The last 2 occasions I have used Uber Eats have been quite terrible. My penultimate order, an item was missing and I was refunded which is fine. The last order, the delivery driver dropped it off at the wrong address on my road and vehemently said that it was that house number when all of my other Uber Eats deliveries have been able to make it to the correct address fine and I was told to go and pick it up from the house myself. Once I get it, there's an item missing and a new item instead of what I ordered. I once again went to support as the order was wrong and in this instance, cheaper than it should have been and I got a response saying about that there have been multiple refund requests on my account (which is true as either Uber Eats, the driver or the takeaway can't get the order right on both occasions) but giving me no chance to respond and closed down the support while I am currently down on money in comparison to what I have ordered. That order will be my last through Uber Eats as I have since decided to cancel my account with them. Would not recommend at all.

The app is too good with their offers and affordability but their customer support is a hell. They don't know what they are doing and how to resolve an issue. They are only their to mislead you as every time different representatives attend and give you different solutions and at the end all in vain. It's only gonna confuse you and give you stress. So please don't rely on them for anything.

The google link and app mistakenly placed an order for a restaurant 150 miles away! As soon as we realised, we tried to cancel on the app but it wouldnt let us. I called the restaurant and explained and they cancelled the order. Ubereats are claiming the goods were prepared, they were not. They also claim i collect the goods 150 miles away!! No human customer service just repeat automation of policy. . over £80 out of pocket. Surmont's to theft.

Was forced to use Uber don't eat thru a restaurant app, after the tracking showed the driver taking 17 min Togo to the restaurant and sitting at the step picking up order it changed to oops we need to find another driver. Called the restaurant and my order had been sitting for 45 min and no one came in to pick it up.

I have the wrong order delivered and they did nothing about it and tonight, they called and said the restaurant did not have the items item so ordered and I asked them to cancel then and they told me I had to call. I could only get a chat, and then they charged me . I called the restaurant and they said the driver must have scammed me and took the food!! I have cancelled my account. I will never use them again.

I ordered twice through uber eats today. And i feel like having multiple stops assignments is wrong. Especially when your order has ice cream in it. That was the 2nd time the 1st time food came in cold i threw it away because it took over 1 hour to get delivered.

This company charged me after canceling an order i received becuase there app did not work the customer service rep took a picture of my ID without my consent and charged my card for an error on there end again without my consent I will never use this compamy again. I will be reporting them to the BBB horrible service.

After depositing into what I thought was a legit platform, they locked my account and refused all withdrawal requests. Customer support was no help at all. Thankfully, I was referred to Mrs. Bruce Nora, who guided me through the recovery process and helped me get my full investment back. She’s responsive, professional, and truly knows her stuff. They charged me $28.39 for a $10.64 order. When the driver arrived, I asked him did he get my $4 tip, and he said they paid him $15. According to their app, Uber One was a free 4 week $0.00 delivery fee, and they still charged me $3.49 plus $1.49 plus some other tax. Then to top it off, my fries were cold and stale like yesterday's fries. I will never order thru Uber Eats again. #Ripoff.

We ordered food. Never received it! And they tried to say we canceled it! We did not! Waited almost 2 hours! They wouldn’t refund the money and it was over $100! Spoke with Rotam and Lukhel! Both refused! This should be illegal! This is a scam! Do not use Uber Eats!

I’ve had repeated negative experiences with Uber Eats grocery orders in Toronto. In my last three orders, I received either missing, incorrect, or damaged items, including a torn bag of Aashirvaad aata. I reported the issue immediately, but Uber told me my account was “ineligible” for compensation — with no reason, no explanation, and no way to escalate. What’s even more frustrating is that I had recently loaded CAD 150 into Uber Cash. That money is now stuck, and I have no confidence placing future orders. If Uber has flagged my account as ineligible for customer support, why are they still allowing me to place orders — especially with prepaid funds? It feels deceptive and unfair. There was no warning, no notification, and no option to recover from a clearly faulty delivery. I no longer trust or want to use Uber Eats — or any Uber service. Their system offers no accountability, no transparency, and no customer protection. I’m posting this publicly to warn others: if something goes wrong with your order, you may be left on your own with no recourse and no access to your own funds.

Several times my order does not arrive. They say it will be at a certain time and then they push it 20 minutes and then 20 minutes more and then 20 minutes more and before you know it it's an hour and a half and you don't have your order. This is become a regular occasion for Uber eats and I will no longer be using them as my food delivery source.

How is this acceptable? Uber eats was not even able to give us any of our food and on top of that, didn’t even give us our tip money back. They gave it in “uber eats cash” or some other useless money. The lady on the phone also hung up on us. This is on Saturday 8:55 PM Central time zone. Do not order near this time because you will have to deal with this horrible, rude lady. Her name is Danica. This lady, who hung up on her customers, is named Danica. The reviews really do reflect how horrible Uber is able to manage themselves.

I placed an order and immediately realized it was the wrong delivery address. I went in and canceled the order right away, and they still charged me for the order! Even after speaking with customer service, they would do nothing to resolve the issue.

Worst experience ever. I was charged for a order that sat 1 hour before they found a driver to deliver, when I contacted the driver for eta, I was told another hour maybe. That was 1030 at night. I canceled online instead of calling in and was charged as if I ate the meal. Customer service was even worse.....

They double charged my order to my bank card. When told about it they said that there was a pending hold on my account because there is a $0 tip on the order. But I had selected a 25% tip as preempted by their app. Apparently it doesn't register whenever it pre-selects it so they're saying I didn't tip driver but get the driver thank me for the tip. So I don't know what's going on but I am waiting five to 10 days to get the charges they're pending on my account taking off according to them. They are very poor at their customer support. They should just get out of the business. Of delivering food! I feel sorry for the drivers that have to deal with the support along with the remaining customers!

First off, the customer service is bad and almost non- existent. Super expensive charges and always missing orders or even ignoring complaints of bad, cold food or rude drivers. I filed a complaint- got a resolution then suddenly limiting account 🙂‍↕️. Conradicting actions coming from them.
