Hi Paul, I can confirm that we were in contact in January regarding this title/order. We could no longer obtain the title, which we credited you for on your account. You then requested a refund for this = this was processed on the 21st of January. I hope this helps. Jessica.

Hi Fran, thank you for your review your first edition was posted on the 14th of January, we request that customers overseas in the US allow around 60 working days for delivery. We appreciate that this is a long while, but due to delays across the globe this is what we have been advised. - Jessica :)

It’s such a shame - we have used the subscription service for over 6 months. Delivery was brilliant to start with. We order for my 88 year old father in law and TV is his life. But since the last renewal the magazine comes half way through the week of TV listings. Useless ! I have called for the last 3 weeks and stated what has happening. The team are helpful and add another issue on to the subscription but they are not fixing the route cause problem. Meanwhile we are having to run round each week and buy my father in law a magazine to keep him happy. I will now be cancelling and using a local estate agent.

Hi Joanne, thank you for your review and feedback. I can confirm that the magazines are posted out the Tuesday before the start date on the magazines, they are sent out in the afternoon with the Royal Mail. Unfortunately if they are being held up in sorting offices this is out of our control. We could only compensate for the order, we cannot change how the magazines are sent as once they leave our warehouse it is up to sorting offices and then local postal offices. I have spoken to you today and we have offered you a full refund due to all the problems which you have incurred, even though this was out of our control. I bought my granddaughter an annual subscription to Horrible Histories without the plastic and she absolutely loves it and does all the quizzes and games. It is also great that I get an email telling me when the latest edition is due. Very helpful on the telephone.

I've been a customer for 2 years and have always found the staff to be very friendly and easy to deal with on the telephone. My magazine always arrives punctually, including during the pandemic. I would have no hesitation in recommending Unique Magazines.

Terrible company. Took my money and now say they can’t deliver the magazine I subscribed to for the next year. Avoid.

Hi Isoble, I am sorry that this has happened to you. I can confirm that the credit which we offered has been canceled and you are obtaining a full refund. Unfortunately, this has been out of our control, we cannot control whether the publisher can send editions to us or not, or whether a title ceases. Please allow 3-5 working days for this to show in your account. We also have thousands of other titles on our website to choose from which are regularly coming in from suppliers and publishers - with lots of happy long-term subscribers. So I am really sorry that you have had this experience with this particular magazine. I ordered Burda style for 3 months on 23 December 2021. To date I have not received the January 2022 copy. I rang the office and when my order was checked it was determined that my order had not been activated. This is the third time that I have received poor service from Unique Magazines and I am feeling very cross, hence the poor rating of 1 star

BBC Music and BBC History have suddenly got very expensive to subscribe to in Australia. Any explanation? I thisnk this will be my last years subscription.

Hi Rob, The prices for delivery to Australia and other places outside of Europe have always been higher - this is due to everything such as postage, sometimes VAT, packaging and other things being included in the price. I do apologize if this price is too high for you. We do completely understand if you do not renew due to the price. I received the Harry Styles Yearbook magazine today which I ordered as part of a gift for my daughter, a huge Fan of Harry Styles. However, I’m really disappointed with the condition it’s arrived in. The cover is bent, scratched and overall tatty and doesn’t look like a new copy. I’ve ordered items from Unique Magazines in the past and they’ve always arrived in pristine condition.

I ordered the magazine mid December 2021. As of yet - 8 Jan 2022 we have not received a copy. I emailed the company & they are looking into it. Very disappointed I have paid but not received it yet. It was a Christmas present for my Dad & he has been looking forward to receiving it. .

Hi, Sorry to hear this has not arrived yet! Your subscription has not kicked in yet and it is due, to begin with, issue 02 which is due in February. All newly placed orders will naturally begin with this issue and this is explained on our site, under the Daphne's Diary product description https://www.uniquemagazines.co.uk/Daphnes-Diary-Magazine-Subscription-p355212. Issue 01 was already sold out, only being sent to those who have rolling sub's already, due to limited stock. I am sorry but this is the soonest we can get your sub begun. Hi, Hope you are ok and I am so sorry to hear this. This was sent on the 16th of December via international airmail. For deliveries to Israel please allow a maximum of 60 days for delivery and especially over Christmas, considering that the post over December can be slightly busier. Not so happy with this service. I had opted for first delivery to be 22.12.2021 but it did not arrive. I rang in to find out that they had changed it to first delivery to be 14.1.2022. The recipient of the subscription was very upset about the delay of receiving the magazine.

Unique magazines made a mistake with delivery options and did not help one bit with amending the date of delivery to correct their mistake This ended in a ruined Christmas gift surprise

Hi, I have been in contact with you regarding this. From our end, there is no proof to show you selected the start date to be after Christmas. If it was selected by yourself, the only thing it could be is a system error, in which it was sent to publishers without this requested date. We are sorry about this. Further to this, we have seen no previous contact to us on email regarding the amending date of the delivery and I did respond to you 3 hours ago regarding this, as it is little proof without a date the email was sent and a screenshot of the agent's response. Unfortunately, we could not correct the start date when the first issue had already been sent and arrived, as the sub has begun as active. If it was already on the way, we could never stop it from arriving and I am so sorry. I will continue to discuss this with you via email whenever you can get back to me, so we can ensure to help you come to a preferred resolution. So sorry for any inconvenience.Thank's, Ellie😀
