Have just started having a magazine delivered (2nd issue was due) and they are already claiming that they have sent 4 issues (via email). Am hoping that having a subscription doesn’t mean I’m going to be ripped off but doesn’t bode well. Alison Mitchard

Hi, So far two physical copies of the magazine have indeed been sent to you. Despite this, they are both special editions including double the content and they are double the cost per issue. This means rather than scanning out as one issue each, they scan out as two, As it is two magazines packed into one amazing issue! They often do this over Christmas, so issues arrive with no disruption before the Christmas post gets hectic. This will continue as normal from the next issue which is due this week. i only ordered 1 copy of take a break for 3 months. i got 2 copies of the same magazine. otherwise everything is fine.

Hi, thank you for your review. I can confirm that when the order was set up, there was a single issue placed for issue 50. Then the subscription was also set up, to begin with, issue 50. This is why you received a duplicate. On our website, you can change which issue you would like the subscription to begin with. I hope this helps, Kind regards - Jessica.

Having subscribed to magazines last year I did not receive a single issue. I’ve sent multiple emails with no reply and then I received an automated email Asking if I wanted to renew my subscription!!! No customer service - well in fact no service at all!!!

Charging 7.98 for a magazine that cost 3.99 from shop is daylight robbery and it says free postage will never buy from you again

Hi Louise so sorry you feel this way. So if you were to pick this magazine up in a store, you would only pay the cover price alone, as you are going in the store to purchase it yourself! For a single issue, we work out the pricing based on the magazine's cover price, 1st class postage, packaging, payment to get it from suppliers, compensations and profit, as we are a business and this is how we run. We provide free postage with subscriptions but single issues, are sent 1st class for quicker service and if we were not to add on this postage cost, we would lose money from single-issue orders. Since we are not publishers, we cannot provide it for the lowest cost as they can simply send the magazine straight from the printers, unlike us who must get it from a supplier and have our staff work super hard to get it out to you! I understand any frustration but hopefully, this clears up the pricing system and how we keep our popular business running, to help customers obtain their favorite magazines! Hi James, Hope you are well, So I can confirm to you that your magazine was dispatched - but unfortunately, there is the possibility of issues getting lost in transit. I do apologize for you not receiving this and I can see that you were refunded for this. We do try our best to get customer issues to them promptly, but once it leaves out distribution it is out of our hands - Again I apologize - Alex

It’s been over a month and a half now and my magazines haven’t arrived. Unique Magazines can provide no tracking code even though I’ve paid lots for this purchase. So dissatisfied

Hi, Sorry we do not have access to specific tracking codes. We send thousands of magazines each week and so we cannot provide specific numbers to track customer orders, as they are sent in bulk. We can, however, ask you to allow a maximum period before then compensating. Tank was sent on the 27th of October and please allow until over the weekend for this to arrive. The same applies to Vogue Spanish as they were sent in the same package. If these do not arrive by Monday, let me know and we can either send a replacement or refund you for your purchase. Hi, Thanks for letting us know. This magazine was originally sent on the 27th of October 2021, where it was returned to us by postal services on the 15th of November 2021, due to an insufficient address. I personally contacted you via email, on this date in which I asked you to confirm your address before resending the issue. You confirmed this and I noticed that when you originally placed the order, you did not put your house number on. I added this in for you and had the issue resent on the 23rd of November 2021, only 3 days ago! This was sent via priority airmail to the USA and please allow the maximum of 60 days for delivery, although it is ikely to arrive much sooner. Hopefully, this clears up this problem. absolute disgrace, it is Tuesday and I just got the message the tv magazine for this week just have been dispached!! well I dont need it any more than, thank you for leaving me without it for a week with covid, really nice NOT!! I want to cancel this asap, waste of time and money

Hi Joanna. There seems to be some confusion. I can see that this is your first subscription with us. The edition posted on Tuesday is for Saturday coming (20.11.2021) and onwards. Not for beginning (13.11.2021). Didn’t arrive,waited for the magazine and wrote many emails to say this ,they claimed that it was despatched and to wait 6 days,then you can report it not arrived. Waste of my time so disappointed.
