“We purchased a three month subscription to the Crossword magazine. We received the first one very, very quickly which surprised us during this time of Covid as we are in Canada and thought we would have to wait a while for it to be delivered. (It came within a week). We have now been informed that our second one is on it's way.
The service from Unique is wonderful. We don't do an annual subscription as we don't get through them quickly enough, but the three month one is great, and the price is even better. Thank you Unique.”

I ordered and paid over the phone and Jessica was very helpful.I cannot order and pay on line,so this was ideal for me.it took just a couple of days,despite the mail service being stretched at the moment.I wanted to do the same again,but your phone lines are not available at the moment. Hello, I am very sorry it is taking so long for the magazine to get to you some weeks. I can confirm they are posted every Wednesday 1st class. The Royal Mail are behind in some areas and now they are not delivering on a Saturday it seems if the magazine hasn't been delivered by the Friday, it will be early the following week. Once the Royal Mail catch up it should be with you each Thursday, when usual 1st class service resumes with the Royal Mail. Kind Regards Sarah

“Difficult to review as I never received the 3 magazines I ordered. However the lady who I emailed with and who sorted out my refund was very very nice and helpful. I have decided to try and order something again when things get back to normal a bit more and just continue buying in store for the time being. Hopefully next time it works out as I love the magazine and ideally would like a subscription.”
