practice of double charging my account has been -$17.24 since the storm took out our power for 30+ hours. After 7 attempts on getting them to release the extra $32.24 charge, a supervisor Mohammad was absolutely NO help. I switch to Door Dash/Lyft and so far these two are much better than Uber Eats and the non existent cuatomer service.

They put in $50 lbs of wings and then cancelled the whole order after waiting 2hours an complaining about it.

Less than half our order was delivered. Unlike Door Dash who immediately resolves the issue, Uber Eats makes you file a complaint and then just wait. So no food for us but we are at least temporarily out the entire cost of our order. If there was another delivery option where we are at, we would definitely NOT be using Uber Eats!

There was an alleged glitch with my app, they told me that the order was not placed and to try again. I tried several times over the period of about 10 minutes, when the last attempt went through. I received one confirmation, and one tracking for the delivery. The next morning, there was another order, sitting on my stairs, deliver the night before. I looked at my account, and there was duplicate charges. The customer service says it is my fault that I placed duplicate orders. It is not my fault, the app said it was not processed and to try again. He refused to refund the duplicate orders.

My son is a college student who decided to do Uber Eats as a off College job on average, 10 hour day. You will make $15 a day. People who use this service genuinely do not tip.It's barely worth the gas money and I felt so bad for my son.

I received the wrong order and had to reorder which I was charged the full amount When I submitted my complaint instead of giving me my money back or even a credit for the error ~ they gave me $5.00 Be warned Uber eats has zero customer service, just a typical reply repeatedly I definitely will not be using again and have deleted my app Terrible terrible service and they are not sorry.

Uber eats actually stole our money. We made an order and were delivered someone else’s order that cost less than ours did, and wasn’t the food we wanted anyways. I contacted Uber about the issue and all they will say is that the order is not eligible for a refund. I don’t know if it’s a chat bot or a person but no matter what I said they sent the exact same response. This is one of many screw ups from Uber eats and was the last straw. Cancelled my subscription and will be going with Door Dash from now on.

I received a completely wrong order and reached out via the in-app help chat—only to be met with hours of delay and repeated automated responses. I replied asking what info was needed to resolve the issue, but just kept getting the same automated message over and over. After about four attempts, someone finally responded, only to say they couldn’t help. While waiting for a reply from Uber, I called the restaurant directly. They were polite, apologetic, and confirmed the order was wrong. They said they’d be happy to refund me but that it had to go through Uber, and advised I request the refund via the app. Even after I sent clear photo evidence of the incorrect items, Uber still refused to issue a refund. I suspect this might be because I’ve had price adjustments on previous orders—but that’s only because things have been consistently wrong. This isn’t the first time either. I previously received a raw, inedible item, sent photos as proof, and was again refused a refund. The help chat was ended with no resolution. I had considered cancelling Uber One after that incident, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. After this most recent experience, I’ve now cancelled for good. The app support is shockingly unhelpful, and there seems to be no accountability for repeated service failures. I use delivery services often, but this level of customer care is unacceptable. I would appreciate someone getting in touch with me to discuss as I am getting nowhere with the app support.

Food was delivered to a roadside verge nowhere near my property. Delivery driver's photo proves this but Uber are refusing a refund as apparently its acceptable to leave an order in this way. They say contact was made but I received no such call. Disgusting service and attitude.

Worst help of all time just tell you I’m sorry but you ordered food we’re supposed to be there at nine but we got till 1140 to get it there. My food was freezing cold all I was asking was why is the driver driving around town they told me they’re sorry but can’t help you out. This is the fourth time it’s happened. I will never use Uber eats again terrible business and no help.
