“Uber Eats won't let you chat with customer service as it claims . What it does when you click on the order you need help with it'll keep in looping over and over back to the order, never transferring you to a chat rep. No more Uber Eats for me.”

“I placed my order at 12:25pm and cancelled that same second at 12:25pm order was cancelled because I noticed the food was going to my house and not my work address Uber decided to charge me full amount for the food of 54.00 even after I placed an order for the food with the correct address after. Uber is refusing to provide me with a refund claiming the restaurant already accepted my order. I also called the restaurant and they did not start making my food so this is completely FRAUD!! UBEREATS IS STEALING PEOPLE MONEY WITH THIS BS POLICY AND REFUSED TO CALL THE RESTAURANT THEMSELVES. IVE REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES FOR A MANAGER TO REACH OUT TO ME NO ONE CALLED ME IN THE PAST 4 FREAKIN DAYS!!!!!! THIEFS!!!”

“The delivery was issued to fake address. I have used this app before and I never used the address. I tried to change the delivery address, but the only option that was available chat didn’t work. It was freezing up. I had no choice but to cancel order that was going to the scam account , but their customer service refused to give me a refund back.”

“Ordered food from Uber eats. Waited an hour for the food to be delivered to have the driver cancel the order saying he couldn't deliver it. The order was never picked up. The driver that cancelled the order was the 6th one to go to pick it up for delivery. We tried to reorder the food but this time as a pick up and the Wendy's never received the order (was charged for both) Reached out to customer service to try to resolve the issue and find out what exactly happened. The customer service agents (had to keep trying several times to get it resolved) only stated that it should return to account in a few days and to reach out if it didn't. Yet they offer zero explanation about the issues of an hour waiting for a delivery that the driver took upon themselves to just cancel. The customer service reps, if you can call them that, just stated to basically wait for the funds to be credited back and said oh well we will make a note about the delivery issue and then just ended the conversation. I would give them a zero rating if it allowed me too.”

“They left my food on the bench at the restaurant!!!! Then told me that according to their policy it has been picked up and delivered !!! Do not trust these people with your food or money!!!!”

“The fees make using them unaffordable. A $27 salad cost me over $42. Now tip is added to that but the apps’ math is always off by a dollar or two. Hope the additional money at least goes to the driver! Think I’m done with Uber Eats….”

“To the person that anonymously said be helpful to the driver. I gave the driver specific directions and I waited outside for 30 minutes for him! When I spoke with him, He gave me attitude and was completely incompetent. Then he hung up on me! I tried calling him back and couldn't get through to him! I contacted Uber customer service only to find out it was delivered to the wrong house. Terrible! With Google maps there's no reason to get that lost. I will let everyone I knOw to never use Uber eats! I'm reporting Uber eats to the BBB! MY EXPERIENCE WAS THAT BAD!”

“Ordered quiche from Basic Biscuits & Kindness w/2 hashbrowns. The hashbrowns came but not the quiche. UberEats gave me back the $10.59 for the quiche in UberEats cash "ro use immediately". So I placed an order w/Playa Bowls. The order was $15.00 plus $1.21 in tax, plus my $3.00 tip. I used the $10.59 UberEats cash, but my total I was charged was $19.21! They literally STOLE the $10.59 in UberEats cash & didn't apply it to my order. Talked to 5 different customer service reps not one of whom could help me. I'll still use the service, but know that they are THIEVES that will steal your money.”

“I will never use Uber Eats again! I paid over 40.00 dollars for an order from bojangles and when I received it two items were missing and I was only credited for one item and the credit was less than the cost of the item on my receipt! I do not recommend them at all!”

“I ordered chik fil a today & never got my food. I paid extra for it to be delivered right away. The person did try to contact me but didn't speak English on phone or through text. He left it at someone else door. I'm an in a business building & shopping center. He has address correct BUT WRONG business to deliver to & wrong suite. I'm B12 he left it at Q5. Now we are the biggest store in the shopping center big huge sign can't miss it at all. Anyway they refuse to refund or redeliver again because address was right. But i did clearly put business name, where to find me & suite number on the order. I paid 22.00 for no food at all. I didn't eat all day being busy with work & then to pay to get nothing at all or refund. Sounds like a scam & robing ppl.”
