Honestly stay away. Spent 22 days chasing with emails, No communication of delay, blames third party, staff rude, no contact number for this company so all emails, told numerous of times you’ll get a reply on a certain day then they never get back and feed you excuses. Items of poor quality, so stressful dealing with the customer service team, stay away from Charlotte, Aaron and Robyn. Directors apparently aware of issue but got nothing to say for themself. Never dealt with such an awful company, no customer service skills what so ever. No communication between the staff, one tell you one thing and the same day someone tells you something else, full of lies. Not one to go out my way to write reviews but this company need investigating. Felt so let down as a customer and so frustrated and got no where at all. Awful experience

It's difficult to understand how companies like this still exist in this day and age. They lie about their stock levels and don't inform you they can't deliver as promised until you contact them. They don't allow you to talk to them on the telephone like a normal company of course - you have to sit in a chat queue until someone can be bothered to respond. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. There are plenty of other honest bathroom retailers out there.

Ordered a toilet for a customer but haven't been given a delivery time. Can't contact the company at all. Don't use UK Bathrooms.

Order stated between 2 and 5 days delivery. After 10 days sent a message asking when order would be delivered and received no reply. You can't call them. Sent an email and started receiving calls from a pallet delivery company wanting to delivery but no reply from UK bathrooms. Pallet company will only leave on the drive and not in a safe place. So asked for saturday delivery which they refused unless I paid more. It shouldn't be a pallet as only a small corner sink and pedestal. Finally got Saturday delivery agreed at no extra cost and email apologising. Just received an email today from after sales saying that 100 packs of bolts have been sent to me instead of 1 and they need to arrange collection. No wonder it needed a pallet!!! No apology in email either. Just when can we collect. They may be a bit cheaper than other companies but customer service is appalling! Would not use again or recommend.

SCAM.. We purchased a Villeroy & Boch basin. The first arrived smashed to pieces, they sent out another which had a big crack. There was zero packaging in the box. Now they won’t respond to our emails. Our customer has a new born baby and we’ve had to cancel on her twice now. They’ve taken our money and scammed us. Shocking experience.. Steer clear!

Atrocious company, send out used, scratched items and when you complain and ask for a refund, you have to pay for the return postage and a refund could take 14 days….. if the USED ITEM, THEY SENT YOU, IS IN THEIR OPINION RESALABLE…… Absolute joke of a company

Terrible company to deal with . I ordered a £1200 unit with them . It toke ages to arrive and when it was the wrong colour and even though they had the colour i wanted to exchange to in stock they would allow. B ewarned this company has terrible reviews and after using then I can see why.

We paid £620 for a Wc the cistern was 10mm out of line with the bowl! They pretty much told us tough take us to court. We spent £1646.40 on a quality shower screen, we checked it when delivered for any breakages, we didn’t take the time to check every part was the boxes within 7 days, almost an impossible task on a full rebuild and very little bathroom fitter time! Anyway it turns out that one of the glass panels and fixing brackets was missing! All they said was you should have checked within 7 days! Know they want us to buy another panel from them! Even the fact we have to deal with two very large faults on their behalf! They take no responsibility! I wish I paid the extra at a shop where people are accountable and helpful! Be careful with this lot! I doubt if I would have noticed in 7 days, if anything would have been different based on their customer NON- service with the expensive Wc! If you can think of the worst swear word that’s how I feel about this company!

Ordered Zehnder towel rail electric elements with integral timers and temp settings. These were shown in stock with delivery 2-7 days. 2 basic heaters without the required timers were delivered instead (apparently because the required parts were out of stock for up to 2 months). This was done without any communication, despite being a cheaper and inferior variant. Sent emails which were taking 2 days to get a reply each time. Eventually got items collected for refund. Then saw that the out of stock items still being shown on web site but now at a lower price. Queried this with customer service, but obviously no response. Refund was not forthcoming, so got credit card company involved. What a nightmare for 2 relatively small components. Do yourself a favour and avoid these people. Wish I had seen the poor reviews before ordering.

We placed an order for a Bath on 19 December which was advertised as in stock and would take 5-10 working days to be delivered. It’s now 29 January and there is still no sign of the Bath. It’s been over 5weeks of waiting and having to chase UK Bathrooms for an update. Even if I give them the benefit of the doubt due to Christmas and Covid this is a significant delay and the customer service I have received is shockingly poor. There is no phone number so I have to email and most of my emails are ignored. I have also asked to speak to the manager and how to complain but my questions are ignored. I shouldn’t have to chase and the company should be updating me on my order (which they haven’t done) particularly as this is having an impact on delaying finishing my bathroom, causing unnecessary costs, stress and shortly when I move into my property I will not be able to wash / take a Bath. I completely regret ordering from this company who have already taken my money. I am now questioning whether this company is a scam. I absolutely do not recommend ordering anything from this company. The service is appalling and who knows if I will ever receive my product.

Placed order or goods and then had to be left with dealing with a supplier who sent order out without informing. Got told on a morning when we were away that a delivery is due today.WHAT.... we never had chance to arrange, then you cannot talk to any person from company that took your money. And even better they advised me in wriring it is out their hands. WOW. you took my money. Avoid fools pls

Disgusting service levels. Don't ever use them. First, there is a huge likelihood of something going wrong. Huge! Second, when something does go wrong you'll spend hours on the phone waiting for them to pick up. They won't! Horrible service, and organisational incompetence. They told me one hour before the delivery that my item was eventually coming ... I of course was at work. And their delivery service is so lazy that they won't put it inside your lobby. AWFUL. AVOID.

Unfortunately I echo everything that has been written in the reviews below. I wish that I had read them recently as I have used them in the past and I was either just lucky or their service has got worse. Lead time 2-4 days and it’s now over a week. An answer phone saying that they aren’t available to talk to and no response on email. DO NOT use this company.

Stay away from this SCAM company, they do not answer their phones, promise a delivery day and yet don't provide tracking even though they state the delivery company will text and call. Waited for a delivery for Monday and surprise surprise it didn't turn up. Have asked for a confirmed date for delivery and yet still awaiting a response if they do not deliver I can assure I will see this through the court with this SCAM company. I URGE ANYONE ELSE BEING MESSED AROUND BY THIS COMPANY TO TAKE THEM TO COURT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS AND DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR REPLIES THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE ORDERING FROM THEM

Faulty and wrong specification goods were delivered after waiting 8 weeks for the items. At the time of order the lead time was said to be 2-4 weeks. Emails and phone calls not answered on receipt of the goods and finding them to be defective/wrong items. A single email reply to an email from me didn't even make sense or answer the query I was asking. They will not ring you even when you specifically ask for a phone call rather than an email reply. I presume they are hiding behind emails rather than having the courage to speak in person to customers. Do not take the risk of ordering from this company. Their prices are enticing but you just cannot risk it.

I got my items as ordered, but the customer experience is awful. I ordered on a Monday, a week later I started trying to chase up as I had heard nothing since ordering, I spent an hour and a half on the phone one day with no answer (I have a screen grab of the phone call to prove this). Some emails go unanswered for nearly a week, all of them take several days. I eventually got through on the phone one day to find they were waiting on stock, even though there was no indication of this when ordering or afterwards, a simple indication of this after ordering would have saved a lot of hassle. A few days before dispatch I asked to cancel the tap, on the phone I was told they could not do this, even though they had the order on screen, I had to email, I pointed out that emails I had sent hadn't been replied to in nearly a week and my order is due for dispatch in a few days, and sure enough, my email was not responded to until after dispatch and the tap was still sent. I have put my feedback to them in an email, which has been totally ignored, not a even a simple acknowledgement of the issues I faced. Maybe this will get some attention? The tap is now due for collection at least. They were the best price overall for my order, but I certainly wont use again. EDIT: So, since all of this, my cashback through TopCashBack has been declined, and they have removed themselves from the site, so you can't even challenge it either, nice move to entice sales, then get out of paying them? Oh, and there was never any replies to my complaints, via email or followed up here.

Ordered not received within promised timescale, after waiting almost 1h on costumer line was told that they run of off stock and would have to wait another 5 weeks! Nobody bother to call us about delay etc. To get money back we have to send an written letter/email. Very poor service! Not recommended! Would not buy from them against
