“I subscribed for a weekly magazine for my parents. Then get email from Unique saying Royal Mail challenges so may be late delivery! Not much use for aged parents wanting to know what is on TV! Unique did pay back the subscription. Don't understand how you can use unreliable distribution for time critical publications.”
Hi, Thanks for the review. I do apologise that you experienced this, along with a lot of other customers. We have been in contact with the Royal Mail regarding these unacceptable delays, as we understand the frustration this has caused both us and our customers. Unfortunately, it is hard to avoid these delays due to the pandemic and 100's of staff having to isolate due to Covid-19. Despite this, this delivery time has started to pick up massively and customers have been receiving their Tv Magazines in a normal weekly fashion. Hi Ian, thank you for your review. I can only apologise that this has happened. Our suppliers had unfortunately not supplied us with this issue and we have investigated into why. Unfortunately, at this moment in time there are a lot of problems with certain magazines due to the pandemic. A lot of publishers are not selling particular issues, or any issues at all to wholesalers until the New Year. We are looking into this to ensure this does not happen again and so we can contact and communicate with our customers a lot sooner.
