I ordered quiltmanua 143 at the beginning of May. I have still not received it and have rung twice, spoke to a girl who had no idea what I was talking about. Dreadful service

Hi, Sorry to hear this! I can see your order and confirm you ordered issue 143, which was due the 4th of June 2021. This is most likely on the way to us from suppliers however, I have checked in with them regardless, to ensure this is the case. I think it is a shame that your system hadn’t registered that although I have paid for a magazine, the payment was for a magazine which was sold out (although this was not shown on the advert for the magazine) and I have yet to receive any magazine from you. I am sorry to have to say that I think you have made three errors.

My daughter really wanted a Marvel comic subscription for her 12th birthday. I ordered 12 months worth of comics a few weeks before her birthday in the hope that I could give her the first comic on the day. Nothing arrived, then a couple of weeks later I received an email cancelling the subscription. I had to actually request a refund of the £75 spent and still haven’t received it in my bank account. Very poor service. My daughter was very upset and I am still out of pocket!

Hi, sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, this particular magazines has ceased publication and this is a decision made by publishers, which is out of our control. We have credited you the £75.00 and to request the refund, please follow the instructions on the email sent including your credit. If you have already done this, my apologies as it is a new system and we are working on any errors. Despite ordering and paying for 3 months of thatslife crime scene magazine in April reafy to get the May edition. I have received nothing. Money gone from my bank not happy, disgraceful service.

Hi, sorry to hear this. The May edition of That's Life Crime Scene is due on the 15th of May 2021. This issue will be sent for you on or around this date and please allow a maximum of 14 days for delivery, although it is usually a lot quicker. Hi, Sorry to hear this. This is a publisher order and so please do bare in mind they can take a maximum of 4-6 weeks to kick in. I have checked in with publishers and can confirm this will begin with the June 2021 issue, which will be with you no later than the 19th of May 2021, which is the official on sale date of the magazine. Hi, Hope you are well. I am really sorry to hear this. We have been looking into this title for a little while, as publication dates have been pushed back and delayed, continuously. We also noticed the official F1 publisher site has been removed and there are no contact details for them unfortunately. I can confirm we have recently had confirmation that this magazine has now ceased publication. We are working through a long list of credits at the moment, to ensure customers get their refund or offer for a different magazine. Really disappointed. Purchased a magazine at the beginning of March and a month and a half later we still have no magazine. No one let me know of the problem with the supplier until I contacted them. Surely they should be checking that the magazines have been sent out? No offer of a refund. But offered the following edition instead. More waiting. Won’t be using Unique again I’m afraid.

Hi, so sorry to hear this. We have a Non dispatch report, in which we can see which magazine have not been sent, from customer orders. This means we can contact suppliers and get further information. There is a long list to go through and I am so sorry for any inconvenience regarding the title you are enquiring. Signed up for a years subscription of The Lady magazine for my mom on 23rd Feb', no magazine delivered to date and no reply to emails! Cancelling and demanding a refund.
