I live in an apartment and ordered food on my way home. Someone in my apartment building stole my food. I tried to get a refund and Uber denied me one.

Placed my order almost two hours ago & just received a message that my order was cancelled because of an issue with the delivery person. My guess it was because I ordered groceries & they sent someone on a bike for the delivery. So sorry for your inconvenience isn’t the best customer service response either.

Ordered sushi from a restaurant right next door to me and Uber eats upcharged my order from the restaurant 15 miles away and the food was terrible! They just lost a big customer!

I ordered from hi ball restaurant in Calgary and it was completely inedible - I threw everything out it was so disgusting. I contacted Uber and they will do nothing at all. I will never use Uber or order from hi ball. Disgraceful.

I find it interesting that you are in The Business of delivering food but have no concept of people and food. You order food for newspaper. They decide that they're gonna bring it when they want to. You could get cold food warm food. You can get hot food. You can get food that's been touched tampered with. I've seen many of these things come off these rides. I've taken and gotten ordered 3 meals and gotten 2 drinks with 3 meals. All my taken and order things and the whole meal doesn't show up. Or did things and none of it shows up? It's interesting to know that you allow your drivers to have such freedom that they don't have to deliver the orders that are made for you to make money on interesting to know that money moves the world. But then it doesn't matter to you guys. Whether the people that are using your service are getting the service they need. So thank you for letting me know that your service is as garbage as the drivers that are taking and driving this stuff.

Ubereats never fails to frustrate me. For a long time I stopped using this app, it’s just that I need an emergency ride upon using it, then a charged came along with my Uber ride booking! This unacceptable!

Now as we can all see there is a SECURITY sitting at that desk !!!! So instead of just tossing my food to the side instead of knocking & possible leaving it on the door mat !!!! I am so upset I spent $35 on food for this Uber driver to just treat my food like it was nothing !’n. And he never called me ! He sent a text which I answered and he just did what he wanted to do !!!! Then when I got on the phone he said “OH WELL” I am FURIOUS and this will be my last time using Uber eats

The service continues to become worse, and they do not seem to be interested in taking care of the customers. Recently, I had an order that was missing the two of the most expensive parts, and the rest was ice cold. They told me that I was not eligible for a refund. Seriously?? More than half the cost of my entire order was not received and I'm not eligible for a refund?? Are you kidding me? It seems like anymore, 70% of my orders are missing something or an incorrect item was sent. About 90% of the time, everything is cold. I'm just done. I'm not going to do this any longer. The food quality and delivery time was so much better when all I could order was pizza or Chinese.

It took 2 hours to receive 1 cold hamburger because there site directed me to a whataburger 34 miles from my hotel. There were 2 whataburgers within 2 miles of the hotel. Customer service had the nerve to say they realize customers what hot food but it’s nothing they can do. I put in the address of the hotel and was in a city I’m unfamiliar with. Then they had the nerve to send a watered down diet Dr. pepper instead of a regular Dr. Pepper. I’ll eat chips before I ever use this service.

Uber East is horrible the worst customer service and if you cancel your order because is taking 1h and 40m to get to you and you have the leave the address you are still charged you full

Ordered my food through Uber eats the merchant couldn't fulfill my order due to their cookers/burners was out. Driver sent me a message to cancel my order but now Uber eats refused to give me a refund. If the merchant cannot fulfill the order no fault of mine why can I not get my money back. Uber Eats is robbing hard working people. I will never use their service again and will make sure anyone I know do NOT use their service. I will post this on Facebook, Instagram tic toc and any other platform I can think of.

We ordered Taco Bell and got some random 711 order 2 hours later. There is not a 711 in our zip code. No phone number to call and I’m pretty sure the driver got to keep the tip.

I accidentally ordered from the wrong location. They're site is confusing when it comes to finding the right one. I called the restaurant to let them know. They said call Uber Eats...which u can't do. So I chatted w/ a rep. They said unfortunately we can't refund and you need to be more careful selecting a location in the future. immediately deleted my account. Absolutely terrible policy. I'll never use or recommend Uber Eats ever again. They are awful.

I placed an order and realized it was in the wrong city. I cancelled my order with in 1 minute. I was charged the full order of 100.00 and they refused to refund me. They said if you want what you ordered you have to reorder and pay!!!!!!! no refund nothing. this is horrible service and i will never order UBEREATS AGAIN!

First of all I'm disabled, I call for food delivery about once every to weeks. My information specifically says knock on the front door so I can get the order without requiring any additional physical exertion. Today my order from Lanna Thai was for over 150$. I got a call from someone who didn't answer the phone. Thankfully my caregiver was here and saw that someone was here and went to the street to pick up the order. The last time the delivery driver dropped off my order on the front porch without letting me know it was delivered. I would at the minimum like my tips refunded. If you decide not to clear this up I will just consider your company as a fly by night monopoly and will just use a different delivery company. My phone number is 425 7374265. I'm extremely annoyed with uber.. over the last 4-5 years I have NEVER NOT been eligible for a refund if im missing an item. I have probably spent thousands of dollars with rides and for food with them. I don't drive I'm epileptic. And sometimes ordering food is just more realistic with my life and with kids. Tonight my son didn't have his burger in his kids meal . I split mine with him to keep him content. And I forwarded the info to uber . I was civil about it but was told it was not eligible for a refund on his burger. Like wtf? I told the people I had gotten all the other food but why does this happen ? I'll be canceling my uber eats .

I normally love Uber eats but the delivery driver didn't call me when they arrived and I asked for a refund. This why use door dash. They charged me for something I didn't receive.
