Hi Louise so sorry you feel this way. So if you were to pick this magazine up in a store, you would only pay the cover price alone, as you are going in the store to purchase it yourself! For a single issue, we work out the pricing based on the magazine's cover price, 1st class postage, packaging, payment to get it from suppliers, compensations and profit, as we are a business and this is how we run. We provide free postage with subscriptions but single issues, are sent 1st class for quicker service and if we were not to add on this postage cost, we would lose money from single-issue orders. Since we are not publishers, we cannot provide it for the lowest cost as they can simply send the magazine straight from the printers, unlike us who must get it from a supplier and have our staff work super hard to get it out to you! I understand any frustration but hopefully, this clears up the pricing system and how we keep our popular business running, to help customers obtain their favorite magazines! Hi, Sorry we do not have access to specific tracking codes. We send thousands of magazines each week and so we cannot provide specific numbers to track customer orders, as they are sent in bulk. We can, however, ask you to allow a maximum period before then compensating. Tank was sent on the 27th of October and please allow until over the weekend for this to arrive. The same applies to Vogue Spanish as they were sent in the same package. If these do not arrive by Monday, let me know and we can either send a replacement or refund you for your purchase. Hi, Thanks for letting us know. This magazine was originally sent on the 27th of October 2021, where it was returned to us by postal services on the 15th of November 2021, due to an insufficient address. I personally contacted you via email, on this date in which I asked you to confirm your address before resending the issue. You confirmed this and I noticed that when you originally placed the order, you did not put your house number on. I added this in for you and had the issue resent on the 23rd of November 2021, only 3 days ago! This was sent via priority airmail to the USA and please allow the maximum of 60 days for delivery, although it is ikely to arrive much sooner. Hopefully, this clears up this problem. The edition posted on Tuesday is for Saturday coming (20.11.2021) and onwards. Not for beginning (13.11.2021).

This will be the Dec 21 issue, which is due roughly the 29.10.2021. Hi, I am so sorry to hear this and upon checking, we have not had an issue of this in some time. I know during Covid, a lot of publisher's placed their magazines on hold or suspended them, untill life resumed. Some also stopped providing to wholesalers. I have sent an enquiry to suppliers, to see if they know why we have not had an issue in a while and when we may be due one! Hi, Thanks for the review and sorry to hear this. So we had limited supply of issue 07 on this occasion meaning any new subs placed after the 9th of September, would naturally kick in with issue 08. We included this info on our site, so customers can clearly see the information when placing their sub. Please see this copied from site below;

Since you placed this on the 20th of September, it is due to begin with issue 08 which is due roughly the 16th of November 2021.

Hi James sorry to hear this. I spoke with you this morning via email where you explained you had accidently ordered the next issue No 93, which is due the 4th of November 2021. This will go 1st class on this date for you, taking no more than 6 working days to arrive! We can then discuss a subscription, as I know you were interested in taking one out possibly.
In regards to our pricing, this is worked out using the cover price of the magazine, the weight to determine postage prices, the packaging and compensations. We also pay to get this from a supplier and the costs must be measured, to make all ends meet!

Hi Lynn, This is a publisher order and so they can take a maximum of 4-6 weeks to begin, which is stated on our policy. I have called publisher's and they have informed me your sub is due to begin with the December 2021 issue, which has the on sale date of the 29th of October 2021! Hi, Sorry to hear this. We dispatched your single issue via air mail on the 24th of September 2021. With magazine deliveries to France via air mail, please allow the maximum of 30 days for them to arrive. This takes us to roughly the 24th of October 2021. “A COMPLETE SHAMBLES...
Of my last ten orders two have arrived damaged. With six of them payment has been blocked by something called SagePay. Sadly Unique Magazines are indeed unique but for all the wrong reasons. On a positive note the company do have a big selection of magazines but Newsstand are so much better.”

Our payment system is SagePay and unfortunately it is out of control whether the payments go through on here - there can be a number of reasons why SagePay rejected your card - our apologies.
