Hi, This particular order is through publisher's and so we must send this off to them, to allow them time to process it and set a certain start date, usually for the next issue available. “I would give you no stars if that were possible. I live in Australia but it appears it is a distance too far for any delivery. I ordered The English Garden back in January and have yet to receive one copy of the magazine. Your delivery service is disgraceful. I shall wait until the middle of July and if nothing arrives by then, I shall expect a full refund.”

“My daughter really wanted a Marvel comic subscription for her 12th birthday. I ordered 12 months worth of comics a few weeks before her birthday in the hope that I could give her the first comic on the day. Nothing arrived, then a couple of weeks later I received an email cancelling the subscription. I had to actually request a refund of the £75 spent and still haven’t received it in my bank account. Very poor service. My daughter was very upset and I am still out of pocket!”
Hi, sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, this particular magazines has ceased publication and this is a decision made by publishers, which is out of our control. We have credited you the £75.00 and to request the refund, please follow the instructions on the email sent including your credit. If you have already done this, my apologies as it is a new system and we are working on any errors. Hi, Hope you are well. I am really sorry to hear this. We have been looking into this title for a little while, as publication dates have been pushed back and delayed, continuously. We also noticed the official F1 publisher site has been removed and there are no contact details for them unfortunately. I can confirm we have recently had confirmation that this magazine has now ceased publication. We are working through a long list of credits at the moment, to ensure customers get their refund or offer for a different magazine. “Really disappointed. Purchased a magazine at the beginning of March and a month and a half later we still have no magazine. No one let me know of the problem with the supplier until I contacted them. Surely they should be checking that the magazines have been sent out? No offer of a refund. But offered the following edition instead. More waiting. Won’t be using Unique again I’m afraid.”
Hi, so sorry to hear this. We have a Non dispatch report, in which we can see which magazine have not been sent, from customer orders. This means we can contact suppliers and get further information.
